Used Park N Fly for recent trip. Dropped off car for valet service. Was told by staff at front desk that valet was $8.95 a day and they accepted my 50% off coupon. Got dropped off and picked up with no problem. Drivers who took my car and van drivers were nice. I tipped everyone. I went inside to pay my bill for 5 days. They charged me $13.95 a day even though I advised them I was told $8.95 a day. Could have used self park for less. Probably will not use again. read more

Absolutely do not use this business!! Left my car with windshield wipers working. Came back 3 days later after we had 6 inches of snow. The wiper well was left with packed ice. When I removed the ice and tried to turn on wipers, nothing happened...motor sounds weird. Reported it and was later told that it was nothing caused by Park and Fly. They also said vehicle was cleared off by their care company and that the vehicle was never moved. Kind of funny because when I was dropped off from the airport my car was running and waiting for me in front. So, how was it not moved??? Obviously the attendant tried to turn the wipers on and spent the motor. This will cost me over $300 to have fixed. This is not a legitimate company! And I will be reporting them to the Attorney General for the State of Connecticut . read more

I used this facility before when it was Executive and loved it. This time, I arrived Sunday after Thanksgiving (one of their busiest days I'm sure) and their system just wasn't working at all. We all texted, got confirmations, and then arrived to find that none of our cars were ready. I feel bad for them because they got slammed by a holiday, but a parking place really only has one shot to do their job. Instead of my car being ready and warm, I sat around the lobby waiting for them to sort it out. There are a bunch of parking options around BDL, so I'll go somewhere else next time. read more

I booked my parking online and was given a quote. Upon return was give a price double what I had doumented and was told by the girl that that was it period end of conversation. I attempted to speak to two people in management at this location and was told there was nothing they could do because I didnt have the correct receipt number. A bit further away than some others (though perhaps more convenient if you're coming from the north on Rte 75). Check-in was very quick, and customer service in general was great (quick pick up, though a couple minutes longer than some of the closer lots, had my car ready, and arranged to put my pocket knife back in my car when I noticed I had it on me while in line for the security screening). The pricing was fair (particularly with the coupon I found). Check Groupon, AmazonLocal, etc. for coupons. I also really liked the facility, which is nice and new and well designed. i would recommend using park n fly when you travel I booked online and paid for South Park. When I arrived the sweet woman at the desk Nancy took me step-by-step, walked me over and made it a wonderful transition. She was absolutely the best the shuttle came about five minutes later pick me up right at my car --drove me to the airport, and when I got out, he removed my suitcase from the shuttle and stood there and stared at me and just waited and was looking at me and there was one other person on the shuttle and I was like is there something wrong and he was waiting for me to tip him !! clearly ,obviously and I said you know what I would give you a tip, but I gave my last five dollars to Nancy and he said well you know they make more money than we do in the office. His name was Jock. I did not appreciate that at All. tipping is optional it's not mandatory!! that was uncooth but nancy was wonderful customer service !!! i will definitely use them again as i have in the past!! read more

I have used Executive Parking for many years as a travel for work often. In the past I have not had an issues with their parking services, typically prompt and great employees to work with. Over that past few months things have gone down hill quickly though. I had a trip in December that I left my truck at their facility for 5 Days. During this time I decided to get my truck detailed because they had a special I was told about when I dropped it off. Upon picking up my truck I noticed numerous scratches and serious swirl marks throughout the whole vehicle. Spoke to the manager and they told me they would rectify it. They were nice enough to give me a rental car for 24 hours while they fixed it and I was able to pick it up the next day. They reimbursed the cost of the detail and also gave me some free parking at their facility for my next trip. I was promised by the detail manager that he would be the one doing the repair. When I went to go pick my truck up he was nowhere to be found while others were their working on it. I saw some minor scratches throughout the paint but I understand some could have been from before I dropped it off. About four days after I picked up my truck it was nice out and I washed it at my house as I typically do. At that point while drying it I noticed swirl marks and scratches all over it again like when I originally attempted to pick it up. I attempted to reach out to the general manager of the facility that originally helped me out. Called multiple times at the office and left messages with no response. After about three weeks I found the business card the general manager gave me with her cell phone number on it. Called that numerous times and finally got a call back after about a month. While waiting for them to call me back I decided to bring it into a detail shop that I have heard great recommendations about. I explained the situation to the GM when she called. I am now having to pay for a paint repair that they refused to pay for. I was told I should have called sooner. It is not my fault that they did not return my calls. As you can see in the photos there is a lot of damage to my truck. I am now paying $350+ to get this fixed. I will never keep my vehicle at their facility or recommend it to anybody. Called for pick-up at airport at around 4:45 pm and we (and another 6 people) waited almost 40 minutes to get picked up. I had prepaid but noticed I had a charge and was told by customer service that I had put the wrong return time, am instead of pm. I agreed and told them I had the email confirmation that I called back to change the arrival time. Considering I had been using them for many years, I realized I was getting nowhere. She reminded me that I had hung up on her previously, so I told her I would be hanging up on her again. And I did. Lousy customer service and all over 5.93!! Never again!!!! read more

After we landed we had to wait 55 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up. We were told the front desk did not notify the shuttle driver there were customers waiting to be picked up. We spoke to a women at the desk, who was very rude, and asked for a credit. We were given a $25 credit on our account and then they reversed the credit. Additionally, Park and Fly is very far from the airport; the LazFly shuttle went by five times before we were picked up so I would recommend using them. read more

I used this service back when it was owned by Executive Valet. It seems to have gone downhill since Park 'N Fly took over. When I was brought back to the lot from the airport, my car was not out front and warming up nicely, as used to be the case every time with Executive Valet. Instead, I had to go inside and wait a while before someone brought it around. Found out my employer offered a discount at Executive Valet so I decided to try them out last week. I prepaid online and got to park for almost 6 whole days for $45, including tax! That's less than half what I would've paid parking directly at Bradley. I got here at 4:30am. I was impressed how organized everything was. I pulled into a lane, went to get my bag from the trunk and a nice gentleman that was driving the shuttle came over to get my bag. He put it on the shuttle while I went inside to check in. The whole process was smooth and quick, and I was amazed how pleasant everyone was so early in the morning lol. 3 other people came on right after me and then our shuttle left for the airport. Got there with plenty of time. Called the number when I got back at 11pm and was promptly picked up. My car was running and waiting for me in the lot. The only negative was the guy driving my shuttle on the way back. He was negative and didn't want to be there, which made the ride a little awkward. But I won't let that keep me from using EV in the future. read more

I seldom fly, but decided on Executive because I parked with them many years ago with no problems. I asked for an exterior clean and detailing for the 5 nights I booked. Well, first may I say, NO problem with transportation to/from the airport. Great service, on-time, and no waiting. Customer service for check in was easy, and my car was ready for me when I returned to the lot. HOWEVER...deep gashes on the hood of my car. Three of them. I had seen other reviews here stating that people had issues with this, but I honestly thought no one would remain in business if that happened all the time. Well, unlucky me. Did I approach them with this? No. Waivers, etc. would not have helped me out, and instead, I have a $300 auto body bill this summer after the vacation I saved up for for a whole year. Even after I accidentally texted the wrong ticket number, causing them to pull out the wrong vehicle- she apologized to us!!! I used Executive again last week and added the deluxe in/out wash service for $54.95 I normally wouldn't add a secondary service like that because I'm skeptical by nature. But my car was a real mess and it needed some attention so I took a chance. I am so happy I had it done. The car is cleaner than it's been in years. I'm very impressed with what I got for what I consider a very reasonable price. On a side note, about a month ago my wife lost a credit card. Apparently it was somewhere in my car because the cleaning crew found it and left it in the console. read more

Frist, they are located north of the airport, so for those coming from Hartford and south, not exactly convenient location. I used a Groupon for 3 days parking at $15. Thought it was a good deal at that time. I did read the "fine print" and it said that you would be charged for the standard $10 additional day if you exceed 3 days. I realized the risk and was willing to accept that risk and pay any additional charges as necessary. Apparently, they count in increments of 24 hours not calendar days. So checking in at 4pm on Thursday afternoon and out at 6pm Sunday resulting in 2 hours OVER 3 full days resulted in $10 in addition to the Groupon cost. Not very fair, however probably cost wise cheaper than other options, but it would have been even better had I been informed of the potential cost at check in and my "check out" was smoother. I would think they do this type of promotion to generate business and clients so one would expect superior service. That wasn't my experience. First, I checked in on Thursday afternoon, and informed them of my arrival time for my return of 5:30pm Sunday. This should have been the first indication that I would be over the Groupon allotted amount according to their calculations. At that time they could have either told me the potential additional costs at that time OR asked for a credit card at that time to charge any additional fee or time that I may be over. I would have happily accepted either option and that would have made my pick up smoother and set expectations from the starte. Second, when I arrived, I called them to tell them I had arrived (at about 5:15pm) and that I had my bags and was ready to be picked up. After that i actually had to wait a few minutes to get something I had left on the plane by accident. I called them back just to warn them I would be a couple of minutes before I was outside. I just didn't want someone to sit out there and wait in case they were already picking up someone else. It didn't matter, I still had to wait several minutes outside for the pick up van. Once he picked me up he called back to the office and told them he had picked me up, they confirmed my name etc. There was the second opportunity to let me know I would need to pay some extra money and settle up. Instead, the driver wasn't aware of this and told me that my "receipt" would be in the car and it was all ready. I got into my car that was sitting outside the office window where three people were sitting and could CLEARLY see me as I searched my car for my key and receipt. no one stepped outside to ask me to come inside and that I had to settle up additional charges. I walked inside without my purse to ask for my keys. She said I had been there longer than three days and I owed money. SO, I had to go back out to my car to get my purse and then back inot the office to pay. Paid and everything. Got back out to my car and STILL didn't have my keys. So I had to go BACK into the office to get my keys! A lot of wasted time. I didn't get out of there until 6pm. I had landed with my carry on bag and was outside of baggage claim by 5:30ish. Had I just parked my car either in the economy parking, or the long term parking I would have been long gone and half way home by 6pm. And for economy probably would have been cheaper. One more thing, I looked at the reciept. The daily charge was $10, there was a $3 transport fee (gas for the bus you have not option but to take) and then taxes. That all added up to an additional $14.04 with the Groupon. Overall, 29.04 for 3 days parking was okay, but with the extra annoying hassle and time, for me not really worth it. read more

This review would be considerably different if not for the actions of management, who honored the price that was actually stated on my reservation. When was the last time you had to enter a coupon code online AND present a physical coupon in order to get a discount? Never, that's when. Fortunately, despite not having the worthless piece of paper in hand, management found reason. Executive Valet is a tad farther away than some of the other parking places (in fact it's technically not even in Windsor Locks), but it's easy on-easy off just like all the other places. Buses took us to and from the airport in minutes. The driver was super friendly and willing to handle your bags. Our car was ready to drive away as soon as we arrived, receipt on the dashboard. Only $20 for four days with that discount. A good deal indeed. Even the regular price of $7 a day (plus a few bucks in fees) is highly reasonable. read more

This is an excellent service if you're flying out of BDL and want a great experience. I first encountered them from a stay at an airport hotel which partnered with Executive Valet in a parking package. When I returned from my trip we were loaded on a nice bus with about 14 people, drove around 10-15 minutes to the lot itself, and - as they state - my car was there with the heat on. The area was covered which was helpful due to the pouring rain. The only reason it's not 5 out of 5 for me is the distance from the airport. Would use them again for sure! read more

When I'm flying from Bradley, this is my choice for parking service. I first selected it at the recommendation of a friend, and at the time it had better rates than its competitors (not including the airport's own long term satellite lots). The service has been consistently good, so I've not compared pricing since. Check-in is quick, and I've never felt like I've lost time there before getting to the terminal. Even one morning when I'd left rather less time than I'd thought, I got to the gate with time to spare. Larry gets a particular shout-out: the vast majority of the time, he's been my early-morning driver, and he does it with a big, cheerful smile. The change from executive valet has brought nothing but confusion. Dropping off my car there was a lot of confusion but when I came to pick it up there was even more. The attendant was on break and originally I was told it was going to take about a half an hour before I could leave the parking lot, waiting for his return. When the attendant arrived, he could not let me out because he could not find my reservation by my name, phone number or email. I had to search through my luggage to find the QR code on paper, that I had printed out as a back up. finally I found the email reservation and again waiting a period of time for the gate to finally lift. It was a long, stressful and arduous process and he kept saying that everything was new and they're trying to work through all of the kinks. Through the process, he was not very accommodating or pleasant, all of the responsibility rested on me to prove that I had made a reservation. I don't recommend parking here. read more

Ok so last year I parked in the cheap Bradley lot and came home to massive snow which hampered my ability to find the damned car (with two tired young kids in tow) AND then I had to dig myself out after that... Executive Valet is prompt, courteous & has your car waiting warm & toasty when your return from your trip. Why mess with a great vacation? It's hard enough coming home...did I mention I have kids and they eat in the car too? This year I decided not to chance snow as well as splurge by adding on their deluxe interior (only) detailing service for around $90. Compare that to other places you have to arrange drop off for your car - the convenience factor combined with the price made my mind up. Merry Christmas to me! This is an old 2002 Subaru Forrester that I bought used in 2009. When I picked it up at 1 am this morning - I was blown away. They not only cleaned every surface & all the crud stuck in corners BUT they got stains out of the seats that I had tried to hand wash over the years with no luck. Didn't hold much hope they'd be gone but wow - I wonder - did they scrub the upholstery likes 3 times?? Had to. It looked as good as when I bought it from the dealer. And the icing on the cake - they also replaced my old crumbly floor mats!! Who does this kind of service??! These guys do. And not a penny extra. That's why I am taking the time to write this review. Do yourself a favor and drop your car at Executive Valet next time you have a trip out of Bradley airport. And add on a car service - you'll be glad you did. This was my first visit with Executive Valet as I had been a RonCari patron for years. Admittedly, I only used them because I had a really great coupon on the back of a parking voucher from a New Britain Rock Cats game. But that was great advertising because it got me in the door and I will be a loyal customer from now on!!! If you take nothing from my review but this: they are NOT as close to the off-ramp or to the terminal as you might think. I timed my drive like always, when I used RonCari, but Executive Valet is quite a bit further down the road. Quite. Mild panic set in as I drove and drove and even drove by their old building on the left (keep going until you hit the beautiful new facility on the right), but I made my flight just fine. =) JUST ADD A FEW EXTRA MINUTES TO GET THERE. It's worth it. Check-in was an absolute breeze. (Could be that I also booked online in advance. That might help!) The drivers are terrific. What great, cheery, pleasant, happy, fun guys. Definitely a great send-off. Coming home, I used their texting feature to let them know my flight had arrived right as I got to baggage claim, with my claim number, last name, and airline. An immediate response came back that they were on their way and to meet them at the pick-up area. My luggage came out, I wheeled out the door, and the shuttle pulled up. Perfect! Car was ready and waiting for me, and the driver pulled right up to it and even carried my bag out to my trunk and put it in. (It was late, and I was the lone customer... I'm sure it's not always like that!) But you just can't ask for better service. Highly recommend, and I will be a loyal customer from now on. I had to reorder and wait to get reimbursed, They vacuumed up my liners from door handles. Said they would call when located...finally I replaced them. I always park my car here and find that that the staff are professional and always get me to the airport fast. Three things that I don't like that I think that they can improve upon: 1. Checking in. As a frequent traveler and user of their services why is it sooo painfully slow to check in here?! Especially when I have already entered my reservation in online and prepaid, I find this to be very cumbersome and to have to wait in line with people that have not done the same is very annoying, especially when you are trying to catch a flight. 2.They charge customers $15/year (first year is free) for expedited service/check in and to earn points toward other free days and services. Whatever happened to rewarding customers for their loyalty?!? 3.Whenever I return and phone in that I have arrived, the seemingly always annoyed (usually female) asks me if I have my bags and what my card number is. This is extremely annoying, because after traveling for 2 weeks plus sometimes I have no idea where that stupid card is that they gave me and I just want to go home!!! They could come up with a better system here for sure. Things that I like: 1.they handle my bags 2.drivers and handlers work fast and are always nice 3.my car is safe 4.parking lot/area is well lit 5.my car is always running and warm/cool when I get off the bus. 6.they do come pretty quickly once you have called to say that you have arrived. 7.it is much less expensive than parking directly at th airport. read more

I'm torn on what to rate this business. I've parked here 4 times. It's a good deal, the people are friendly and we always have a good customer service experience. However, I've had 2 separate issues. The first time we parked here, we parked for 2 weeks for our honeymoon and when we got back my car battery was dead and it had to be jumped. This time we parked for 9 days and when we got back my airbag light came on. I bought my SUV about a year ago and the airbag light has never been on. I called them when I realized it wasn't going off (about 20 minutes into my drive home) and the woman on the phone told me that it could not have been their fault because all they do is park the car and leave it until you get back. I told her that this is the 2nd issue we've had with them and she said she would look into it and call me back. 19 days later...still no call back... It looks like others have had similar issues here. Like I said, I'm torn...we've always had a good experience except for these two fairly large issues. read more

Fantastic service from when I left my car at Executive Valet to being dropped off at BDL. EV has friendly service staff and they are very efficient. When I flew back to BDL, the EV shuttle was waiting right outside my gate with such a friendly driver (even at 11:30pm). The best surprise was my car was ready to go as soon as I stepped off the shuttle. Thank you Executive Valet! It's so great that you have brought back excellent customer service. read more

I have used Executive Valet for years. Typically a great experience. Just this one time, the return was bad only because of one bad driver. Proper masking is required per signs posted. The only person not in compliance was the driver. He was politely asked to mask up and ignored the request. When leaving, he was belligerent when he was not tipped. Tipping is for good service. It is not a requirement!!! Spoke to the manager. I hope he is reprimanded, but I will never know. She seemed sincere. Tough times for sure. read more
