It has now been two additional weeks, and despite sending numerous follow-up emails, I have received no updates and no response regarding the thousands of dollars I paid as a deposit. Being left scrambling to replace a caterer just weeks before a wedding is stressful enough. The complete lack of communication and accountability has made an already difficult situation even worse. I would strongly encourage any couple considering this company to think carefully, because if something goes wrong, you may find yourself without answers, without support, and potentially without your money.
