i had the worst experience with the arrogant/condescending owner rob smith of windowsmith. i had my windows cleaned by the company and the young men who did the work were nice enough. i did ask them to redo one window as there were water spots and it turned out to be hard water spots that couldn't be removed. i accepted the explanation. they took away one window screen and one slider screen to repair small holes in the screen. when we received the "repaired" slider screen and had it installed, it no longer slides correctly and it is now loose and doesn't close properly. rob was rude and not helpful at all. when i said i'm not happy about the slider he rudely said "you're not happy with any of our work" and proceeded to tell me that i made his guys clean all of the windows twice. (not true). i'm flabbergasted at how this owner treats customers. we will never use them again. and be warned if any damage occurs they will deny its their fault. don't let the cute Mario Brother like uniforms fool you. rob smith you have no customer service skills at all. i don't know how you stay in business. it will catch up to you someday. *****************************yes rob smith, my first review. you really are a genius! i rarely write reviews but you are such an arrogant human and i'm upset your team screwed up my slider screen. i've never experienced anything like you in a business transaction. do you have a human resource department? maybe you can get some training on how to interact with customers. maybe you should go on field visits with your folks to see what goes on. the young kids who installed my screens didn't seem to know what they were doing. i read your other snarky responses to the bad reviews for windowsmith and your responses show you are a bully. i'd give you zero stars if i could. also, the owner lied about the customer being completely happy. so much for your said honesty rob smith. also the owner was not here when the slider was installed so you have no ground to state this misinformation. if anyone is a bully it's rob smith. we have no idea why the workers claimed we were passive aggressive. i did find three large scratches on my front window and when i mentioned it they were very defensive about it. they said that's why they don't use razors anymore. makes me think windowsmith is the one who scratched the windows when they did use razors in the past and i just didn't notice. this just stinks. we even tipped the first two guys that cleaned the windows. sheesh. also, the screen slider in question is located apart from the main home on the back of our property and is only used when our pool is used. it's vacant and not used unless the pool is used. we just recently used our pool this past week. and that is when i noticed how screwed up the door is. i contacted pella and they mentioned if the slider was re-screened too tightly it will interrupt normal function. i'm in the process of ordering a new screen door. maybe windowsmith should stick to windows. we have used this company approximately five to ten times in the last 20 plus years. no more. read more

Our previous window cleaning company retired so we tried Windowsmith. Fantastic decision! We used them last year as well but forgot to write a review. Ana and Eddie came to our home and did a really great job. They were on time, extremely professional and paid attention to detail. We have 4 dormers on our roof and Ana was happy to get some cobwebs we noticed after the windows were cleaned around the edges. It was 94 degrees outside when these two came over and not a single complaint. Only smiles and professional service. And although not required in our home, they took off their shoes. Pretty cool. The office staff was amazing as well. They called us in the spring to book our appointment, very convenient. Also, turns out they have a screen shop and we are having 4 of ours redone at Ana's suggestion. Well done Ana and Eddie. We appreiciate the great service and Windowsmith sure had a couple of really great brand representatives in the field. By the way, good to mention here that Windowsmith employees wear a blue identifying t-shirt with white overalls, neat look. I would have been tickled to have employees like this when I was in business. They are hard to come by, that's why I am sure that Windowsmith must be treating their employee's well. Jordon and Eddy showed up on time and were very polite and professional. I appreciated that they removed their shoes before entering my house. This was the first time I've had my windows washed professionally so was interested to see if they would satisfy my perfectionist personality. I carefully checked the windows and when I found a missed spot or two, they quickly took care of it. There was no difference between the phone estimate charge than the actual charge for the basic window washing. However, I chose to have them wash all my screens at an additional charge, but a $30 coupon I had covered most of that (they do charge more for the screens for the sliding doors.). I am VERY thrilled with the results. Every window absolutely sparkles! Even when the sun shined directly on them, there were no smeary marks! Much better results than when I do it! Communicating with windowsmith has been a huge hassle, they have been extremely unfriendly and Nicole, the person responding e-mails (is it her? because emails say Rob Smith) has literally asked me the same questions about 3 times via e-mail. I wrote an e-mail to get an estime for a window washing, included all the information I could possibly add about the house and windows (detailed count and type of window, house information, etc) explained how I am moving to the area from a different city and how nobody is there at the moment - all we wanted was a rough estimate to get a sense of the price, and so far we've exchanged 7 e-mails and each e-mail keeps asking "what's the address". We understand e-mail estimates are not final, but is it really that hard to give people a general idea? They clearly have bad reviews because they have bad service, sometimes. read more

Like many of us, I don't write a lot of reviews, but when something is truly good on all counts, seems the right thing to do. Chrissy has been here in years past, and today she was joined by Cristian. What a team! Not a lot of chit chat, just got to work doing their job, which is what this company always does. Maria's team is also quite good. I've been a customer since my neighbors recommended them maybe a decade ago. I'm never disappointed in the result, and they take care as they move through the house and exterior. The end result is shiny, perfect glass and smiles all around. They usually send 4 people and finish in under 90 minutes for inside and out. I recommend them above everyone I've used. Windowsmith have done my Windows since late 70,s. I. Believe I was one of Rods first customers. To have been in this business and built it up the way he has testifies to his strong work ethics. He makes sure each employee is polite and does a excellent Job. I usually get my windows done every three months and can truly say I have always been pleased with the results. Very happy with Windowsmith Window Cleaning. Anthony and McKenna were wonderful. Had my windows sparkling clean in a very short time. Anthony was also great at pointing out some issues with a couple of my windows. Both were very polite, took extra care by removing their shoes and more importantly, made sure my indoor cats didn't get out. They also took my old screens in to get redone. This company is wonderful!  Chrissy and her team (Qadeer and Jeremy) arrived right on time, and after doing a quick walk through to finalize the estimate given to me over the phone, they started working immediately on the windows inside and out. What a wonderful surprise. I saw their ad in The Local Buz. When the crew arrived (Jolene, Gavin and Eddie) they had smiles on their faces and very friendly. Jolene came in and went thoroughly through the house and gave me a quote. The windows, of which I have many and a two story home, were spotless. They did show me some of the screens, which r 27 years old, that had holes and/or rips before cleaning. They washed those gently as to not damage them further. In the end I ordered replacement screens. I would recommend them highly. read more
