Pair it with l the onion soup. Both were delicious. I recommend visiting one of the best in Geneva. The atmosphere is cozy and rustic and service was good.

He did say, "As long as you can dine in an hour and a half, you should be fine. We do have reservations set past 19:00 (7:30pm)." I accepted his offer, "I appreciate it, I don't need but an hour." The atmosphere is very historic, dating back to 17th century. Here you will enjoy exquisite dishes and wonderful Swiss hospitality. The staff is more than happy give you great recommendations and help translate menu. They offer great choices on their menu. I wanted something completely local. I settled on, "Féra fumée du Léman" - Smoked Geneva Lake White Fish.
