Just had our windows cleaned today and would definitely recommend the service. He was on time and I thought the entire job was done very well and very quickly. We have huge cathedral windows and live atop many stairs, and we have a bunch of crazy pets to work around, so it was not an easy job. I understand that sometimes Groupon/Living Social deals cause such a huge spike in the calls and appointments, which can be overwhelming to accommodate, but am definitely a big supporter of the entrepreneurial initiative and will hire them again as a result of their professionalism and courtesy as well as the quality of work. read more

My windows have never looked better. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. Very professional and they go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% satisfied. read more

I will recommend Window Panda to all my neighbors and friends. They were less expensive than other window cleaning companies. The windows were sparkling clean with no streaks. So clean I almost walk through my sliding glass window thinking it was open. Definitely a five star job read more

After taking a look out of my second story windows and realizing I couldn't see beyond the dirt, I decided to look into hiring a window washer. I submitted a query via their website and Anthony called me back within minutes. Before I knew it, Anthony and his crew were at my house cleaning my windows and screens and they even repaired a broken screen for us. Anthony and Jesse were friendly, professional and thorough. They worked until it was nearly dark and when they were done, the only sign that they were ever there were my sparkling windows. Considering the fact I have many, many windows and a two story house the price was very reasonable. I will be a return customer for sure. read more

Our neighborhood had tried to find a company to clean the windows in our homes, but most companies charged more than we expected. When I found this deal on Living Social, I figured I might as well give it a try. Anthony extended the deadline since he was overwhelmed with the business from the deal. He was working on his own, but he was very professional, hard-working/thorough and reasonably priced as well as upfront about any extras. With a one-man operation at the moment, it did take several hours to complete our 3-story home, but I would be using him again. Finally, we also recommended him to our neighborhood. read more

I finally got an appointment with Anthony and he cleaned up all my windows really well. The windows look beautiful and did not take too long. read more

Anthony was amazing with Window Panda! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have their windows professionally cleaned. He also does commercial window cleaning. Anthony takes great pride in his work as demonstrated by his attention to detail. Give him a call and have sparkling clean windows for the holidays! read more

Anthony did an awesome job on my windows! He provides excellent service and I recommend him to anyone looking for clean windows!

Excellent service! I called around and got quotes from other companies. Deb was prompt and professional and her quote was fair. The crew is clean and courteous and so are my windows! They reached out afterward to make certain I was satisfied with their service. I, highly, recommend Window Panda. read more

I am repeat costumer - Anthony was friendly, professional and timely. He'll be cleaning my windows again and again and again.

Purchased an Amazon voucher. Procrastinated in using it so nearly missed the expiration date. No problem! They just explained that there would be a delay in service due to the overwhelming response to the voucher sale. I didn't mind the delay - I was the procrastinator. I called the afternoon prior to the appt date just to confirm the time and as it turned out Anthony lives near me and offered to come that evening, on his way home, and do the windows. Granted, it was all one story and not complicated but it saved me from having to be at home the next day. He was pleasant, courteous, professional and did a gorgeous job! If you had a bad experience previously due to scheduling, etc., give him a chance to make it right and you will be glad you did! PS: I am neither family nor previous friend - just a satisfied new customer! read more

Very diligent, thorough and went the extra mile to make our windows and doors shine

Not very good there was a lot of marks on the windows. They took a very long time as well.

I'm puzzled by the reviews; they're either great or horrible. Well I have to add my review to the horrible list. I purchased an AmazonLocal deal last October. I put off using it because we were going to have some siding work done on our house. That has been postponed so I decided to use it before it expired, this October. My call was answered and the appointment made. All good until 3 hours after the appointment time when I called to see if he was coming. Anthony said that he was running late and could he come at 5:30? Not a good time for me. We rescheduled for two days later since I didn't want him in and out of the house while I was getting dinner. Two days later he was a no show! No return phone calls or texts. He finally called back a few days later to reschedule again. He asked that I text him my name, address and phone number. HUH? Didn't YOU just call ME? So that day came and went with a no show, and no phone call or text. This is no way to run a business! Anthony missed out on a potential customer here. We have 90 plus windows here and would have been a good customer to have in his pocket. I have to agree that it would seem that all of the positive reviews must be coming from family and friends. Too bad! Save your time and money and don't call this company. Go with a referral from a friend or neighbor! read more

Horrible experience. They don't return calls, don't show up for appointments and don't care about customer satisfaction. After waiting 2 months for an appointment, they didn't show. When I called they said they were sick and couldn't find my phone number to call me. They couldn't reschedule for "a long time". I gave up. read more

Here's a tip for you WIndow Panda: Don't offer deals if you can't handle the business and if you want to at least come across as a professional company, return the phone calls and emails of your customers. read more

Aweful. Avoid this company. I had the same horrible experience as Mary P. After booking a time and taking the day off, Window Panda was a No Show. They didn't call. They didn't returned many, many calls or emails. I got some crazy story a month later that they had sent someone to my address except in a different town in Southern California and they couldn't reschedule while on the phone with me because they were on their cell phone at an airport. If they couldn't check their calendar on their smartphone perhaps they could jot it down and call me back? No such luck. I called Groupon, filed a complaint, & got my money back. Horrible horrible service. read more

Window Panda is an irresponsible company that I believe is taking people's money from Living Social and Groupon and not following through with their services. Just like the other 2 reviews, they made appointments with me, and never showed. Then had a story that they were in the car and couldn't take my call right then. Do not buy this Groupon or Living Social voucher and never try to use this company. read more

Anthony is amazing. Professional, courteous, hard working and thorough. Windows look great. It's a big old house with some leaded glass interior as well. All perfect. He has the skills that make a small business a success. I would recommend Window Panda, Anthony and Scarlett, his assistant yesterday, to any home owner. read more

I finally found a window cleaning company that does and awesome job and is reasonably priced. Anthony rocks.

You have the right to refuse service. I have the right to tell people that you lied repeatedly about the reasons that you didn't honor our appointment. No matter. I got my windows cleaned by a fantastic and reputable company (Mr. Sparkle - the had never heard of you) the next day and while I had to pay a bit more for them than the living social deal it was worth it! My advice to your future, potential clients - save your money for someone who values integrity and hard work. read more

Anthony does awesome work! My windows look great. You just need to be patient as he got a ton of response from his groupon! He is a new start up and does all the work himself . I was pleased with his work so I'm glad I waited for his return call. read more

Anthony, the owner of Window Panda, was amazing. He answered my call immediately, came by the same day for an estimate. Two days later, as scheduled, he came and worked diligently creating sparkling windows and skylights. I recommended this company to my mother and the same day, Anthony went to her home and created happiness there as well. I will definitely use this company again. It is wonderful to have kind customer service as well as excellence in the job offered. Thank you Anthony!! read more

I had my windows and screens cleaned by Window Panda. I'm so glad I did. Anthony did an amazing job! He was on time, friendly, courteous and such a hard worker. My windows look so clear they sparkle. He also cleaned the screens, and the ones that were damaged, he took to redo. He cleaned all runners too. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends. read more

Anthony was outstanding. He got right to work and started with the top windows first. He didn't try to count windows with several panes as additional, and he made sure that the buffing was to his - and my - satisfaction. I would definitely recommend him! read more

While I'll admit there's a little polish needed in the response department, this is a one man operation startup and with a little patience you'll be rewarded with what in my experience was a great job.Anthony is friendly, professional and my windows never looked better. He maybe underestimated the huge response he got from Groupon which resulted in his being a little swamped but I'll definetly be calling him back in a few months.Highly recommended. read more

I too purchased a Living Social deal for window washing and just like a few customers had trouble with scheduling. After several attempts, the owner called me very apologetic yesterday and came out this morning. Anthony was very professional and respected my home and removed his boots before entering. He worked quickly but his work did not suffer. He offered to do a few extra windows to make up for the scheduling issues. He explained due to the overwhelming demand, he could not handle the volume and admitted they dropped the ball. If you are having problems reaching them keep trying, he will try to make it right as he did in my case. I would have given them 5 stars but due to the problems in the beginning I rated them 4 stars. He is working on getting additional help and I would use them again. He does quality work! read more

Anthony did an amazing job getting all of the construction crud off my windows post-remodel, plus all the toddler and pet smudges. He also has a great can-do attitude and is as nice as can be. Highly recommend. read more

I setup an appointment with Anthony and he was punctual for his appointment. He had the required business license from Miami Dade which was a big plus for me since I won't let anyone do work at my house without one. It took him about for 4 hours to get the entire house done, but all the windows looked great inside and out. He also removed and cleaned all of the screens. I was very pleased and will be using him in the future for all of my window cleaning. read more

I bought a deal on Living Social and when I called I was told that to drive to my community it would be another $50. He was very rude and acted like he could care less. Terrible customer service. read more

Anthony did a great job on our house. Windows, screens and frames are spotless. He went above and beyond at a great price. He even got our kids involved which was cute. Highly recommend Window Panda. We'll be a recurring customer. read more

Anthony just left my house after doing a thoroughly professional job on my windows. I completely agree with Barbara B.... in needing to be patient, the results are worth it. Due to an overload of responses from Groupon, he was overwhelmed with the amount of business, and was not able to keep pace with it. He is trying his hardest to right those issues. He is a conscientious young man trying to build a business, and has been window washing for several years. I, too, was pleased with his work and found it worth the wait. read more

This is an update on a previous poor review I gave this company. Anthony and I finally managed to synch up and I am so glad I didn't just write him off after our initial call. He did a fantastic job on my house for a reasonable price. He is a very nice young man who simply became overwhelmed by the response to the Amazon deal he offered. I admire him for doing his best to fulfill all the customers' orders he received. It can't be easy going to customers who are upset they didn't get their deal fulfilled till sometime after they bought it. I know, I was one of them! However he came to my door with a warm smile and a sincere apology before we continued: removed his shoes and got right to work. Now he has my windows gleaming. I will certainly use him again. read more

Anthony came and cleaned my outside windows but couldn't complete the inside because it was dark. Said he would come back to finish but kept finding excuses.
