They arrived right on time and let me know what they were doing throughout the day. They were careful working around our furniture, moving items out of the way, treating them with respect. Extra items: I had asked for just the exterior windows to be washed. Edwin insisted on removing all the screens & cleaning the interior windows as well and he was so right. He does a much better job than we do! He also cleaned out the inside of our skylights which are impossible for us to reach. Also, the crew pointed out some potential problems with our downspouts and roofing, which I never would have seen without their eyes on them. I can work on getting these areas fixed before they are a problem and I'm very grateful. The price seemed very reasonable for a good days work and all the specialized equipment they brought. Recommended!

After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

I had the opportunity to meet Anthony when I dropped something off at my mom's house while he was there, and I was impressed with the level of professionalism and courteousness he delivered to my mom. My mom's review: Anthony, the owner of Window Panda has just finished cleaning my windows. He did an excellent job, my windows look beautiful! Anthony's service is very clean, neat and affordable. Window Panda is a fairly new company with Anthony being the sole proprietor. As the owner of the business he conducts himself with professionalism and care and he is passionate about delivering a quality service. If you are looking at this Yelp review, take a minute to check out his video. You will see Anthony himself and everything he says in the video is absolutely true. He takes off his shoes when he comes in the house, he is very careful about the surrounding plants around the perimeter of the house near the windows and is even gracious enough to not let my barking dogs bother him. For those reviews that mention the lag time between calling and setting up an appointment, I did have to book far out. He was apologetic that he oversold on groupon, and he has been overwhelmed with the response. I highly recommend Window Panda.

The Grout Guys did an excellent job caulking and sealing several bathroom sink-to-vanity joints,…read morethe kitchen sink, and re-grouting my shower. They were quick, provided a reasonable quote compared to others I got in the area, and the work was good. I specifically waited a while to see if the grout or caulk would crack, and it's holding up well. I would give a five star review if not for a couple small things. Firstly, I was not informed up front when giving the quote that they only caulk areas where there is no paint. i.e. they can do the tub to floor, they can do sink to vanity, but they won't do vanity to drywall. I found out later that this is fairly common practice, so not a huge deal, but I did wish someone mentioned it back when I was getting the quote and not when the guy arrived on my door to do the job. So take note if you don't know much about caulking like me. Secondly - and this is the main reason I took off a star! I had a lot of items in my shower that I didn't have time to clear prior to the tech's arrival, and when I rushed to clear them, he kindly informed me that he could do so and I didn't have to. OK, great! Honestly the tech was nothing but kind to me but... I had a bin of clean laundry sitting near to the master bathroom door waiting to be folded. I returned a while later to discover that he had moved many shower items, most of which have a bit of soap stain or hair or other sticky shower nastiness on them... INTO my clean laundry bin and directly on the carpet! Needless to say I redid my laundry, moved the shower items onto a towel, and scrubbed the carpet after he left. I truly believe the tech had the best intentions, but I would advise removing your shower and tabletop things yourself if you hire The Grout Guys! Otherwise, the actual work itself was perfect :)
