I refused and his boss tried to give me another sales pitch, and I again asked for an estimate, before any more speeches. Went back to my work and he left without an estimate or a goodbye. I have been given multiple excuses including the window being in the wrong warehouse to " we are waiting for an installer in your area to be free" In the mean time a full house window replacement for a customer that I referred was delivered incorrectly and they did not install even the first window. They simply left the job site. They COULD have driven the mile to m house and installed my new window but, they did not have it with them. Clearly there was no intent for that crew to accomplish the replacement. When they were wanting me to provide referrals they called me constantly, now I have to pursue them. What happened to living up to your word???

In November 2020, Window World representative/salesperson Blake Clay came to assess, measure, and gave estimate for window replacement. He took the $200 seller credit and promised to be in touch with a definite time frame for installation. At the time, he informed me that the company was running behind 8-12 weeks due to manufacturing process and I understood. Fast forward to February 2021, I called to inquire about the status of the order. Initially I spoke to office staff and they had no record of this 'installation.' Again, I spoke to Blake and he assured me that they received the deposit and it was ok however, he would have to send another person out for measurements as soon as possible. Today is March 30, I called and spoke to Jacob (manager) and STILL no record of this deposit, estimate, or installation - he claims that he will follow up and call back today but I'm not holding my breath. Please beware of this business.

When I went to install the competitor 's window it was a bit snug on the width and unfortunately that pressure caused it to crack in the upper corner. On my way to order another I decided to find my way back to County Glass. It is a little difficult to find at first but I did and Mike answered the door. After telling him my situation he said he could get me a unit by the end of the day! I asked if that cost extra and he quoted me a price, out the door, that was $20 cheaper than the competitor who took two weeks!!!
