We were recommended Premier Home Services by Yelp Projects. Kyle messaged promptly through Yelp…read moremessaging and we set up a time for him to visit. He reached a couple of minutes before - which itself at times speaks a lot about a provider. Both my husband and I found him helpful, attentive to detail and understanding during our first conversation and that was perhaps something which made us comfortable enough to hire the services of Kyle for our home's exterior's maintenance. To give an example - we have landscape and couple of lawns in the front and a lot of tree cover all around the house more as we go down slope towards the rear. The trees and plants are dense and lots of big ones are near the boundary of the decks itself. We wanted to be sure that as much as possible, the plants, grass, smaller plants, trees closer to all the decks can be protected and should survive. Kyle assured that he will do his best by covering where possible, washing soon afterwards so there is no or minimal damage and set our expectations that smaller plants may still wilt or die. He sent in the estimate which was prepared meticulously and in detail, listing each service separately; what each work would entail and what should we expect - which again was reassuring as we wanted several different services and were somewhat nervous about the landscape protection. He arrived sharp at 8.30 AM on both the days and worked really hard and fantastically. In fact his energy and enthusiasm on both the days all through the day right uptill the evening without that enthusiasm weaning away - amazes us still. Both him and his colleague did a well coordinated job. Kyle himself being detailed and very thorough in his approach, does not relent till satisfied himself. He likes to keep checking with us "if all is looking good" :). He took time and put in a lot of effort to complete all jobs and in a timely fashion. We are very happy that we hired and entrusted Kyle with our home. The exteriors and some part of the interior that he worked on look spic, the landscape, plants - big and small, lawns, trees all around- all look good too so far! Infact, we have also agreed on some additional work for a separate fee quote which is WIP and think of it as a long term working relationship with Premier Home Services and with Kyle. We can't recommend them enough! Do try them for your Exterior and Interior home needs.

The team really took their time too and double checked all the windows and cleaned any additional spots they found. Overall great experience and I will definitely hire them again in the future when we need a fresh cleaning. Thank you!!

So we booked his service for a couple of weeks later. His crew showed up EXACTLY on time! A total of 4 people ended up working on our windows (inside and out). They were METICULOUS throughout. They carefully removed all the screens, cleaned out the window sills first, which included every nook and cranny. Then they got to work on the windows themselves. They worked for about 5 hours altogether, without a break (we have a large house). They wore booties in the house to protect our carpeting. They thoroughly cleaned all of the screens before putting them back. The windows are now sparkly and spotless throughout. They look brand new, with zero streaks. We can't recommend this company enough. Locally owned and operated. Great people. Excellent job. We'd give them 6 stars if we could!

Earlier this year we also used his services to clean our 2nd story gutters that are equally difficult to reach. Every window is hand washed & dried where many want to wash from the ground using either a sprayer or pole! The results are just not the same! Already scheduled next year!

Amazing Window Washing prices are very reasonable. We will definitely be calling them next year, but plan to add the lower deck and power washing the cobwebs from the whole house. Hired Nor-Cal Maintenance for gutter cleaning and roof moss removal in May 2026 for $2,437…read more A few things worth being aware of before hiring: The initial invoice charged for two seam repairs the technician on site confirmed weren't performed. It took several written exchanges to get the billing corrected. Their marketing text mentioned "before, progress, and after photos for complete transparency." I received 8 partial photos and was told in writing those were the complete set. The moss removal was a $1,479 line item on a roof I couldn't inspect from the ground. If you hire them, get a signed contract with clear scope, verify the invoice matches actual work performed, and confirm what documentation you'll receive during the work. I'd take the time to get multiple estimates and research other options before committing.

I see many 5 Stars for NorCal and sad to say not my experience and that just was only trying to make an appointment.
