Did some research and received three different quotes from insulation company's on yelp…read more The quotes ranged from 4k to $1500 to re-install the old insulation in our attic (suspended from rafters), install new insulation on knee walls, and add blown insulation to entire attic 2500 sqft home. King Insulation was by far the least expensive (about 1/2) the price of the other quotes. All quotes ware very specific so at the end of the day i was getting the same thing for 1/2 price. I did inspect the attic after the job was complete and they did a very good job! I would hire these guys again and if your looking for a company to update your attic insulation give them a call!! Took less than a week from initial contact to job completion.

Unfortunately it was different every time they came out. That is a small detail though, here are the large ones. They left the lock box open - TWICE, leaving our home exposed to anyone that came by. They put away wet towels - on top of the dry ones, leading to all the laundry needing to be redone. They left hairs throughout the bathroom. They folded and put away dirty towels (see pic for just one example) Food was frequently found underneath all cabinets There was zero spot checking or quality control. We brought these concerns to the owner Amanda and Brea the manager. After many attempts, and my husband meeting with them, to provide consulting tips, they felt we were too "detail oriented" I was even told by Amanda, they are not the cleaning service for people who focus on quality. I was happy to move on and find a company that does focus on quality. We respect the hard earned money of our renters being spent on our property - they deserve a home that is spotless. They will likely respond and mention some of their other rental homes maintain 4-5 star ratings. Ours did too - because for the last 2 months I would spend 1-2 hours recleaning the condo. I chose four different colors throughout the condo, and it looks absolutely gorgeous! The paint alone has turned this condo a complete 180, even without any other remodels. Once the painting was done, I was greeted with the walk-through to see if everything was up to my standards.
