I came in contact with SINGH ROOFING through the owner from who we rent from. I met with MR. FELIX MENDIOLA approximately 1 month prior to start date. He explained to me how the process would take place from start to finish, everything:noise, fragments, debris, delivery of equipment, and what time the crew would show up on site . SINGH ROOFING CREWMEN came on time and ready to work, and they worked their asses off. They were careful of my personal possessions around our residency, professional, and kind. The job was completed in 2 days, they cleaned up the mess, and we have a BEAUTIFUL roof. I'm really impressed with the services SINGH ROOFING provided for us. MR. Jesse and his team were nothing less than professional, helpful and did such an amazing job. They helped me with my roof from start to finish. The communication was always clear. I had Singh roofing put on a new roof of January 2026. Although the roof is nice and new going through the process with them was very stressful. From the start the one roofer Felix just looking at my house said this job is 20K. I said really, cause I had an estimate 6 months ago and the bid was 14K. I said how would the price go up sixteen thousand. And that included taking off and reinstalling my solar panel. Felix and Jeremiah who wrote up the bid for my house after that kept me out of everything. He worked with my insurance com exclusively. The insurance Co paper work reads "The contractors work for you". The contract from Singh roofing reads " the Customer needs to be involved with communication with the insurance Co. But because Jeremiah was taking advantage of embellishing the price of the job I was left out of any contracts or communication with the insurance Co. I asked Jeremiah for his bid to the insurance Co. he emailed me the accepted contract from the insurance Co. I believe knowing he emailed the wrong paper because when he emailed the paper work I asked for his bid was 23K. After receiving his embellished bid I told him not to order anything just yet. The next day Jeremiah & Felix showed up at my door. Felix begins to scream & yell at me in my home trying to defend Jeremiah embellishment. He did apologized for saying that my house was a 20K job before even evaluating it. The unprofessional manner in which I was treated by both guys the entire process was horrible & very deceptive. I then made a call to the owner Jesse. He wasn't any better. He defended his workers and was an absolute jerk. I made my payments to them promptly every time. I mailed the last one, only to find out Singh roofing never paid a subcontractor his pay. He said he called Jeremiah & Jesse with no response from either one. The payment to the subcontractor was estimated & written in by the insurance Co. I give them 0 stars. This is an unprofessional & dishonest Co. read more

Great company to work with to get our roof redone through our insurance company. The insurance companies do everything they can to not pay what they should on fixing the roofs to code. Jesse, was aggressive in fighting for what was a correct install that followed the City Code Compliance. He went above and beyond for us. Roof looks beautiful. Without his help, I do believe we would have had to come out of pocket if he wouldn't have had the experience and knowledge behind him. Thank you Jesse! read more

Singh roofing did an amazing job on multiple of my properties. They helped me with the process start to finish with each roof. They also got it done in TWO DAYS. I am not sure if that is common but it was amazing how quick and well done my new roofs are. The communication was always on time and notifying me every step of the way. I really thought the whole process was going to be a rough experience but it couldn't have been better. 10/10 recommend - Jesse is amazing! read more

Singh Roofing - the roof of this home - Roofing Near Me - Chandler, Arizona

I HIGHLY recommend Singh! Very quick response time and extremely professional. I even made some last minute changes, adding sky lights and vents. I expected delays and a decent price jump but instead they took it in stride still completed the job early. The roof looks AMAZING and they even came in under budget. A refreshing change from most roofers out there! read more

They do not honor the warranty. They do not contact you back. They don't show up when they say they will. Owner cares more about his vacations than actually helping someone who has a warranty. Will be filing a complaint with USAA and the BBB. Also will contact the AZ contractors licensing. Hired to replace a wind damaged roof. Had one leak before however. After installation, roof now leaks in several areas. Terrible communication from Jesse Singh, profanity, threats, dishonest statements and harassment. Board of Contractors inspectors agreed work was not acceptable. read more

Singh Roofing did a great job!! Felix was helpful with everything and answered all my questions in person (at a distance) and by calling or texting. I had no problems with singh but I did with my insurance company. And Singh helped us out with the deductible due to covid19 issue we are having. Thank you guys!!! read more

I knew I wanted to work with Singh roofing after my sister had such an amazing experience with them when she had her roof replaced. Aside from having to deal with insurance shenanigans, the process was very easy. Jesse helped me navigate how to handle the insurance company and helped me to get everything paid for! I will definitely continue referring anyone that needs any roof repairs/replacements to Singh Roofing. read more

Singh roofing is definitely your premiere roofing company. After numerous declines from our insurance company they came in and made it happen. We ended up canceling our insurance company after the installation for not taking care of us and helping out when in need. Thanks Jesse for all the help! We greatly appreciate your persistence in making our "old insurance" company do the right thing! read more

Nothing but AMAZING things to say about this company! I called Jesse with Singh Roofing on October 13th and it's now October 28th and I have a brand new roof! Amazing customer service! Jesse answered the first phone call, and always responds to calls and texts. Jesse also worked with my insurance company. Besides being a great business man, Jesse is very personable. It was so nice to be treated like a friend instead of a customer! The dream team showed up today and completed my roof in one day, and not one bit of mess left behind. I will be recommending Singh Roofing to everyone! read more

Living in Phoenix dust storms and HIGH WINDS are unpredictable. We had an unusual one rip through our area, causing real bad damage to our roof. Shingles were ripped off, and we had about an 8x8 area over our garage missing shingles. We immediately contacted our insurance company, who came out and stated they would only cover the front half. We contacted Singh Roofing after they came highly recommended by a close friend. Jesse, the owner of the company, came out to provide an assessment and estimate for the work. He uncovered more damage that was overlooked by our insurance field adjuster. He requested to meet with the field adjuster and go over the items missed. Of course, standard practice for insurance companies is to cut a check and be finished, but Jesse fought for us to get our entire roof redone. He literally went to bat for us, provided pictures, emails, multiple phone calls, etc. He did not have to do what he did, but with his help and our persistence with the insurance company, they finally agreed the damages were worse than what was noted. Jesse scheduled his team ( about 8 guys) to come out at 7am, and they were here ready to go at 6:55am. 7am came, and they started taking the old roof off. By 3:45pm, they were completely finished. They cleaned up after themselves and ran a magnetic roller to pick up any nails that may have been dropped. Having kids and pets, this was a HUGE relief. We can definitely say. Signh Roofing is one of the best and highly recommended. The service from start to finish was above and beyond ALL expectations. Thank you Jesse. read more

Just had one of your representatives knock on my door WITH NO MASK! Seriously? He proceeds to tell my husband that we have storm damage on our roof. First of all, there hasn't been a storm in months, and our roof is fine. My husband was just up there and it's fine. I don't know how you'd see storm damage from your truck, driving up and down the street. Seems really shady. Put a mask on when you go to someone's door! read more

Singh roofing never got to my 2 emails once they got the money. or (if you do use - take pictures before/after, esp. pigeon spikes) They never got back to me on the questions I asked on THIS website. My mistake, don't make the same mistake I did! Unsatisfactory Work. read more

Jesse has helped me get 3 brand new shingle roofs on 3 of my investment properties, all through my insurance company for just my insurance deductible on each house. Beauty of it was, the damage on all 3 were classified as wind damage so it didn't increase my insurance rate. 2/3 houses simply had old roofs that were end of life but he was still able to get it done through my insurance company. 1 of the 3 had real damage, a large section of my roof taken off. He was able to come and get it tarped off asap the same day, while all the other roofing companies told me it would be a few weeks til they could even come and give me an estimate. I referred him to my friend who also needed a new roof because his was old as well and was able to get him a new roof via insurance as well! Fast, clean, and great job, and he has saved me tons of money! read more

I don't have the expertise to judge the roofing job done, but we've had their work evaluated since we're now having trouble getting solar installed on the roof they just did, because it's soft in several spots. They claim there was no damage to the roof decking, but you can see the dent in the roof where it's soft (and plywood should have been replace) from the ground. What I can also share is that their workers were sloppy and their rep and owner are unresponsive and rude. They were late for the install (I had to get to work). During the roof installation, they destroyed a potted plant in our driveway, some holiday decorations in our front yard, left patio edging just laying on our back patio and roof nails all around our house (we have small children and a dog). Their workers drove a nail into a water pipe running along our roof line (in plain sight) and immediately said it wasn't their problem. We asked to pay our deductible by credit card, but were told the boss had to call us, it took weeks to get a call back, then the machine wasn't working. We got estimates to fix the pipe, emailed them, no response for over 2 weeks, then they showed up at our front door to collect their deductible. Plus we were told we'd get a referral bonus when our neighbor got her roof done and it's done, but no bonus... I also doubt the neighbor that referred us ever got hers... Lastly, the owner tailgated me in my neighborhood in his giant black pick up then whipped around me and cut me off. Obnoxious and totally unsafe! read more

Singh Roofing is hands down the best, most trustworthy, responsive, and reliable roofing company in the business! The owner takes pride in his company and it shows! We've never been happier with a roofing company and will forever be clients of Singh Roofing. As a Realtor, I only recommend Singh Roofing to my clients...and that speaks volumes! No need for a second opinion, this is the company for you! Thank you, Jesse! read more

awful from start to finish poor service, rude staff

Another reason to not use Singh. His workers were told twice about the pipe and we even went into to attic to show them. He didn't even have enough guts to conduct to do a walk through after he says the job was complete. When? Because it wasn"t complete. There were 3 items that were not complete along with all the water damage his company did. Co plate the job and he gets paid. Worst contractor I've dealt with... read more

My new roof looks amazing! Jeremiah was on top of every detail! We had roof damage from previous storms so he worked with our insurance company as well as our solar company and all we did was just wait to get it done. The roofing crew was on the roof at the crack of dawn and transformed the look of our house in 2 days!! I would recommend Singh Roofing without hesitation!! Thank you Jeremiah for everything you did to get our roof replaced!! read more

Run! Nothing but problems. Roof was completed last year in Tempe. I won't go into all those problems but there were many. Now we're painting the house. Finding a lot of areas with poor sheeting at the eaves. Actually cracked totally through in a number of places. They did replace some of the sheeting when roofing so they know what it looks like when it needs replaced. New sheeting was paid for as change order as it should be. Now I wonder what other areas exist but would only see by going into the attic. Only fix will be to tear off roof, replace sheeting and reroof. They are only good dealing with insurance company. Workmanship is terrible! Find another contractor. read more

I had a great experience working with Jesse and Singh Roofing. They started the job on time and finished it in two days. They kept a very clean job site. The roof looks great. I would recommend Singh roofing to do your roof. read more

Jeremiah did an excellent job working with our insurance company to replace most our roof. We were really happy with the service and I would have recommended them to anyone. I wish this review ended there, but it doesn't. This is the first review I've ever written, but I feel compelled to share the rest of our experience. After the roof was installed, our house was flooded with a toxic roof tar like smell for 2-3 days. Somehow the roof materials had contaminated our ac system. I have three small children one of whom has asthma, and we actually had to vacate the house. The smell got better after that but it still came back when the temp got above 105 or 110 which it does quite a bit in AZ summers. It was bad enough to give me headaches especially because the ac vents blow directly above our bed. We wanted to hold off on full payment until the smell was resolved but Jeremy's boss Jesse Singh got involved and actually showed up at our doorstep during dinner time to collect payment. He looked us in the eye and told us that we needed to complete the payment but that he would make it right. We trusted him. We shouldn't have. The smell kept coming back but because Jesse never smelled it himself, he told us there was nothing he could do. He did come over a couple of times to check it out which we appreciated but the smell wasn't present during those times. We asked him to at least pay for one duct cleaning to try to make it right and again he said because they didn't experience the smell first hand that they would not pay. So much for "making it right". Jesse is basically saying that because he didn't smell it we must be making it up, and that the smell couldn't have been their fault even though it directly followed the installation of the roof and smelled like roof tar! Now we are left with the fear of the smell coming back next summer and my kids who might be breathing contaminated air. The issue here wasn't about getting the ac duct cleaning covered by Singh roofing, it really doesn't cost that much. It's more about the ethics - how Singh roofing handled this situation says a lot about their integrity and how much they really care or don't care about their customers. read more

Had our roof done in November. It looks great! I recommend Jeremiah for all the work he did to bring it together. They do beautiful work.

Our new roof has exceeded our expectations! we didn't realize how bad our former roof was getting until it was replaced with a beautiful new one. Jesse patiently worked through the process of working with our insurance company, assisting us in choosing roofing material, and managing the completion of the job. The team that worked on our roof was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Singh roofing. read more

Hired to replace wind damaged roof. Never had a leak. After installation, roof now leaks in several areas. Terrible communication from Jesse Singh, profanity, threats, dishonest statements and harassment. Board of Contractors inspectors agreed work was not acceptable. Singh attempted to repair, but could not get it completed. After months of harassment and then an actual threat to our home and family's safety directly by Jesse Singh, we cut our losses with this absolutely awful person and hired a reputable company to repair the damage that Singh did to our roof. Consumers need to do a little research on the owners of these hack roofing companies before letting them in your home or on your roof. If we did, we would have known by Singh's digital footprint, he is not exactly respected and reputable. He actually refers to himself as 'The Roof Pimp' and 'Singh Mafia' all over social media. Things like that, along with the other complaints issued with the BBB, show that this is clearly not a very mature or professional business owner. I would recommend a HARD PASS ON SINGH ROOFING. read more

Singh Roofing saves the day! I had the privilege of working with Jesse and his crew recently after another roofing company botched a metal and cedar shake roof installation as part of a larger renovation on my home resulting in water damage and a complete re-do. I called Singh for a second opinion on the work being done because they had completed several jobs in my neighborhood, I admired their work, and I had serious concerns about the work being done on my house. Jesse offered his professional opinion and took the time to ensure I understood how to articulate my concerns to the current roofing company -- with no expectation of being awarded the work. To be fair, I double checked every single thing he told me in regards to cedar shake installation with experts in the industry, and any available online source I could find. The man knows his stuff. After firing the first roofing company, I hired Singh Roofing who completed the job in a matter of days that the other company couldn't complete in months. If you want to be confident in the work being done on your house, do yourself a favor, save the headache, and call Singh Roofing. read more

My family and I had been saving for a new roof for about two years, our roof had multiple black spots where the wind had blown off the shingles. It looked really bad! One day a young man by the name of Riley knocked on my door and explained to me that since the damage to the roof was caused by weather that my home owners insurance would pay to buy me a new roof. I was extremely skeptical but what did I have to loose! He helped me file the claim, met with the adjuster and got my insurance company to replace my roof! (I'm still pretty surprised) his crew started the work about a week later and finished in one day! When it came to the clean up they rolled magnets all over the front and back yard to pick up all the nails! It looked like it never even happened! I'm taking my family on vacation with the money we saved! I recommend these guys to anyone that has roof issues read more

Can't say enough good things about Singh Roofing! They were prompt, clean, quick, and helpful. Singh roofing had done the inspection on my house when I first bought it. So when the august storms came through, I called him and said I need help. I told him the issue and he and his team did a good job dealing with my insurance and replacing my roof. However, we did have some minor issues like clean up on my property and my neighbors. The reason my review is only 3 stars is because since my roof was replaced, I have had a leak. It is the center where the angled roofs meet and comes down the spout through the corner of car port. Jesse sent out guys at least 4 times to fix it, each time it still leaked. We just had rain again and it is still leaking. I contacted Jesse 2 weeks ago and all I get is I'll send someone Monday or Tuesday, my apologies. Well I am done asking. I will either fix it myself or call another roofer and send Jesse the bill. I am tired of the run around and frankly the leak not being fixed. It was always someone at 5pm and in a rush. Frankly I am really disappointed because Jesse is not willing to admit his guys did this specific area wrong and is not taking responsibility to fix it right. I was just called by my father (18th JAN) and told his men showed up today - im hoping this is fixed because I always want to believe the best in people. read more
