Frustrated, I turned to Yelp again for help. I was hesitant on using the original roofing company from 3 years ago for this repair because I had some thoughts that they may not have done a good job during that first repair. Four Peaks Roofing was fast to answer in my time of need and I was able to get someone to come check out my issue same day. Jorge ended up coming out and I relayed my concerns to him. I couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous person than him. When he was inside my home, without anyone prompting him, he took off his shoes while walking around. My family and I have a "no shoes while inside the house" rule but I never ask any outside vendors to abide by it for their convenience and safety. He was the first outside vendor to do this (again, without anyone asking him to!) and I really needed to highlight this as this was exceptional and beyond thoughtful. After Jorge was done inside, he went back outside and got onto my roof to start inspecting. He took his time and came down with pictures to show Hubby and I when he was done. He eased my concerns and said that the sealing from 3 years ago deteriorated with time. The previous roofer did what needed to be done at the time and it's just the brutal summers that just destroys everything so quickly. Jorge encouraged me to get in contact with the previous roofer to see if I can work something out with them and continued to write up an estimate for us if we wanted to go with him. He went out of his way to look out for us and I wish there was more people like him out in the world. I did contact the previous roofer and ended going with them as they worked out something with me that I couldn't refuse. This inspector that came out also reiterated the same things Jorge went over so I was relieved that these 2 different individuals were in agreement on the same things. Even though I ended up not doing this project with Four Peaks Roofing, this exceptional experience will guarantee me coming back here for my next project.

I requested a change to the underlayment, which Jordon indicated was no problem and verbally let me know what the price difference would be but did take a little bit to get the official updated quote. Materials arrived on time and on schedule (tbh, I was worried that they weren't going to be). Work started promptly on time, and while the crew did work full days, they ran over by about a half day (luckily we weren't in any kind of rush). Workers cleaned up daily and pretty thoroughly at completion. While I do wish there was a little more communication regarding updates to the project, I would definitely use this company again.

Estrella made it easy. The price was fair, they got us on the schedule quickly, and they showed up when they said they would. The crew kept the area clean and neat, were careful and respectful around the house, and they did excellent work. They removed and repaired the deteriorated areas of the walk deck, improved the drainage, and finished everything off with a really nice PliDek surface that looks great and should last many years. The painting crew was nice but we did have a couple of things that weren't done completely. We called Charlie right away and the painting crew and Charlie were back at our house within the hour and they made everything right. First I tried the homebuilders company I've used them before but this time, they just wouldn't coordinate with the Solar Company or respond well to me. The wind probably caused Solar and Vent problems, last December water began leaking into the house below the Solar panel area. Molly Rushing at Sun Run Customer Care had Titan do their part, they were great too. I told Molly how frustrated I was with the homebuilders roofing company, she referred me to Reimagine Roofing in Phoenix. Right after I called them Christian texted, with his picture and asking when he could set up a time to inspect, inside and out. Reimagine coordinated panel removal, the roof was reinspected repairs made and panels reinstalled. Christian was great to work with and he responded quickly to my calls, coordinating our schedules. He diagnosed a problem with the Pipe and O'hagen vents. And explained in detail that these vents were only nailed in place, never sealed with mastic this left them vulnerable to wind damage, gaps were forming between the flashing and the roof. In a heavy driving rain could come in and damage the ceiling Several of my neighbors have visibly damaged vents and tiles from past windstorms. I'll pass the word about Reimagine roofing. Christian is bright and energetic he worked quickly professionally when he was at our home. I hope to see him working on our neighbors' roofs soon. The rest of the staff that I worked, Melanie, Kelsea, Katlien and Koryn. were always helpful and I really thank them for actually getting my roof fixed.

Contract was signed for 3 kitchen bay windows on 3/21/26. Job was completed on 7/7/26. Haven the…read moresalesmen said it would take 6 weeks, since the 2 smaller windows needed to be ordered. Called at 6 weeks and was told the windows were order 3 weeks ago. Called over 20 times and told me someone would call. Never received any call backs. How do these people sleep at time? Installation started on June 17th. Installer never tested windows. Ben, the contractor came when job was completed on 6/19th. The 2 small windows did not remain open and was told the tracks were missing. June 24th a window tech came and agreed the tracks were missing and took pictures. With a few more visits to get the right tracks and installation was completed on July 7th. There was always an excuse from "NON" Reimagine blaming the window manufacturer or window installers. The window installers were great. PLEASE LISTEN, do not hire them. It was a very frustrating process. Hasn't rain in Arizona yet, so don't know if they leak.
