BIG MISTAKE I ended up with several leaks with damaged the drywall on the underside in my patio. First Class attempted to fix the leaks but it did not rain for a couple of months. When it did I had leaks like they never did anything. Over about 1 1/2 years they came out 4 times still had a couple of leaks and the owner refused to come out anymore. I ended up having to have a real roofer that knows foam and shingle roofs to fix the areas that First Class wasn't capable of doing the job right. 0 stars would be more appropriate for this company.

However, I'm glad I waited so I can depict the entire experience working with this company. First, I called the morning after a hellacious rainstorm we had in Anthem that exposed a leak in our bedroom. He answered the phone promptly and agreed to come out the same day. I mentioned I was busy that afternoon and he literally came over to the house within an hour of the call! Next, when he assessed the situation, he quickly identified the issue and explained in detail what needed to be done to fix the leak. In addition, he recognized some dry rot under the eaves in our courtyard area that our home inspector completely failed to point out when we bought our house 6 months earlier. He demonstrated competence, punctuality, and went about his business in a meticulous matter, which is extremely important to me personally. He was responsive and provided a fair quote. In fact, the job took a bit longer than anticipated, and I predetermined a fair compensation for his additional time. He declined, but I wrote the check anyway to express my thanks for his determination to complete the job correctly. Lastly, and to my complete surprise, I received a phone call some weeks later offering to come over and replace additional sheathing in our courtyard. What??!! I could not believe it! This work was not part of the original quote and while the sheathing may not have been aesthetically pleasing to the eye, you'd really have to look for it to even notice it. He had a member of his team come out and replace it that day! No charge and no kidding! This is why I'm glad I procrastinated in writing what would have already been a great review, so I could address what made the entire experience, quite frankly, unbelievable! Thank you, Anthem Roofing LLC! Wayne, you are one of a kind in how you conduct business and you will be my roofer and referral from this day forward. Today, one of their work trucks were driving recklessly on the I-17. They continuously kept flashing me to get out of their way. After a few moments they proceed to cut me off and lose their tarp load on the highway. As the driver was passing me they were on their phone swerving.
