A common practice is to raise your fees slightly every couple of months since they know very well it will be difficult for you to move...especially if you have a lot of furniture or boxes. It's a very slimy practice but there you go. (Of course, I realize things change and sometimes a slight raise is necessary, but...well, if you know, you know.) I have been with Remington for 5 months and found them to be very upright and honest and a great value...they tell you a fee and they stick with it. The place is always well cared for, clean and secure; I always feel comfortable whenever I go to the site. If you have a question, they always get right back to you with an answer. I Drove two days to florida and and had reserved a storage unit with Howard who is the Manager. We then had to rent a second storage unit and there was another 10x10 available in the climate control building and without hesitation Howard said go ahead and open that unit, we will deal with the rest of the paper work later.
