We returned again this year and notices the new tires were all weather cracked almost as bad as the old ones. The old tires were from 2000. When I took them back I got many excuses as to why this happened even one that was, " You bought cheap tires. " Well, I had them put tires on not asking for CHEAP TIRES. I trusted them and was taken advantage of. We cant do anything for you but we can sell you other ones. I went to another bike shop and had new ones installed and was told they had to be some old product to go that fast. Lesson learned for sure. By the way, I was also told if that happened to these new tires in a year they would be replaced FREE!

Why were they unable to accommodate us? We didn't make an appointment for the maintenance on the used bike, which is reasonable, so we asked about trading in our used one. The answer was a flat NO because the owner has to make the deal, so I asked if we could call the owners and make a deal. The answer was a more affirmative NO. This is supposedly a retail outlet? Really? Maybe they are, but while the guy was all about telling me NO, another guy was still trying to upsell my husband on a deal that was already shut down by his colleague, so we were then told how uncomfortable my used bike is and how we should buy a new one. After being told to take a number on maintenance. DO NOT tell me how your product, sales, and service are quality while refusing my business. Village Cycles in Paddock Square seems a bit too uppity for what they purport to offer, so I went to TREK bicycles in Wildwood and spent $1600 and feel much, much better about the product, sales, and service because I actually received RESPECTFUL sales, and service! I got there and, contrary to want he had indicated, he began work on it immediately! I asked why he got to it quicker, and he said it seemed important to me to get it done quick and that was why he changed his mind and got right into it.
