I had my Cannondale tuned up in 2024 at Ocala Bicycle Center. They made it better than new! (I say better than new because the shop I bought it from in Texas didn't know what they were doing half the time. Including fitting me for a bike. Took 3 times cuz they finally listened to me and got it right.) OBC even replaced my original back tire, which someone else had told me was discontinued. We went in today in a mad hurry to return the tire to our friend who broke down with a flat tire. It is her only mode of transportation and we went in and were told that it would take an hour, which we didn't have because we were eager to return home after a long holiday. Anyway, another patron was so kind as to offer to repair my bike before theirs because there was no rush in the schedule. That was greatly appreciated whoever you are. Haven't had my serviced in a while and was looking for a place to get that done. With an unassuming front door, I wasn't sure if what to expect. In entering, there are bikes for every type of person and rider. I headed to the back, where the service guys, took my bike to give it a once over. With no major discoveries (thank goodness), they scheduled me for a tune up gave me an estimate and told me when it would be ready. Being new to the area, they gave me suggestions of trails in the area and a map of where to go. I could not have asked for a better experience and depending on how the bike is when I pick it up (I have no worries!) I am sure that the Ocala Bike Shop will be my go to for all my bicycle needs! read more

He could have easily followed my lead in purchasing a much more expensive bike but opted to get me in the right bike over making a bigger sale. do Not bye from this shop or have work on your bike there.took my wife's trike bike for work. They damage my fender. Paint scratch down to metal. They said they didn't do it. Brand new bike. Never offered to fix it. Just walked away. Pay the bill, we left. Didn't even offer to help me put in my truck. I won't go there again. read more

Dan and Carrie run a first class bicycle operation, nicely located near State Road 200. A bicycle business-"well done" , which makes you want to do bicycle business there. I am into e-bikes, and I can rely on the teamwork of the distant manufacturer and Ocala Bicycle Center to know the technology and how to approach repair and maintenance . They also promote more sedate local bike rides combined with a restaurant stop, and more venturesome rides for those who really like to cruise along. read more
