The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. Recently the business was put up for sale and a new owner now owns and runs this franchise. Mark is his name When we lived in the lower Fla. Keys we had a hot tub but never owned one since we moved up here 20 years ago. Well, we finally decided to buy a hot tub and we used Wayne and Mark, the new owner. This store carries the Nordic Hot Tub line. We finally decided on the Encore LS which is a 6 person 330 gallon tub. We had to special order it and We're (wife & I) glad we did. This tub uses two motors/pumps, is 220 volts and needs to be wired by an electrician as it is not plug and play. We used our carpenter to do the electric installation as he is versed in home wiring What I like about this hot tub is it stays at the temperature you set it at, and stays hot while you use it. With two pump motors, it has plenty of power & IIRC has approximately 60 jets, more than enough to satisfy me. I should mention there is a lounger on one end, a no float lounger. Every position has plenty of jets Price?, we paid $7200 and I'm more than happy with this tub and the service this Pinch A Penny franchise has provided. Although I took care of the hot tub we had in Big Pine Key I forgot some of the basics and Wayne was all too happy to fill in the blanks I'm in this tub every day. It's therapeutic value is immeasurable. Again, I'm/we are totally happy with this hot tub purchase. It arrived August 1st and was up and running the following day. I've done one water change so far. Easy Peasy If I had to do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing. If you're in the market for a hot tub, go see Wayne or Mark. They'll treat you right!

My husband secured cover so could not be lifted in hurricane, so that theory goes in drain. We've contacted them three times for issue and they never bothered to call back or respond by email. If the job was done right the first time we would not have issue now. My husband did not have confidence in them from the start and he was right. Since it was past the 30 days I was simply out of luck. Keep this in mind when you order items from this company. It would be better to order from a local brick and mortar store. That way they cannot attempt to deceive you with compromised products. It was an $800.00 + lesson. BEWARE.
