Being a past customer gives us a small discount which helps to lower the cost of operating. The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. There have been a few small items requiring some fixes, but have been covered by warranty which is a bonus and another reason why we chose this spa system.

My husband secured cover so could not be lifted in hurricane, so that theory goes in drain. We've contacted them three times for issue and they never bothered to call back or respond by email. If the job was done right the first time we would not have issue now. My husband did not have confidence in them from the start and he was right. Since it was past the 30 days I was simply out of luck. Keep this in mind when you order items from this company. It would be better to order from a local brick and mortar store. That way they cannot attempt to deceive you with compromised products. It was an $800.00 + lesson. BEWARE.
