Donny was referred to me by another local business that we had used. I had placed a call and he came out and gave us the disastrous truth of our calamity of a pool, in place when we bought the home. Donny was knowledgeable, honest, and our meeting with him caused me to look no further. He restored our pool at a reasonable cost and was not satisfied until we were satisfied! We found Donny by driving through Ocala and spotting his vehicle with phone number on the side! What a happy coincidence as I had been doing a lot of research, both online and local. Donny came out shortly after we called and gave us an estimate. The price was fair--he and his sons do their own install, so there were no subcontractors involved. They do it all. He is very knowledgable and we are very happy. The pool and equipment are of good quality and he stands behind everything he sells. read more

I called about the status of the pool, because when I arrived, the pool water was half empty even though they apparently had been servicing weekly for the past few years. The scheduling manager said he didn't know anything about it. I asked to speak with the tech who services the pool and he said I couldn't. He said he wouldn't give me his number. OK, so I asked for him to call me, and he said he would not. He said he would contact him and find out what is going on for me. Ok... of course I never heard back so I called again. I was told that he communicated with the tech, but still didn't know anything and still refused to coordinate a conversation between me and anyone who could help. What?? This guy is a Bozo - zero sensitivity to my situation and provided absolutely no help. He couldn't understand why I was getting upset with him. Finally, according to the "schedule" the tech was supposed to show up at the house the day before I left. I was there and there was no sign of him ever coming to the house. There was no note saying he was there. There was no phone call to let me know what the issue was. I don't believe they have been coming to the house at all and still charging my elderly parents for service not provided. This company is garbage!!!

What I love is all the space they have between homes and no fenced in yards unless you have dogs. The lots are large and grassy. Homes vary in size but all our one story. Each garage offers a large screen that covers the garage door so you can open your door and let in the breeze on a nice day. They have CC&R's here but no HOA. I have had the opportunity to meet many of my father in laws friends and for the most part, they are friendly and always wave and say hello when they see me running by. The neighborhood is surrounded by lots of open spaces and is somewhat rural. After all, this is horse country. A great place to live when you want some peace and quiet.

I have been itching to get some fiction to read since I recently got back into reading for fun. All…read morethe long and treacherous years of schooling ruined reading for me. Information regarding pricing or what was in stock was impossible to find so I had to go and check it out first hand. I was greeted upon immediately walking in. This place is way bigger than I thought it would be. I started browsing the book shelves that were in front and worked my way back towards the store. I only looked through the fiction section but noticed a huge selection of other genres like Sci Fi and Adult Romance. There was also a children's section in the back. Walking towards the front of the store, there were shelves with DVDs as well. In the middle of the store, there's a little lounge section with comfortable chairs and tables to read at. I was carrying several books so I decided to grab a shopping basket. They have the cool ones that have wheels and suitcase like handles. I finally made my way to the register and chatted with the employee. She asked if I found everything i was looking for, to which I did not. She offered to look up titles I wanted and even though they did not have any in the store, she offered to put my information in the system if those books do show up. I purchased 6 books and paid almost $20. Not horrible but I thought for sure it would be cheaper. They have a buy back program, where you receive store credits but I forgot to inquire about the details. Of course I will be back!
