My father in law and aunt/uncle have lived here for over 20 years. This beautiful neighborhood is huge and includes a clubhouse, pool, bocce ball courts, and offers so many activities for seniors who want to stay active and socialize. What I love is all the space they have between homes and no fenced in yards unless you have dogs. The lots are large and grassy. Homes vary in size but all our one story. Each garage offers a large screen that covers the garage door so you can open your door and let in the breeze on a nice day. They have CC&R's here but no HOA. I have had the opportunity to meet many of my father in laws friends and for the most part, they are friendly and always wave and say hello when they see me running by. The neighborhood is surrounded by lots of open spaces and is somewhat rural. After all, this is horse country. A great place to live when you want some peace and quiet. read more
