If you're looking for a reliable, honest roofing company with technical expertise and exceptional customer service, I would highly recommend using Willie Hendrix with Castle Roofing. Willie is honest, professional and wonderful to work with. You know you're working with a trusted and respected company when the roofing contractor return your calls, send the written estimates you asked for on time, address any of your concerns, and show up to the job site on time and guarantees their work. It is unbelievable the level of detail Willie covered with me regarding my roof as well as the insurance process and guidance. He put all the details about the project in writing - even breaking down how the company calculates overhead and profit. We had filed a claim with our insurance company who used a drone initially to inspect our roof for damages. Unfortunately, with the drone, they could not detect any damage. I requested an inspector (human) come onsite to inspect our roof. Willie met with the inspector and showed him all the damage, which included hail damage to our gutters, window screens, garage door, etc. Subsequently, the inspector had my insurance agent on Facetime to tell me they approved the repairs and I could move forward with Willie. I've used other roofing companies in the past and thus far this was the best experience. Willie handled every detail from start to finish and always made sure I was in the loop during the entire process. Not once did I feel as though he was trying to take advantage of me! If you are in need of a roof, I highly recommend Willie and his crew at Castle Roofing! They are very professional, courteous and take a lot of pride in their work, even to the point of walking your property to ensure every nail and trash is picked up. That's going the extra mile!

In 2019, my 78 year old female neighbor signed a contract with another roofing company for her 1280…read moresquare foot home without consulting me. I asked her who the two guys were that came to her house and she informed me she had signed a contract for a new roof and I wanted to review it. She also told me that she paid them $1,000 cash down. I asked if I could see the contract to find out that they were going to charge her $21,000 for the roof basically ripping her off and she had not even contacted the home owner insurance company and there was no notation on the contract about the cash down payment. Fortunately there was a three day cancellation notice requirement and it was the last day of that and I cancelled the contract and requested they return her $1,000 immediately. I got her money back and the bogus contract terminated. I contacted her insurance filing a claim and they came out and approved a new roof and now would only cost her the deductible. I then contacted Joe about the situation and he came out and gave her a quote for a three tab roof like she had on her house which was over half less than the other contractor quote BUT that was not what he wanted to do for this Grandma. This really good man upgraded her roof to architectural shingles, added ridge vents and installed gutter guards for the same price quoted to help this 78 year old German grandma on a social security small fixed income. Who does that? Joe with CAPCO Roofing - that is who. Why would he do that - because the other roofing company tried to rip this grandma and my friend off and Joe was not happy about it. That is why and because he is a great human being who stands behind his work and the industry. I wish I could give Joe 20 stars for what he did to help my neighbor and friend. The completed job was absolutely perfect, complete and beautiful. See photos.

There were several inspection issues that needed to be addressed. Joe himself answered the company phone number, he came right out with a couple of guys to give us an estimate, and he fit us into his schedule right away. He doesn't use salesmen; he looks at your project and gives you the estimate himself. His quote was very reasonable. He replaced over 100 feet of rotten fascia wood and all the gutters on my son's house. He painted the new wood, added more downspouts, installed new gutters and even painted the downspouts to match the blue siding of the house. I don't even know how he matched the color! In addition to the gutters, he created a new chimney cap that went OVER the siding up the chimney, instead of under, which prevents water from seeping behind the siding and causing rot. He also painted all the thru-roof flashings. We couldn't have been more impressed with the end result. In short, Joe is a good man who does really good work. Capco has an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau, they have been in business for 42 years as of 2025, and they do so much more than roofs and gutters. If you need work done on your home, give Joe a call and include Capco in your list of estimates. I believe you will be glad you did. Best wishes to you.

This company is a total nightmare. I was a first-time homeowner and fell for the classic "We'll give you a free roof inspection"…read morepitch. I ended up hiring Priority Roofing, a company with hundreds of 5-star Google reviews. What could possibly go wrong? The answer: plenty. My new roof leaked after the very first rain. My insurance adjuster denied the claim because the leak was caused by faulty chimney flashing/shingle installation, making it a workmanship issue that should have been covered under the roofer's warranty. When I contacted Priority Roofing, they flat-out refused to take responsibility. Two employees came out, poured water over the roof for a few minutes, declared everything was fine, and left. Since they refused to honor their warranty, I hired another contractor at my own expense. Sure enough, he found that Priority Roofing's installation was indeed the cause of the leak. I had to pay out of pocket to repair damage that never should have happened in the first place. I thought the nightmare was over. Four years later, my roof leaked again. This time, I discovered that Priority Roofing had reused my old roof vents instead of replacing them during the roof installation. The aging vent seals eventually failed, causing another leak. Rather than go through another frustrating warranty battle with Priority Roofing--with no confidence they would fix the problem correctly anyway--I did extensive research and found Reyes Roofing. I worked with Vincente, and the experience was everything I wish the first one had been. Vincente and his crew replaced the old vents that should have been replaced from the beginning, sealed every vulnerable area, and thoroughly addressed the issues left behind by Priority Roofing. They were professional, honest, and meticulous throughout the process. As an added bonus, their price was significantly lower than the other roofing companies I contacted. Thank you, Vincente and Reyes Roofing, for finally ending years of roof leaks and frustration. You restored my faith that there are still contractors who stand behind their work.
