Contacted insurance and they did their thing and had us find a roofer to get the work done. We had several companies come out and give us pricing, but Roof It Pros was different and went the extra mile. He found some issues that needed to be resolved that the insurance adjuster didn't catch. He even did some additional calculations and showed us that we did not have proper ventilation, which was causing all the summer heat to just stay in the attic. He then took charge and got it all squared away so that we could get everything done that was needed and make sure insurance covered it. The roof came out looking amazing! The guys were very nice and also very quick. Along with that, we also decided to go to a couple of solar vents which made an incredible difference. I love that they don't draw any power, they are very quiet, and have dropped the temperature in my attic by roughly 25 degrees! Fast forward to March 2026: as we began preparing for broader home renovations, we reconnected with them for an updated whole-house quote. After hiring a handyman to take care of minor repairs around the house, we were finally ready to paint by May. Because 21st Century is so popular with local school districts and commercial clients, their summer schedule fills up fast. However, they promised they could start our project in August during the first week of school, and they delivered right on schedule. Throughout the planning phase, they were incredibly responsive to all my questions and accommodating whenever I needed to update our project scope. When work began, the execution was incredible. They initially estimated the job would take between a week and a half to two weeks. For our nearly 3,200 sq. ft. home, we stayed at a nearby Airbnb expecting a longer process, but their team was so efficient they started on Monday and wrapped up completely by Saturday! The quality of work was outstanding, and their customer service is truly top-notch. As a self-proclaimed perfectionist, I was amazed when I did my initial walkthrough. There were only a few minor spots that needed touch-ups; everything else looked flawless. The owner, Gary, and project manager, Mike, maintained excellent communication and knew the exact status of the project at all times. The team came out to inspect the work, made a repair that did not work. Roof continued to leak and now the company advised me to hire someone else to complete the repair, they claim the leaks are a coincidence and not related to their work. Steve Powers told me it was unfortunate I was experiencing leaks, but it was misguided to blame the company's work. Now our insurance company is having to get involved.

When comparing companies to ask for help, I took special notice of the many reviews talking about TX Dry Out going above and beyond to help stressed-out people navigate insurance claims. As a disabled woman I know just how agonizing it can be to work with health insurance companies, so TX Dry Out was my first pick. I was impressed by Diego's inspection process, the equipment he used and how thorough he was, and also how patiently he explained the terminology and our different options. His expertise became even more obvious when I got a second quote from another popular company---the other tech was friendly, but had cheaper equipment, did not explain much, and gave disappointing answers to questions I only knew to ask because Diego had already explained things to me. The difference was night and day, and not just because the other company only does mitigation work, leaving the customer to figure out the build-back process. TX Dry Out was miles ahead of the game by comparison in every respect. During the mitigation and build-back processes, Diego and his crew were just amazing. In all our conversations about the mitigation, the build-back, and insurance, he never rushed me, never got impatient with all my questions by calls and texts, and never judged me when I got confused or overwhelmed. He even reached out to a colleague for advice on something specific to our situation, which he didn't have to do. And a whole week after the entire process was complete, he helped us troubleshoot questions about the water heater that had been removed and reinstalled.
