Excellent service, flexible, and professional…read more I had a heat pump water heater installed by Mr. Rooter Plumbing, and the experience was outstanding. This was the plumber recommended through Home Depot, and I found their pricing to be substantially lower than other contractors in the area. They were very flexible when my delivery from Home Depot was delayed and unclear. They put my job on hold, and as soon as I confirmed the unit was arriving, they adjusted their schedule and got me in the same day. When the crew arrived, the lead technician and his apprentice got right to work. They were clean, precise, and clearly took pride in what they were doing. The finished installation looks excellent. I'm very happy with the result and would absolutely hire them again.

That morning, I received several calls starting around 8:00 AM asking if I could take an earlier appointment. I wasn't available, so I didn't answer. I assumed they'd still come during the scheduled window. When I hadn't heard anything by early afternoon, I ended up calling to check in, only to find out the appointment had been canceled without my knowledge. Later, two technicians were sent out anyway and arrived last minute, around 2:30 PM, staying until nearly 5:00 PM. This disrupted my workday and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. They completed the work ("installation of a customer-supplied drop in sink" & "cable line up to 4" thru access") but the final cost was $1,100, which felt excessive for the services provided. On top of that, they called my workplace without my permission, which crossed a line for me. The technicians themselves were courteous and efficient, but the lack of communication, the scheduling confusion, and the high price made this a frustrating experience. I hope the company takes this kind of feedback seriously to improve how they handle appointments and customer communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company.

We had been living in…read moreour house for about 2 weeks trying to resolve the following plumbing punch-list items: lukewarm water throughout the house, uninstalled master shower fixtures, uninstalled pedestal sink, no running cold water in 1st floor bath, weak water pressure, hot water coming out of the cold faucet in master bathtub. Our first plumber arrived everyday around 2pm and left at 5 for almost 2 weeks and didn't resolve any of the above. We got so fed up, we had to call the builder to fire him and then bring in Dan at Westbrook Plumbing. Dan came on Monday with Mason, and diligently spent the whole day troubleshooting the lukewarm water issue. He finally found and fixed the problem at the end of the day after cutting open the sheetrock. We finally had hot water! Next day, Dan and Mason came back and completed everything else. Dan and Mason are super nice, professional, calm, diligent, and respectful of our house. I would call Dan back in a heartbeat with any plumbing related issues. Dan does more than plumbing so don't hesitate to reach out to him!

Thursday morning I woke up to a small flood in my basement. The sewer pipe was blocked somewhere…read morebetween my house and the street. There only two plumber/sever companies I have ever dealt with in the past and I didn't want to use either of them because of past experiences. I wasn't really sure what to do so I jumped on Yelp and found All In One Drain Cleaning. I called and got a live person, Bill, who said that someone would be coming out my way in a few hours. Blake was the person who showed up, before noon. He tried snaking the pipe with a monster snake and had no luck. He then had to send a camera down the drain to see what was up. He told me how much it would cost and my eyes rolled into the back of my head but I had no choice and had to go with it. I am really shocked at how much it costs to send a camera down the pipe for 5 minutes. Yikes! Anyway, the camera revealed that the pipe was clogged solid so that was a good call. The next step was to blast the blockage with a water jet. Because of where my drain cleanout is located in the basement, there was no way to blast it without flooding the basement. This is where his boss, Bill, stepped in and a decision was made to dig up the front yard and install a cleanout pipe connected to the main pipe. The whole job took several hours and was finished around 7PM. It cost an arm, a leg, a lamppost, and my firstborn but at last, I was able to shower and poop without worrying that the goods would end up in the basement again. I guess certain services are just very expensive. I don't have any point of reference as to the price point because I wasn't able to "shop" around, although I am also not sure I would want to anyway. Bill and Blake a couple of very hard-working guys and they know their craft. On top of that, they are very personable and bicker like an old married couple. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who is dealing with serious plumbing or sewage problems.

On a hunch my husband checked our septic tank and it was totally full, this should never happen in a brand new home! (Come to find out the filter was clogged, no one told us they needed to be cleaned every six months) The women who answered the phone was so nice and patient with me, explaining clearly what they could do to help and exactly how much it would cost! Gave me a very short window for the technicians arrival he even called me 20 minutes before he got here. Talked us through the entire process explaining everything along the way even taught us how to clean the filter to save us from this happening again! I can't say enough good about this company would recommend them to everyone.

I've also visited their show room on Rt. 20 Charlton to discuss having concrete risers and new covers installed on my tank. The office staff were very helpful in scheduling the service. As explained to me, a properly installed and serviced septic system should last many many years. On my most recent service, Jeff's crew of Jay and Jason installed risers and pumped out the tank. They also made sure everything was in proper working order. No extra charges for back washing or extra hoses. If you've had other companies pump out your tank, only to discover they charge for these "extra's". You'll be pleased on how Jeff Helgerson does business. They are honest and trustworthy. I've never had to use their emergency service off hours service, but have all the confidence that if an emergency arises, they will be able to take care of the situation without hesitation. Feel free to email me for further details. JW.
