Mini donuts

Winchell's pulling thru this morning with my coffee. Only $2.50 for a large, sweet. The have baby donuts for 89 cents each or 6 for 5 bucks. I got an extra one I think on accident but I will take it. I tried every single flavor and they're all good, but glazed was the surprising underdog, it's very moist. The blue one is blueberry and tastes like Trix cereal or something. It's not bad but does have that energy drink artificial flavor vibe to it. Donuts are life. Service is not bad, I think they primarily speak Spanish even though this strip mall is almost entirely Chinese I think.

Dessert is good and decious

Coffee is good, service is warm and nice!Walnut muffin is great ,the Winchell's donut shop has a clean

Clean and organized store.

As a kid, Winchell's was synonymous with donuts, like "Xerox" was used interchangeably with "photocopy." There seems to be fewer of these stores around these days, which is too bad, because Winchell's is everything a donut store should be: clean, organized, affordable, and offer a wide selection. I'm on a donut hiatus-- health goals and stuff. But in Rowland Heights, on those cold swim meet mornings at the high school, you can't beat this place for convenience. Couldn't find a 7 Eleven south of the 60 on Colima, so this place became my coffee jam all weekend. Jessica behind the counter was really sweet and took great care of me... even while some angry lady in front of me, who resembled a javelina with Oppositional Defiance Disorder, got all bent out of shape because she had to walk two steps to get packets of sugar for her coffee and seven donuts before waddling to her car, where she proceeded to consume all of them, crumbs covering the front of her sweatshirt. Only know 'cause she was parked next to me. Oh well, can't please everyone. Keep up the good work, Jessica, and everyone at this Winchell's. Someday I'll be back in the apple fritter bandwagon, and I'm coming to see you.

Today 5/25/23 8:39am check #294 Server: Kenia A Went in and it was busy but there were 3 girls serving. The girl with the colored eyes took our order right away and we waited. We noticed that everyone was getting their food except us and noticed no one was making sandwiches. When we told them no one knew nothing nor was it put on the screen. One told the other one that she didn't help us. They made it and gave it to us. The girl that gave it to us wasn't one of the 3 original girls that were there she had been in the back. No one apologized. No said sorry. We didn't want anything free just a simple apology. This is the second time it happens to us where they've forgotten to make our order. The same group of girls. We couldn't believe it. Stop chit chatting and gossiping and get to work. It's very unacceptable and it's understandable that mistakes can happen but if a mistake happens and especially for the second time, the least you can do is apologize. But nothing. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! & disgusting. Have manners and care. If not don't work where you deal with people.

Don't sleep on Winchell's because they are open 24/7. The Chillas (iced slushies) are really well made and only cost about $4.99 for a large size. They had a lot of options for different bagel sandwiches but we chose to go with the Black Forest Ham and Pastrami bagel sandwiches, respectively. Both of them by the way were really good.

12/21/22. Around 6pm. I went this place with my kids. We bought 3 donuts. My son and me asked to her "separate bag please~" but she didn't listen us. She didn't want to give me the separate bags. and she said, "Waste paper! " She is always in a hurry and very rude when serving. I ask to her"why you so rude, And.. she (the picture) talk to me "bitch" I'm not sure who is hiring this person. This is terrible horrible worst costumer service place. why they have so many bad reviews now I got it. Who wants to go there again? Don't need star. Zero.

Open 24 hour on a main busy street with easy parking. Ordered twisted glazed donuts and upside down pineapple muffin. Donuts were same as other small donut shops around. I usually order large coffee and multi grain bagel w/ ham & egg which is freshly made. So it's comes warm & tasty. This time, noticed appetite & appeal looking a upside down pineapple muffin on the display window. But maybe too much expectation.. Was little firmer and less sweeter than I expected. It would have been little more tastier if it was more moist & sweeter. ( just my opinion..)

Disappointing. Overpriced generic coffee and stale doughnuts coated in overly sweet icing.

The butterscotch latte barely had any flavor of coffee and was just mostly milk unfortunately. Originally asked for ice on the side, but decided to drink it in full, and the cup was still 1/5 unfilled (even with ice all the way at the top). Being $17 for 2 drinks, we were pretty disappointed about that. The volume of drinks are less than most shops, and it's mostly ice. Usually, I'm not the type to even finish half a drink, but I finished the whole drink. The cafe is cute, very clean, and could be a really good study spot or a place to unwind.

I usually hit their San Marino spot, but this location still delivered the goods. The shop's a bit small inside, but service was nice. Grabbed my ride-or-die Koan-Im Oolong Latte and paired it with a donut from my favorite donut shop like I was assembling the perfect duo for a late night snack. The tea was lightly sweetened perfectly to my liking, smooth, and clearly crafted by someone who respects tea leaves more than I respect my sleep schedule. The cloud top was basically dalgona candy foam and felt like a bonus dessert after finishing the drink. Even with a lot of people waiing, service moved fast, in & out in about 7 mins. Quality tea, speedy service, and enough creamy foam happiness to make a milestone review feel deserved!! Highly recommend!!! Now for some poetry that's inspired my 1000th review: Warm glazed memories sift through my reverie. A pink box opened in the summer of 24. Days were bleak and hollow like a bakery shelf at closing. I saw the saddest eyes, soft as powdered sugar falling. Sweet like a dalgona cloud top koan-im oolong latte, but carrying a quiet ache no frosting could hide. That summer you saved me, like the first bite of something new when you thought you'd forgotten what butterflies felt like. The season changed and you suddenly disappeared.... just an empty pink box on the counter. Only crumbs remain now, where your strawberry-glazed humor used to melt into every moment like sugar on warm dough. My heart split like a jelly donut. Still, I'm grateful as the world is as it should be. I pass by the donut shop on 66 and smile. People think it's just about donuts. But once.... a long time ago, one saved my life. Im not sure if this is a training staff issue on making drinks or each location makes their drinks slightly different. I would recommend not going to the Euclid location and going to this one instead. If anyone has any answers would be nice as i keep getting conflicting answers from corporate.

As someone who's been a loyal consumer over the past few years, I'm not a fan with the transition to their new rewards system. Before they used to just use your phone number through Toast, but now they have their own app. Today when I ordered my drinks, I asked if there was a way to earn rewards or input my number for the $30 worth of drinks I just bought for my family, but I was told that I needed to have asked BEFORE I had ordered and paid and that there was no way to upload the receipt on the app to earn points. How are consumers supposed to know to ask beforehand when most rewards systems allow you to input a number after you pay? Plus, the guy taking my order didn't seem pretty eager to help out and just gave me the classic Gen-Z stare . Customer service just tends to be a hit or miss here. As for the drinks, they have a great selection of fruity, slushy drinks that will never fail to refresh you. Just be wary on going on a Friday night since it tends to be pretty packed.
