I've never tried Jersey Mike's until today and I loved it! I ordered an Italian Mike's Way (Regular). It was delicious! I didn't realize they slice the deli meat fresh when you order it, but they do. The ingredients in the sandwich were all fresh and plentiful. Everyone working there was friendly and they were quick. The restaurant itself is roomy and clean. Very welcoming. I'm not sure about the complaints about soggy sandwiches people are complaining about, but ordering to pick up the sandwich will be sitting there soaking up the wet ingredients. Clean on the inside and the cashier was friendly. I am a big sandwich fanatic and I love Jersey Mikes but this time my sandwich was soggy. It was a 15 min drive home before I got to eat it but I didn't expect it be as wet as it was. Whats weird is the bread was dry but biting in it was wet. Flavors were there but certain parts were too sour. My sandwich had a lot of pepperonis in the center and most of them were the ends of the pepper so it was also too hard to chew. There was not an even distribution of peppers in the sandwich, small complaint since it was an easy fix. I just pulled all the peppers out. Placed a #2 online for pickup and selected Mike's Way. When I got home, the entire sandwich was completely soaked in oil and vinegar. There was so much dressing that the bread was soggy and falling apart, making it messy and unpleasant to eat. A little common sense and quality control would go a long way. I know Jersey Mike's has been open for several months, but just haven't had time to come by here yet. Finally stopped by when I was actually in the mood for a sandwich. Fun fact, Jersey Mike's actually makes a pretty good Philly cheesesteak. I mean, it's the wrong bread, but the meat is always good here! And it's always cooked fresh. Newly opened in the Puente Hills Center. Best sandwiches fresh, simple, and clean ingredients. I love their #99 (secret menu). That's my go to sandwich. It's warm phili sandwich with jalapeños. The melty cheese and the steak were cooked to perfection! The bread is baked fresh. The combination is on point!! I forgot what 2 sandwiches are combined to get the 99. I also like their #9. I came to pick up an online order and stood at the counter for several minutes. The cashier at the counter didn't acknowledge me or ask if I was picking up an order. I tried the ham and provolone number three For the first time and it had to be one of the best subs I ever had in my life. The staff made me feel welcome when I first entered the shop. Hopefully the owner of the franchise is able to see my review. On Sunday, Jan 26, 2025 my daughter and I walked into your store at 9:15 pm to get some subs for my family. As soon as I walked in the two workers told me that they where closed and could not help me. The sign outside the store said OPEN and the hours of operation on all marketing indicate closing at 9:30 pm. A business can open and close at their discretion. My recommendation is to make sure you update your hours of operation on all your publications and turn away customer because the employees want to go home early. This girl is rude and needs to work on her costumer service I'm not sure why she's so comfortable like that but she has bad attitude and needs to not come at anyone like she did an get in their face like that!!!
