Got my decaf. Did not photograph the parmesan bagel + cream cheese. Ate it right away. Haha

This was a pleasant surprise! My friend and I were here for bagels and coffee. Although there was a decent looking selection of donuts, my friend and I chose to go the carb-y savory route. I really like toasted cheesy bagels! Sooo carb-y, savory, and cheesy it was for our visit to Winchell's. My decaf and cheesy bagel hit the spot. My friend even said that Winchell's bagels could possibly be better than a popular bagel spot in our area. This shop was on our route. On the outside, it is in an old strip mall that appears to be on the sketchy side. There are tight parking spots shared among other businesses. I probably would not go out of my way to visit Winchell's. The folks taking our orders and calling them out for pickup were pleasant enough. There were plenty of vacant chairs and tables to choose from. They could have done a bit better to clean them off. This shop is a 24 hour one. We would probably come back if we were in the neighborhood again. 3 stars!

For Halloween we purchased a dozen assorted doughnuts from Winchell's. We were having a get together and this was perfect to share with the group. I love how the doughnuts were decorated and I ended up grabbing a Chocolate doughnut that had candy corns on top of it. It was fresh and delicious and Winchell's never fails on providing quality food and drinks.

I used to go there, regularly, to purchase donuts for coworkers and employees. Then we graduated to the breakfast combos; you get a sandwich or breakfast bowl or burrito with a donut and coffee. The coffee is usually hot and fresh. I then discovered the garlic bagel, which is wonderful toasted with cream cheese but then add Veggie toppings was just brilliant. Everything blended just right. yes, I was greedy enough to want two but did stick to one It's a wonderful combo.

Easily one of the best winchells I've been to. The man who helped me today at 1:30 in the morning was super nice and quick. It's clean and smells so delicious in there! I'll probably be back very soon after another late night at work, it's great because they're open 24/7!

While waiting for my car brake job at nearby Midas (see my review of Midas) I decided to grab a bite as it would take at least 2 hours (took 3). I walked into what was surprisingly a Winchell's donut shop because they also had sandwiches. Surprisingly too because I'm old enough to remember Winchell's Donut shops at every other corner and now they're like an extinct dinosaur lol. Anyway apart from donuts, they had a good selection of tortas or sandwiches. Since it was lunch time, I opted for the carnitas torta and a root beer. The carnitas was pretty good. A refill cost 50 cents. What was quite unusual was that there was no big outdoor shop sign you'd find at any restaurant proudly announcing their presence. There was only a small door sign of Winchell's as if it was an afterthought. Quite strange. The interior was rather gloomy too. The food was good but the place is not inviting unfortunately.

LOVE this place! They have bagel sandwiches in addition to donuts and that's definitely my favorite part. I've been getting a bacon egg and cheese on a spinach parmesan bagel and they make it right there while I'm waiting. I LOVE that it's so fresh! They have an incredible selection of both donuts and bagels and SO much more. The food is delicious and the staff is so kind and efficient. I've been 2 days in a row!

Fresh donuts. Good bagels. Clean. Fast service. Not crowded. Parking lot is shared but big.

Breakfast bagels are decent except they always mess up my order lol - poppyseed bagel instead of onion. Asked for no onions except - onions... oh and if you want cream cheese it's 1.49 extra - WTF. Isn't that part of the bagel experience? Just charge me 3 bucks instead of an add on cream cheese bulls**t upsell. Pro tip: go to Ralph's instead. Cream cheese comes in little packets and it's free with their bagle Update 2: the saddest Blt to ever exist. Look at that generous portion of bacon

Super inexpensive and super tasty donuts. We got half dozen small and regular sized donuts and they were delicious. I wish i had tried their drinks which looked awesome on the menu

Good donuts and good coffee. The place is really clean. It's open 24 hours so you can get donuts whenever you want. The bagels are good too.

Uncle Darrow greets everyone like you belong there, he remembers you, makes you feel seen, and creates such a warm, welcoming atmosphere that you instantly relax. And the food? Absolutely delicious. Every bite was full of flavor and clearly made with love. I highly, highly recommend this restaurant if you want great food and an experience that feels like community. The fried shrimp and fish completely lacked seasoning, the greens had absolutely no flavor, and the potato salad was far too sweet. While the manager (or owner) was very nice and patient when explaining the menu to my grandmother, the bartender was incredibly rude. I stood right in front of her waiting to be served, and she completely ignored me until I spoke up. When I asked about the to-go Hurricanes, she struggled to describe what was essentially an adult Capri-Sun pouch. When I pointed toward a container to clarify, she snapped at me with attitude, "No, that's a wine glass," even though I wasn't pointing anywhere near it. To make matters worse, a single to-go drink is over $20--at that price, I'd rather just buy a whole bottle.

She was taking and making all the orders by herself with waves of people coming in. Excellent multi tasking skills while maintaining her friendly upbeat composure. I had the ham Serrano sandwich with arugula and cilantro dressing and a drip coffee. Wow. Very tasty. I'm not sure where they get their bread from but it just melts in your mouth. Coffee was great. The very nice thing to see was the employee was wearing gloves while making my food. Thank you for that! And also the sandwich was $7.99!! The only thing I'd say is to get a storage pod. Boxes and clutter everywhere in the back of restaurant. Kind of an eye soar. The bathrooms and restaurant are clean otherwise. I look forward to coming back when my car is in the shop next door. I want to try the horchata frappe. Keep up the good work! Five stars for the excellent employee yesterday morning.

There have been multiple occasions where I come in order and he is very rude. But today was the last straw for me. (Literally) I placed a online order through DoorDash for pick up and I arrive to the shop with nobody inside not a single customer or employee to greet me. I waited a few minutes to see if anyone would come out and nobody did. It was a ghost town until 15 minutes later after I kept asking hello out loud and squeaking my shoes to see if I could summon anyone that he finally came out and I told him hello. I have a DoorDash order and he said name? Ticket.? nothing?? and started walking off and I told them my name and he just got my drink and I told him can. I at least get my straw and threw it at me.
