Good customer service with good food . Although my table was really sticky. The woman taking my order was really nice.

Stopped at this place in the Montclair plaza, I order their philly cheese steak it was delicious, the bread was nice and soft and hot you cannot eat it fast . The chicken fingers and fries were delicious too. The guy that took my order was such a nice person . I plan on stopping in again soon. read more

If you're at Montclair mall, pick a different place. The chicken fingers/strips were small and thin. The bone in wings did not have great flavor and were not well cooked. I asked for well done and they were not well done AT ALL. When I returned to the counter to ask about the "well done" wings, I was basically treated like I didn't know what I was talking about even it's my preference on how I would like my wings. Food was really good, but service needs improvement. We got here about 630 to order. They close at 7pm. Dined in for a bit and asked permission if it was ok. The cashier said yes. Right at 7 we get rudely kicked out by the kitchen workers rushing the cashier. Hence why they have 3 stars. It wasn't the cashiers fault but the attitudes from the kitchen rushing her and pushing her nerves. She got pissed at the at talked back to the kitchen saying she wants respect. We were about 99% done but still didn't really finish our meals. They kicked out at least 5 customers saying they were closed even thought it wasn't 7. If I was undercover boss I'd be mad i just lost business. And because my workers were rude I'd probably fire them. Oh we got the wings lemon pepper and mild, their vegetable fried rice is great, and Swiss burger was flavorful, kids meal cheeseburger was great too. My son enjoyed haha. read more

The wings were really small and there wasn't much flavor. The hot lemon pepper wings were really just mild wings with hardly enough lemon pepper seasoning to taste. We didn't realize they were in the mall, so we got lost looking for them (not from the area). Our fries were cold so we asked if we could have fresh ones. We were told that's extra. I really wanted to just get my money back, but we drove 20 minutes to get there. There were at least 2 people with no mask. One in plain clothes who went to the back in the kitchen. Wingstop is way better, and cheaper, for larger wings. read more

So I went because they were the only place in the mall that offered something wheat free and DF for my kiddo I was not expecting anything great and honest I went expecting way less then even decent food. But what we got WAS AMAZING! I got my kid a plain patty and fries. They couldn't tell me the allergens in their seasoned fries so they put the seasoning on the side which was PERFECT because I LOVED IT! I got the philly cheesesteak with American cheese no mayo... because lets be honest a true cheesesteak doesn't have swiss cheese and to be honest it the closest to a TRUE cheesesteak I have had in a LONG TIME! It was so good It took all my will power to not go buy another to see if they were as good the next day. Hands down I will be coming back again. The front counter service was the best that you can expect from a teenager. however their chef does seem to take care and follow dietary allergens as my kiddo did fine! Which she doesn't have cross contamination issues (thank the lord) but some places slip up we have a reaction for her. none the less I LOVED THE FOOD AND THE FRIES, and no allergic reaction for my kid is a HUGE bonus! ONLY thing I would say... as they are the ONLY GF option at the food court it would be nice if you didn't have to spend $06.99 + tax for a patty. even Disneyland offers a Meat only price I wish they did too. Only complaint I have is having to by my kid a WHOLE meal just to get a patty. one thing I found interesting the adult combo and the kids combo seems to be a similar size fry. which was surprising and the burgers look to be the same size based on what I saw from others ordering. Only difference seems to be the drink so I can't quite understand how an Adult burger is almost $12.00 ( only the burger) and a kids burger is $6.99 ( with fries and drink included). Garlic Parmesan wings are delicious, great draft beer selection, nice patio with TVs for sports.

Not a good first impression. 30 minutes to get a kids meal 8 piece wings and 2 Philly cheese steaks. When the server brought our food no apology given and no sense of urgency. Wing sauce was decent. Just and overall mediocre restaurant. read more

By far some of the best wings! The Burgers are amazing as well. My lady found this spot, it was so good we ordered it back to back nights.

We ordered on our way out of the mall because the display of the wings looked delicious lol The flavor was unique , quality sauce . The wings were small compared to wing stop but crispy. This was a wonderful restaurant located on the 2nd floor next to the front entrance of the Montclair mall by the food court off Moreno. Just walk over the bridge and you can't miss it. The wings were amazing, really moist and juicy. The Philly cheesesteak was awesome. And the most important thing, this has OUTDOOR PATIO SEATING. I'll be sure to come back again. read more

This establishment is rude, has workers drinking alcohol on the job, and kicked me and my boyfriend out of the place while we were eating outside on the patio. My boyfriend ordered $30 dollars worth of food from here and I have a medical condition that only allows me to eat certain foods so I brought my own soup but I respect companies so my boyfriend bought extra food from this place so that we could sit here and eat together. In no way were we taking advantage of their restaurant. We bought from this company and sat outside where there was only one other person sitting. It was EMPTY. A worker from the kitchen with his uniform was on a quick break , a middle aged man and comes and sits right next to me and my boyfriend outside, drinking alcohol and keeps staring at us rudely. Mind you it's 12:30pm and he's drinking alcohol while working, not cool. He says nothing to us, finishes his drink, leaves to the kitchen and five minutes later sends out a young man who looks like a teenager who was so nervous to tell us that we had to leave the restaurant because there is no outside food allowed. We nicely explained that we had bought food from them that my boyfriend was eating and I had a medical condition but he told us we still had to leave, even with lots of empty tables outside because an employee drinking alcohol on the job was annoyed with us and couldn't tell us to leave himself, he sent a young kid to tell us. This place could have approached the situation a lot better but we kindly left because we felt bad for the young man and didn't want to give him a hard time. read more

This is the best place I've been to, it's quiet ,the food is great the service is fantastic especially the server "Nam" very polite and w/ positive attitude, very attentive and w/ an excellent customer service oriented person. I hope all business establishment employees are like Nam !!!! read more

Went here with my momma this past week. Food was delicious and the manager and staff were super nice and friendly. Great portions and good price. Absolutely would recommend to go.
