During the process, Cheryl communicated with me and kept me up to date on my space availability as I was waiting on the official start date for my new job. She told me she was putting me on a cooler side of the park with trees and that would be very helpful when the summer heat starts kicking in. Paul was very patient with this newbie while I was backing my trailer onto the pad. The sites are very clean, and the grounds are well kept. My two dogs love the little dog park, and we feel safe going for walks within the RV park. We were advised by others we spoke to be careful of walking on the road outside the RV park, but so far, I haven't seen anything on the main street that has caused me concern. Security within the park itself is very good. It's not too far from where I work. I do feel a bit guilty that I work on weekends and leave rather early in the morning. Quiet hours are in place at that time, and I try my best to not to disturb anyone, but I know my coming out of the door and starting up the truck makes noise. I highly recommend this park to anyone passing through or staying as a long-term guest.

They calmly work with you. If you have a vehicle you'll be able to travel nearby, however if you walk as we do being outside near this park at dark is unwise. The laundry is very clean and relatively low cost. The park has a covered and uncovered picnic area behind the laundry next to the wading pool. They lack a shower/bathroom house. They have a dog park. You can recycle plastic bottles and cans in the laundry room.

We booked same-day by phone, and received a confirmation email with instructions for after-hours self-checkin. Upon arrival, we picked up a personalized envelope containing a park map and rules, amenities key card, and directions to the assigned spot for our 40' RV. Lovely grounds with paved roads, concrete parking pads, and a landscaped picnic area for each site. If clean and spacious bathrooms matter to you, you'll love the ones here! We didn't stay to use the other resort amenities, though the pool area, social house and shaded path benches looked inviting. Thank you, Premier, for our first experience with a first-class RV Resort!

The 3 gals we came in contact with in the office were super nice. 2 nice large off leash parks we didn't use but the grounds have plenty of green grass areas and doggy pots. Now if you are gonna call yourselves Premier and Resort you definitely need to upgrade your cable and Wi-Fi. Though we did get many channels with our antenna. We also had good Verizon cell service so I didn't use the Wi-Fi. We will stay here again during a time when it's not 110 degrees.

Well we're do you start?..... ‍ I have been staying in this park on and off for 20 years it was a…read morenice clean little gem by the Sacramento River well maintained, Jenifer the manger always kept the riffraff out. Then management changed hands and all came to a stop as you can see from the reviews in 2 cases they feel the same way... the new managers Nancy and Allen have managed to run this place in the ground and with many complaints to the House of Reality by many of the tenants in the park nothing seems to be done. 1st.. I noticed when paying cash they only gave a generic receipt only with my name no space # and no Park Marina anywhere on it ‍ I immediately called House of Reality and made them aware of this practice because not only do I need to protect my payment but the owner being assured he gets payment on the space. 2nd ... The mangers we're not doing hardly any maintenance on the property many of us tenants that cared about the place took care of our own sites, I watered bought a mower and blower kept things nice and never got a thank you. 3rd ... I recently left the park and relocated to another and our new location called just to verify us Nancy proceeded bad mouth me directly that I did things in the park that I wasn't supposed too! (Like water and mowed my lawn area ‍) then proceeded to tell the new manager that I was late on my rent consistently and also was telling people in the park I was also late on the rent, grant you we were late but always paid and paid the late fee in full! Regardless we cared about the place maintained the best kept spot in the park! Luckily I gave references to many of the tenants in the park that knew me and could verify what type of person I am and how I took care of my area and beyond... I could even continue with many more incidents that have taken place here but enough is enough I will never be back. Hopefully this place will get rid of this management and revert back to the nice gem it was. As you can see we were not bad tenants

I5 is the constant source of very loud traffic noise, and I think being on the river might amplify it. That said, we were tent camping. Had a designated gravel spot to place the tent. The gravel was all in our sandals and our feet were very dusty after the tent was set up. Not ideal. But there was electricity to charge our vehicle overnight. I might say that was a nice perk but this place isn't cheap compared to other KOAs we've been to. If you can swing it, I recommend the Mount Shasta KOA before this one. (Update: since the I-5 traffic was constant it wasn't a real issue sleeping. There was a train nearby which also wasn't an issue since traffic was so loud you couldn't hear anything.) (2nd update: took the tent down and dog poop in the sand underneath. We got in at dusk so wasn't able to see much last night. At closer look this morning, the tent sites are clearly not given any attention. Lots of trash, cigarette buttes, poop even though there is a trash can 30 feet away. Boo to the trashy campers but also to the management for not caring about tent sites. This place looks fairly new but at the ridiculously steep price of $65/night for a gravel tent site (and there's grass at the end of tent row that we're not allowed to use), this is completely unacceptable. I reduced my 3 star rating to 2 stars. Since the store doesn't open until 9, I'm also guessing they don't offer coffee or hot water. The woman on the phone yesterday helping with our reservation while we were driving also seemed like she just wanted to get off the phone. For tent camping, choose Mount Shasta KOA 1.5 north.)
