We only stayed over night at this park. It had a view of Mt. Shasta. We had a pull through site that made it easy. We didn't use the laundry or restrooms because it had full hookup, so I can't rate them on this. They do have a dog area, but we didn't use it either. A clean and quiet place to stop. We arrived after hours and had a maintenance issue at our site. The manager was friendly, and helpful. She resolved the issue right away! We would stop there again. read more

Stayed here one night driving through to Oregon. Little complicated/confusing to drive in, but was doable. Bathrooms are clean cute little area to sit at we were in a pull through with our travel trailer. Don't know if I would want to stay longer here, but it was quaint and a great one night stop on the way through before the mountains. Price we felt was fair. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU STAY HERE. Absolutely horrible experience. We made a reservation over the phone Saturday 3/30/25 for a long term stay at the rate of $600/mo. I made the reservation with PAULA!!! The day we were supposed to be there(2 days after we made the reservation), there was a rain storm, so we called and asked if we could come the next day. She said no problem. The next day we call and say we're an hour away she confirmed we were good to go. 30 minutes later she calls and "informs" me that the rates had JUST changed from $600/mo. to $700/mo. I ask how that is even possible? How did they change overnight? She said their rates are subject to change at any given moment. I explain to her how frustrating it is that we traveled hours to be told 30 mins before we get there that the rates miraculously changed. She then said we were no longer welcome to stay in the park at all because I was being "argumentative" and refused to let me speak to anyone above her. It is extremely unprofessional to not honor the price you told us. And also to change it at the last second, literally. I'm not sure why she felt like that was okay to do, and to be rude to us about being upset. People like her don't deserve to work in service. Such heartless and money hungry arrogant people. Acts like their park is royalty when there's literally a foot of space between each site, and a pool that's smaller than a motel 6 pool. Any other park in Redding is a better option than this run down small park. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from the Karen that works in the front. read more

We came in @4am and their self help check In was extremely easy and their hookups complete we were worried because we have w 20ft truck in tow but we got in Thru all of the corners !! The staff extremely helpful and kind thanks for making our first stop of this road journey awesome !!! read more

We have been here for 5 days, will be leaving tomorrow, had a great time here. Staff are very nice and helpful, the park is kept clean and is very quiet except for a little freeway noise, which is not that bad. Perfect location for going to all of the different falls, and site seeing in the area. Was able to sit and have a fire in The area for all of the campers, firewood was supplied by them, tables, chairs for seating at near the fire pit. Bathrooms and showers were very clean and maintained. Didn't use the pool, but it looked nice . There are some permanents, but that is to be expected in allot of RV parks. no issues at all with them, they all seemed very nice as we took walks around the park. We will stay here again. read more

Reasonable rates, good hook-ups very nice people. Had one issue, no fault of the park staff. Someone was in my assigned spot, it was after hours. I called the emergency number provided, they showed up impressively fast, less than a minute, and took care of me. Lots are a little small, dog run is ran down. Laundry facility was nice, but the dryers could have been a little hotter. Overall two thumbs up I would definitely go back and recommend this business. read more

This RV Park has the best free WIFI I've ever had in an RV Park. Clean easy pull throughs, friendly folks, well maintained and cheap.

Staff was very nice but actual park was disappointing. Really small lots. Un-level sites make for a pain when setting up. The branches of the trees by the lots hang over and scrapped the roof of my RV when pulling in. We were only there for one night but we would not stay here again. read more

We stayed here for a few months. It is a clean park. Quiet. Freeway noise, but bearable when rv door is closed. -1 star for lagging and intermittent internet. Laundry room, showers all clean and reasonably priced as long as the costs don't increase. Also, tree's aren't as plentiful as shown in their picture read more

The first thing you notice when you drive to your site are the beautiful trees. Very pretty setting. friendly staff. The office is welcoming with hot coffee or tea and a small store is on site. Clean bathrooms, an outdoor kitchen and clean pool !! We were impressed. Its really easy on and off of 5 as well. They honor most discount cards. One of our faveorite Rv Parks. read more

Staff wouldn't let us stop in the completely empty parking lot in front, in order to change my son's blowout diaper. Changing a diaper only takes five minutes, but we were on "private property" so five minutes was too long to be there. Customer service like that guarantees we will never be customers here! (The Fast Stop Mini Mart on Lake Blvd, however, had no problems letting us change a diaper in their equally empty lot.) read more

We ended up staying here 3 nights after needing to change travel plans. It's convenient to do some day trips, as the park is right off the freeway. The staff is friendly and accommodated our travel plans. The laundry machines were clean. The showers had hot water and were clean, although a little dated. The bad: very narrow pull-thru and had no tables (wasn't enough room anyway). Otherwise, good stay for the type of rv traveling we were doing. read more

Small lots on side of a hill so no room to be outside of RV. Dog run not kept clean. Lots of highway noise. Big disappointment

Well, the wi was OK, and the location is convenient. We found the sites to be very narrow. Still, It would be worth 3 - 3.5 stars if it weren't for the water pressure. There was barely enough to brush your teeth - forget taking a shower. We had to turn on our water pump and run off our internal tank for washing dishes or showering. read more

First stop on a long road trip. Easy off I-5. There is freeway noise, but we woke up to mockingbirds singing. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The place is clean with many new upgrades including water,sewer, electric upgrades, wi-fi, showers, pool and convenience store. read more

It was hard to only give two stars because the people working here are really great. But I have a really BIG beef with the owner as he's responsible for the website that advertises "screaming fast internet". A bigger lie could not be told and IMO these guys should be cited for false advertising. It may be fast once in awhile when nobody's on it, like after midnight. But to advertise fast internet service when it's NEVER consistently fast during normal waking hours. It may be fast enough for an hour or two sometimes but that's an exception. I've been here more than a couple months and frankly I'm so fed up with the BAD internet here I actually began looking to buy a piece of land here to park my rig on and get a cable account because there's nothing in this city that has good internet for RV's. That includes Redding RV Park. Don't be fooled into thinking you'll get fast internet service here. If all you need is email and a little web browsing it'll work most of the time. Here you can also expect to get kicked off of your connection. Sometimes it can happen several times in just a 15 minute period. read more
