Emma is our 3rd daughter that got her braces at Dr. Wilson's office. We had another positive and memorable experience during the process of Emma's orthodontic treatment. I can not say enough great things about Dr. Wilson and his staff. They are professional, thorough, pleasant, and most importantly they are great down to earth people that can talk to you about anything. I have personally ran in to Dr. Wilson on a weekend and he went out of his way to talk to our family. I can assure you that you will have a great experience at Dr. Wilson's office. The staff is always smiling and willing to assist you in any way. They have a free arcade multi-game machine in the lobby, along with a free Keurig machine or bottled water. They also host family friendly contests with exciting giveaways for the kids. In addition, they also have a free fun day for all patients, family, and friends each summer. It is typically bowling or a movie along with lots of food and other fun activities, We will really miss seeing the staff here, but we will certainly stop by to say hi when we have our dental appointments across the hall at Croasdaile Dental arts. Dr. Wilson and his staff not only care about you as a patient, they truly care about you as a person too! read more

Dr. Wilson and staff are awesome! Our last appointment was an emergency of sorts since my son broke his temporary retainer he was using following Phase I braces which fixed his cross bite. We were thinking we'd have impressions made and expecting to pay $145 for the replacement retainer. However Dr. Wilson said no replacement retainer was necessary as my son is ready for Phase II braces and at the next scheduled appointment in few months we could discuss new braces. I really appreciate Dr. Wilson's honesty when he could have said a new retainer was a must even for just three months, we would have followed his instructions, and he could have had the $145. My son is happy to have a break from his retainer and he is looking forward to continuing his braces treatment with Dr. Wilson! read more

I always had very good company here at the office and I've never had to wait for an appointment. Whenever I came in I was in the chair in less than a minute or two. Very friendly office and staff. They were also very professional and understanding when it came to an emergency or a missed appointment. Always there to pick up the phone if I needed them. I will never go to a different orthodontist, I'll always come back here and I'll recommend them to anyone who mentions to me that they need one. read more

We took our daughter in for a checkup and found out that she was ready for her braces. They were able to fit us in while we were there and we went home with her new smile! They have a friendly staff and a great team. I highly recommend them. My daughter also ate something that she shouldn't have a month after getting her braces and one of her brackets came loose. They fit us in that day to get it repaired. Outstanding customer service! read more
