    Awesome experience. Thank ya'll.
    Vane R.

1st Visit & definitely coming back. I drove from Charlotte to this office. It was worth it. I am so satisfied. My daughter was so scared to visit a dentist. She was crying and stressed out from the time we got into the office and before her treatment. The joyful and friendly staff from the receptionists, dental assistants, the doctor and check out reps were wonderful with my daughter, myself and my family who was waiting for us in the waiting room. They really worked with my daughter to make her feel comfortable, and they even put her in the pink room which is her favorite color. I can't thank you all enough for such a wonderful experience. In this office I experienced caring, compassion, friendlyness, teamwork and professionalism.

My daughter was nervous at first, but because of their demeanor, my daughter relaxed to let them do their full check up without crying. I was so proud of my daughter for being brave. She was really nervous and Dr Eliott and Haley had put her at ease. Dr Eliott answered all my questions and gave us helpful tips on how to care for our daughter's teeth. We are so happy with the quality of care my daughter receives by everyone at this clinic, from the front desk staff to the hands on health care providers. I wish my dentist was just as friendly, efficient, kind, gentle and knowledgeable as Dr Eliott and Dr Molina.

Their entire staff reflects that same warmth and professionalism, creating an environment where kids (and parents!) feel completely at ease. From the moment you walk into the office, it's clear you're in good hands. The facility is state-of-the-art, thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, and every detail is geared toward creating a positive, stress-free experience. But above all, what really matters is this: they're experts. Both of my kids actually enjoy going to the dentist--and between the two of them, we've only had one cavity. Given their love of candy, that's a small miracle! I recommend Cary Pediatric Dentistry with complete confidence. They've been a foundational part of my children's health and well-being, and we're so grateful for the care they provide.

We arrived on time for an 830 am appointment. The check-in process was easy and we waited less than 5 minutes to be called in. The only thing I didn't like was that I came with 2 children and they asked me to leave one of my kids outside (who also had an appointment) while I came in with the first child. They're lucky my daughter is 11 and she's old enough to sit outside by herself for a few minutes, otherwise I wouldn't have honored their request. Quite frankly, I've been a mom for 25-years and have never had a medical provider ask me to leave one of my children in the waiting room alone so I'm taking a star off for that. They should reconsider this request. Anyway, aside from that the rest of the visit was pleasant. Staff was friendly and professional. Facility was clean. There was plenty of parking. The dentist was professional. He seemed a bit overwhelmed with all the appointments, but he took his time to talk to each patient's family and handled everything smoothly. Check out was also easy. I would return to this practice and recommend it to my friends.

I understand mistakes happen but no one, other than an office assistant, made any effort to apologize. The dentist never even showed their face and, despite my obvious frustration and subsequent complaints, I have not heard anything from the office manager. So disappointed and absolutely terrible customer service.

Before the procedure I filled out a health questionnaire but I did not have a detailed health history consult for implants. I was asked to sign a release 10 minutes before procedure about possible complications. I would suggest anyone getting implants, especially older patients to go to an Oral surgeon and get an appointment with detailed health history before getting implants. It's very important to understand the risks fully. This has really made life very very hard.

I have not had my teeth cleaned in over a year and needed a cleaning. I cannot afford all the work they "planned" for me and asked to at least have a regular cleaning for the time being. I was refused. I will not be returning to Klooster Family Dentistry. Their complete lack of understanding of a senior citizen with limited budget has made the decision for me. I guess they think that having NO cleaning is supposed to somehow encourage me to spend the big bucks for the deep cleaning, but when you don't have the money, they don't care.

The website also shows the Aetna logo on the top left of the insurance portion. When I asked before our appointment if we were good to go with the new insurance, they assured us we were. We later learned that Aetna is out of network. Although we should have double checked, we feel VERY MISLED by the office as they had every opportunity beforehand to inform us our insurance was out of network. We have a $300 bill for 2 routine cleanings (after they took money from aetna). They are also unwilling to discount or negotiate on the bill. Every other doctor/practice has informed me beforehand if they are out of network. I'd give 1 star, but we genuinely like the dentists and they do well with our kids. We will not be returning.
