We had a noon appointment but I showed up late because I thought the appointment was for 12:30 but they were super accommodating and very understanding. The waiting room is super cool with a hot tea coffee section, mini fridge of water, arcade games, a flat screen tv that was playing frozen 2, a shelf full of kids books as well as lots of seating and a kids table for the little ones to read. Lots of polar bears and penguins all throughout the office decorations (and some moose!). The theme of the office I think were walrus, penguin polar bear and moose? Very cute. They even had beanie baby type toys with magnetic hands hanging from above the dental chair area. Melissa the dental hygienist(?) was great with my daughter (she let her pick out her toothpaste flavor and we went with birthday cake) and Dr Dave was great as well. They both took the time to explain everything and were just super pleasant. They asked lots of questions and were very thorough and chill. I was amazed at how well behaved my kid was. She loved her experience and wanted to go back after we left the office. It is so cute how they provide sunglasses instead of the usual eye protection at the dentist. (Translation: personable, professional, patient-centered and caring.)…read more This is my third visit and, on every single occasion, have found both she and her staff to be incredibly kind, patient, professional and thoroughly skilled at their craft. On this most recent visit, Doctor Neuman replaced an older, cracked metal crown with a newer ceramic version. Based on prior experience with a crown replacement with other dentists, I was apprehensive about (and accustomed to) being subjected to lots of time in "the chair," and lots of discomfort, if not outright pain. All I can say about my experience this time is "Wow!" From start to finish, the entire procedure--removing the deficient crown, preparing the tooth to be filled and then having a made-to-match crown permanently affixed--was completed within just two hours. That's right--no temporary crown and come back in two weeks for a permanent. A new ceramic crown was made in-house immediately and fitted. And the entire procedure was pain-free. I can't praise Doctor Neuman's skill enough--she is a terrific person with whom to trust one's dental healthcare! And to a person, her staff is equally, and uniquely, just like her: professional, kind, and caring. My wife and I both see her because of all of these qualities. 9/2/21: My son's insurance changed & he needed a cleaning. So, I found this place. I read the…read morereviews, but I gave them a shot anyway. I completed the online form requesting an appointment & it took a long time for a response. When they finally called me, they took all of his insurance info & my demographic info and scheduled an appointment. Luckily, the appointment wasn't that far out. When we got there today, the front desk rep wasn't the most pleasant. She gave me about 10 forms to complete and asked us to have a seat. I completed them & left them on the desk. Then a hygienist came out asking if I had any concerns. I told her my concern & then she took him back alone. They don't allow parents back there & I didn't feel comfortable with that. He's old enough to speak up for himself though, so I allowed him to go back. After awhile, the hygienist came back to get me to speak to the dentist. I was shocked to see that it was a huge open room with a bunch of children sitting in seats instead of separate rooms like I'm used to. The dentist was nice, BUT she came up with all these things that my son needed done including a bunch of tooth extractions. She took X-rays and then said she was sending them over to the Oral surgeon. I didn't feel comfortable with what she was saying because his normal dentist never saw nor said these things before. On top of that, she said he had cavities yet they couldn't get him in until after JANUARY 2022. Huh?!?! How important is it for the cavities to be filled then?? That is ridiculous!! We got home & then the dentist called back asking if I could come back because she forgot to get a certain X-ray. I told her I would come back the next day. She told me to be there before 7:30 am & I was. They were the ones late. I sat there for over 45 min before they came to get my son. They took the X-ray & I left. I will never take my son back there. I don't trust them or their practices. I feel like it's a money thing. They were saying I owed for things they insurance covers. Certain insurances probably get better service. I will pay out of pocket to his normal dentist before I go back there.

This was our first visit, and neither the dentist nor hygienist had introduced themselves. Despite my objections, they continued pushing the idea, which I found unsettling. The insurance situation was equally frustrating. Despite having two dental insurance policies, including TRICARE, the office refused to process both. Staff claimed they only accept secondary insurance if one policy is federal, yet couldn't explain why TRICARE didn't qualify. I've carried TRICARE and private dental insurance for years and visited numerous dental practices across multiple states. Never once have I been charged out of pocket for routine cleanings and standard X-rays when using both policies--until now. I'm left questioning how this office handles insurance coordination, procedure coding, and billing. If they don't accept secondary insurance, that should be clearly communicated upfront. During the appointment, I also felt repeatedly pressured to approve X-rays despite concerns about additional charges. Even more upsetting was watching my son physically restrained while screaming and crying. I expected greater patience and compassion from a pediatric practice. Finally, after scheduling his next appointment, I was told I was all set to leave. An employee then ran after me, saying I owed money. When I asked how much, she gave me three different amounts and seemed unsure of the correct charge. This was embarrassing and unprofessional. Between the distressing treatment experience, pressure to separate me from my young child, conflicting insurance information, and disorganized billing, I cannot recommend this practice. Parents deserve compassionate care, transparency, and knowledgeable staff. We will not be returning.
