I called this separate billing location about it 3 times; the last time, the nice young woman assured me it was all taken care of but today, after having received another bill (which, along with appointment reminders was sent for some reason to my husband, who is not a patient there but listed as an emergency contact) They sent a request for payment to my husband's phone number, but not to me. I had him send it to me. I followed the link where I was directed to enter my birthdate. Just as it had the previous time, it responded that my birthdate was incorrect. I called the Brier Creek office. Again. Asking the receptionist who answered about my account, I was told that my account shows that we have NO INSURANCE LISTED. WTH. At my last (and I do mean last) appointment, I stood right there and handed the (temp) office person the actual insurance card. I just placed another call to this anonymous bog corporate entity where a bot voice encouraged me to leave a message and they promised ( ! ) to get back to me within 2-3 days.
