My daughter was so nervous about going to the dentist, but was welcomed in the doors to a nature safari like scene. She immediately started playing with the other kids and had to be pried away from the games when it was her turn to be seen. The office was clean and upscale. I was so excited to see that they took really great care of these little people they service. The assistants and Dentist made my daughter feel comfortable and explained everything they were going to do. My daughter then allowed them to go into her mouth. She received a full exam and cleaning in a matter of minutes. My daughter loved the toothbrush kit they gave her as she left and of course she wanted to return to the toys. I moved shortly after and needed documentation for her school program. I contacted the office and received what I needed via email in a matter of minutes! I love this dentistry. We will be returning.

On the evening after the work was done, I received a checkup call from the dentist himself, Dr Meckler.. not automated, and not the front desk.. wow! In all my 40 years of seeing dentists, not one has ever personally followed up. That gesture says a lot about their practice and who they are. Finding professionals that truly care about your well being are rare. So when you find them... don't let go!

Everyone from Kari, to the dentist, to the ladies in reception were so caring. Dare I say I look forward to going back?!?! They also had a little gift bag for new patients! So now I've got myself a new coffee tumbler and hat! I will definitely be recommending Klooster to all of my friends.

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff truly takes the time to get to know you--not just as a patient, but as a person. We had some great conversations that made the whole experience feel more like catching up with friends than a dental appointment. Everyone was professional, kind, and attentive to every detail of my care. It's clear they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in creating a positive, stress-free environment. I can honestly say this was one of the best dental visits I've ever had. I highly recommend Maplewood Family Dentist to anyone looking for excellent care with a personal touch!

Since then, I've had to switch dentists 3 times. The reason... the bar was high coming out of Stansell and was hard to find the same level of service. I finally have switched to insurance that is accepted by Stansell so of course I came back. Upon calling the front desk on Wednesday for an issue I wanted to get looked at for a 2nd opinion, I was given an appointment with Dr Kat the following Monday. And, the evening of the call, I received an email to sign up on the patient portal which allowed me to upload the xrays from the previous dentist along with my medical history. I walked in on Monday and the front desk had me just sign a HIPAA form and I was set..... efficiency! Gabriella(sp?) brought me in and asked for details of the issue I had. She actually discussed it with me face to face and even provided some recommendations based on her husband's similar experiences. All the other dentists offices seemed to just want to process you, not really sit down and discuss things (especially the last one I had). Then, Dr Kat came in and really went into some great explanations before and after her examination. I asked several questions and she answered them with full dialogue until I was satisfied. Then she offered up some possible recommendations that she'll know more certain when I come back in for a cleaning and new xrays since my previous cleaning was just a few months ago. I don't really give out 5 stars very easily but I had a hard time finding any reason not to in this case (should I deduct a star because I had to walk in the rain to get in the building as they didn't come out and hold an umbrella over me?... yeah you're right... too picky :-) ). Everyone in the office was very friendly, efficient and actually seemed to like their jobs! And, I know Dr Stansell reads these reviews so please tell your folks GREAT JOB! And, I'm glad to be back :-) By the way, if you haven't figured it out yet, folks.... I HIGHLY recommend this location of Stansell Dentistry!

What ultimately made me leave the clinic after 3 years is the horrible customer service and poorly run office. Regular cleanings that should take 45 minutes took 3 hours because of wait times. My order was canceled without my knowledge and after a week of back and forth they still were not able to order the bite guard. I do not recommended this dentist and will be going elsewhere after this experience.

Having had a truly awful dental experience at the hands of a Navy dentist, I've avoided dental visits like the plague unless absolutely necessary. Having worked on a production of Little Shop of Horrors didn't help! The folks at Adams & Cheek Dentistry changed my perception! First they sent me a bill from an appointment that was 6 months prior for charges that I had no knowledge of - they backtracked and said they don't take my insurance anymore and I needed to pay it. No, that's not how this works! I paid what I was supposed to pay when I was there, they wanted even more after 6 months?!? The way I found out was when my daughter went for her appointment and they told her it would be somewhere around $100 for what we had been paying $0 previously. No notice! I told her to get back in her car and come home, do not go sit in that chair for your cleaning! The office staff had the audacity to tell me they would charge me for a no show if she didn't stay, somewhere around $100. I laughed, and told her that it is on them for not informing us of their change in accepting our insurance and to come find me for that missed appointment charge - please, come find me! That was the end of going there. It's a shame. I liked Dr Adams, he was nice. It's the lack of communication with the patients in which they lack that led me to find another provider. Touché
