The next day they called me back to get a sooner appointment because Dr. Hart was concerned I might be uncomfortable with the thing poking me in the mouth - which I was! So they were able to squeeze me in a couple days later to remove it, which I was so grateful for! All the staff I dealt with were extremely kind and made me feel right at home. It's a very lovely office as well- newly renovated so it's a pleasure to go there, although, I never got to spend much time admiring the space because I didn't have much of a wait to get into my appointment. I would highly recommend this practice for any orthodontic work. Stellar!

But Dr. Hart and all the kind folks at ERO were wonderful, and we have really enjoyed working with them. The office is convenient, clean, and friendly. Free wifi and iPad's for the younger kids to use. The entire staff is clearly happy to be working there, which makes a big difference (going to the dentist is enough of a pain)... I highly recommend ERO for all your orthodontic needs. They have the latest in equipment and techniques, but they still do business the old-fashioned way: smile and make sure your customers are happy.

Albeit there were multiple teeth to be pulled, Dr. Rob performed all extractions in office, something that the previous dentist said would be too traumatizing and refused to consider. Dr. Rob listened to our concerns and offered to try to extract the teeth to avoid surgery. He extracted them without any difficulty. My daughter loves going to him and now wants to be a dentist. We are so grateful we did not have to go to surgery and will continue to recommend their services.
