    Royal Class Service

    Royal Class Service

I've always seen the service trucks on the road and remembered the Royal Class name when my A/C…read morestopped working on a 83 degree day. I live in a colonial, so the second floor gets hot, if we don't run the AC it is so uncomfortable we don't get a great nights sleep, and my wife and our brand new puppy keep me up. When I called the office, I received a professional greeting from Liz and was transferred to the service manager Scott. It was like I had been a customer for many years, but this was my first call to Royal Class service. From the time I got onto the phone to the time the tech arrived was no longer than 3 to 4 hours. Ryan was thorough, professional, organized, clean and even wore booties in the house. He stayed until the problem was fixed and gave me a follow up call that evening. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a frustrating time with a Family and a puppy who just needs to-be COOLED off. Thank you again for all you did and I'll see you on the next service which is scheduled. Congrats to the entire team for doing the right thing and giving me faith in local contractors. Respectfully, Scott & Tara

WARNING: Service Abandoned During No-Heat Emergency (Post-Surgery/Child in Home)…read more Contractor: Royal Class Service (RCS) Issue: Breach of Membership Service, False Advertising, Extreme Unprofessionalism, and Refusal of Service. Timeline: 3 days (Saturday, October 25th - Monday, October 27th, 2025) I signed a membership agreement with Royal Class Service in September 2025 based on their FALSE Google advertising of "24-Hour Emergency Service" (I have screenshots documenting this claim). My experience revealed this promise is a dangerous lie. Saturday, October 25th: The Initial Failure Called for emergency service when our heat went out. Received a text back after 10:00 PM informing me that no technician was available until the morning, effectively denying the advertised 24-hour emergency service. Result: The household, including a recent surgery patient and a child, spent the night without heat. Sunday, October 26th: Unprofessional Conduct Technician Craig arrived and was immediately confrontational and angry, stating he was not the on-call technician and complaining about being called in. He claimed we failed to inform them that the boiler would not turn on, which was false, that information was provided to the office. Following his rude and highly unprofessional demeanor, I asked for the boiler's serial and model numbers to contact the manufacturer (Rheem) myself. He became increasingly hostile and left the property. Monday, October 27th: Office Obstruction I attempted to contact the office multiple times that morning. After several attempts failed, I had to use a family member's phone, which connected immediately, indicating my number was likely screened or blocked. I secured a part lead from an outside vendor. The office needed to approve the purchase; despite being told the order was pending approval, the necessary action was not taken. Tuesday, October 28th: Office Obstruction and Cancellation I again attempted to contact the office multiple times that morning. After several attempts failed, I had to use a family member's phone, which connected immediately, indicating my number was likely screened or blocked. Chris (the only staff member who demonstrated professional manners) confirmed the purchase was approved and the part was ordered, promising service within 48 hours. 4:30 PM: Service Unilaterally Canceled. Project Manager David called to cancel the entire part order and sever all ties with us as customers, citing "rudeness and disrespect" as the reason. I explicitly told him I still required and wanted the overpriced service completed immediately due to the emergency nature, but that I would seek other contractors afterward. David refused to complete the paid service, even after I repeatedly informed him of the post-surgery patient and child in the freezing home. When I informed David I would report this experience to the news and file reviews, he falsely claimed I was "threatening" him and immediately hung up. Conclusion: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is not only guilty of false advertising and employing unprofessional staff (Technician Craig), but their management (Project Manager David) made the egregious, unethical, and dangerous decision to abandon a customer who had been without heat for three days, refusing to complete a paid-for emergency repair, despite knowing the vulnerable situation of a post-surgery individual and a child. Their prioritization of a petty disagreement over human safety is unforgivable.

The first rule of Folkes Home Services is: nobody at Folkes Home Services knows what they're doing…read more The second rule of Folkes Home Services is: they will never, ever call you back. It's January. My heater dies. So I call Folkes. They send a technician. This technician has the experience level of someone who just learned that furnaces exist. He gets on his phone. For an hour. One full hour listening to a stranger describe your broken heater to another stranger who apparently has the knowledge this stranger was supposed to arrive with. "It's your propane line," he says. I call the propane company. "Folkes always blames us," they say. "It's never us." But they check it out. It's not them. It was never them. So Folkes sends another technician. This one also looks like he was recently introduced to the concept of HVAC. You try to explain the problem and he says (out loud, to a customer, in a house with no heat) "I'm listening, I'm just very tired." The second technician calls the first technician, on speakerphone. They try to fix it together. At one point the first technician is singing. Singing a song, on speaker, in my freezing house. The second technician diagnoses the problem as the pump. Folkes doesn't have the pump. They don't know when they'll have the pump. They'll keep me posted. They do not keep me posted. This is the part where you realize that "we'll keep you posted" is just something people say, like "your call is important to us." It's verbal wallpaper. It means nothing. I wait a few days. I lose patience. I order the part myself. It arrives the next day. I hire a different company to install it. Turns out the pump was fine. So now I've paid Folkes to not fix my heater, blame my propane company, sing in the basement, have me spend $400 on an unneeded part, and disappear. Somewhere right now a Folkes technician is on the phone with another Folkes technician, and neither of them is calling you. One star. And I want you to know that star cost me something.

The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Tiffany made everything so easy and comfortable for me to go over with me so many different payment plans and options that would fit my budget . The guys sat with me for as long as it took to get everything we needed in place for availability explanation of job description as well as the engineers that would be coming with the excavator to do the initial dig . Alvin described every part of it as he looked over every part of the property to find the best way to accommodate this whole nightmare of a situation that I had . By the time he got done. Him & Wyatt had me relieved to know that everything would be taken care of promptly . Thanks to all the staff and technicians at T Webber. You guys Rock!!!
