The worst towing company ever, the manager very rude, dont even know how to talk to custumer im very surprised the owner have her there! What manger tells you "you not gonna get thru no one because im the manager" you should not even have title as a manager. You need to go back to school learn some skills how to talk to customers! absolutely terrible company! operated by criminals that take pleasure in taking advantage of peoples misfortune. they bully people under laws and rules that they make up themselves on the fly. they towed my car and refused to surrender my vehicle after hours at about 6pm. because it was an inconvenience to them, however they operate 24 hours. however under rhode island general law 39-12-12 (f) after-hours release of vehicles subjected to police-ordered tows: (i) towers are required to release vehicles towed at the direction of a police officer to the owner or lien holder, or their designee, upon demand and upon presentation of the appropriately accrued towing charges, regardless of the type of vehicle towed they refused to let me collect my personal belongings from my vehicle that i need for work. i made the request the owner and staff yelled at me as well as insulted me calling me a "dum", they then proceeded to call the police on me to have me removed from the property. i did not once raise my voice or reciprocate their terrible enegry. under rhode island general law 39-12-12 (b) whenever a vehicle that contains personal items is towed by a certificated towing company, said towing company shall release those personal items to the owner of the vehicle, or to the individual in control of the vehicle, immediately upon request, regardless of whether the towing charges have been paid. r.i.gen. laws §39-12.1-6 they told me they only accept cash and have unjustly charged me accrual fees under rhode island general law 39-12-12 section d. additional conditions / requirements: 1. acceptable forms of payment for towing services: (a) the tower shall accept cash as payment for towing and storage services as well as at least one other form of payment, such as credit cards/debit cards, or personal check. for this purpose, the division considers money orders, travelers checks and certified bank checks to be the equivalent of "cash" and, thus, does not consider acceptance of money orders, travelers checks and certified bank checks to satisfy the requirement for accepting a "second" form of payment in addition to "cash." moreover, if the tower chooses to accept credit cards/debit cards as a form of payment, the tower shall ensure that a vehicle owner is able to complete such a transaction regardless of the ultimate delivery site of the vehicle. these bullies need to be stopped. i gave you multiple opportunities to accept my payment and you refused. i have had several officers reach out to you from both the johnston police department and smithfield police department to inform ylu that you are breaking the law you have one last chance to abide by the laws and rules set by the state of rhode island and public utilities commission and settle with me and i will only make sure your certification is suspended so you have time to focus on making the appropriate changes in the way you conduct business so that you are not breaking the law. if you refuse, i will ensure that your ratings reflect the quality of service you have provided, i will ensure your certification is revoked and i will not only sue you in civil court but i will pursue a class action suit on you. you will not be a bully in my city read more

I highly recommend this towing company! The owner of the company picked me up after a scary hit and run the other day on the day of my friend's wedding. He was extremely patient, understanding, and helpful. He even dropped me off at my hair salon because I was late to my hair appt for the wedding because of the accident. I could tell that he genuinely cared about my wellbeing and even provided me helpful advice in dealing with insurance issues. I can't recommend this company enough!!! read more

Worse company ever! I am neighbors with this company and have the unfortunate experience of dealing with them on a weekly basis with them trespassing on my property, vandalism and more! Then we had the unfortunate business interaction when my child was in an accident and the police called this company to tow my car. I did tell the police I would call AAA but of course since the police are friends with the owner, they showed up anyway. I told Jeremy the driver to not tow my car but he refused to give me my keys. I asked for a home tow and Jeremy confirmed with dispatch on speakerphone it would be done with a price of $149. The accident was about 1 mile from my home. My child was being transported to the hospital via ambulance so I went home to confirm arrival. The car never came because it was towed to the tow yard. It was still on the tow bed and the owner Rick was in the yard. I told Rick I was told it was going to my home. He said "too bad." He said "give me my money" I asked for an itemized receipt and he refused. My husband joined at that time and Rick started saying he wasn't going to "deal" with me and would deal with my husband only. He said I wasn't the owner of the car however I own the car! Rick is a racist misogynist! I did leave to meet my 16yo at the hospital and husband dealt with them. He literally had to drive the disabled vehicle to our home! The tow company is located a street over on the rear of my property. Of my child was not in the hospital this situation would have certainly turned out different! Rick has been trespassed by town police and yet he and his employees continue to trespass. It's been 7 years dealing with this entitled company. Enough is enough! If I could give negative stars I would! They park the large tow trucks all along South street blocking private residencies without a care! read more

HIGHLY recommend this tow company. We had been working with roadside service from 8 o'clock the PREVIOUS night and throughout the next day, without locating a tow company that could tow our car from the mall parking garage. Called Precision Towing, spoke to Richie, who had a truck right out to us, no problem whatsoever! I wished we located them the night before, they would have come right out then. It's a shame that Chevy roadside service dropped the ball and wasted so much time before we insisted they call these guys! They should have been at the top of their list! (Instead of suggesting we push the car out of the parking garage to the street! ) Stellar service and a HUGE relief! Top notch ! read more
