update finally after months of dealing with them Patrick told me he was tired if my non sense and…read moreto contact his attorney. got the engine re installed after putting new freeze plugs in it. took the vehicle to get the exhaust done on it then took it to the tuner to get tuned by bob kellison in creswell he does fantastic work but after he fired the engine and went to tune it. the engine has bottom end noise. so bob shut it off and told me to come pick it up and patrick Cartwright won't do anything to make the situation right. so now Im out several thousand dollars on this engine and it will cost 2,500 to get rebuilt.. I would not recommend doing business with northwest customs in cottage grove. further more I haven't even got to drive this vehicle due to this engine issue its been trailered everywhere it's been taken.
