As a result, the slab was poured on the easement, and Tuff Shed refused full installation, leaving my shed partially on grass. I also reported a sprinkler leak during construction, which he ignored, leading to months of backyard flooding that damaged our fence and landscaping. The site was left messy, with leftover concrete and rocks. Two months post-installation, the porch developed deep cracks. I reached out via text 42 times and called repeatedly between January and March; he only showed up once and has since disappeared. Very disappointing experience. Proceed with caution.
