Requested someone come look at my garage door opener motor. It blew out this morning and had smoke. Bryan came and checked it out and also looked at the rollers which were the original ones (15 yo). He also tightened up the spring, installed new rollers, lubricated everything and made sure it worked like it should. Very pleased with the service. Julian came out to check my broken garage door opener. He was quick to diagnose the problem and let me know he would pick up the parts he needed to fix it and he returned two days later, just like he said and he repaired my opener in about an hour. He was on time, friendly, answered all my questions, made sure i understood what he did and cleaned up the boxes and stuff before he left. We were back to 100% when he left. They followed COVID guidelines and we felt completely comfortable with them in our home. I hate to give a bad review but I just can't give anything positive on this company. They were referred by our home warranty and from the second the first guy came out all he wanted to do was try to sale me something. He tried to say the tune up wasn't covered, which I know it is I have my contract. He was wanting me to pay cash out of pocket for the tune up that was a big no. All we wanted was to figure out why the door was stopping on the way up and having to push the button to reopen it. After he left it sounds so loud as if the door is going to come off the track. I feel like since I am a female they were trying to take advantage of me. Looking now for a second opinion from a friend who owns a garage company. The work they did was great. They put in a new garage door opener which is much more quiet than ours was. They were sent out through our home warranty company because our motor was broken. They replaced our unit (which was old) with a new Genie opener (builder grade) They programmed the wall control and my husbands clicker that he had for his truck but they did not program my 2017 Suburban. Not sure why. When we tried to program it ourselves, we found out we needed the remote that came with the opener. I checked with the Genie site, the manual they gave us and more. I found that the garage door opener did indeed come with a remote. I called them about it and they said they keep the remote controls because they don't make enough money working for a home warranty company plus they said the opener was broken but not the remote. Well I don't have a remote. I told them I can't program my car. Can't find a learn button on there. Asked them about it and they did not know where it was either. I called them back multiple times only to be told today they would sell me one but it would cost me 59.00. They told me before that they get 97.00 for the motor, they did not tell what other money they charge and get paid but they get paid labor and for the chain, etc. The cost of the new Genie is 138.00 (give or take from Home Depot, Lowes, Genie, Amazon and more) I told them that amount was more than what the remote would have cost by process of subtraction. Seems to me if they bought this opener, it came with a remote, they accepted the amount from the home warranty company, then it would stand to reason that they really aren't losing anything additional. I was willing to pay for it but not at a huge mark up like they wanted This really is an issue of customer service. They weren't willing to come out to program my suburban. They said they programmed the wall and my husbands clicker and that was enough. They left knowing the suburban wasn't programmed and we did not know there was going to be an issue. It would stand to reason that they would have supplied the remote at the time of installation since it was part of the box. It would stand to reason they would have programmed my car at the same time. It would stand to reason that they would not complain to a customer that they don't make enough money off of having contracts with the home warranty companies. It would stand to reason that they would just have handled this the first time I called and not made me call and call and call to get an answer that they know is just poor service. read more

This is a honest and trustworthy company. I had multiple companies come give me an estimate on repairs on my garage door and almost every other company wanted to charge me upwards of $700 to install a new door. Technician Shawn came by and quickly told me he felt he could fix the door for a reasonable price without having to install a new door. When Sean came back he got it done within an hour and my garage door is working better than it did before! Their pricing is reasonable and they are punctual and trustworthy. read more

Horrible customer service! If I could give zero stars, I would. When trying to schedule for the inspection of my opener I was informed they schedule for the day, and they would call with a time frame the morning of. The tech came out 1/31/22 and determined the garage door opener needed to be replaced, I just needed to decide on which opener I wanted to go with. I decided which opener I wanted to go with and informed the company, the lady I was speaking with said she would call me back to schedule. They called me Monday 2/7/22 @ 7:58am stating they could come out today to replace my opener. I could not do that since I was going into work. I asked if they had any openings for a Saturday, I was informed that they only work Mon-Fri. I did not schedule a day at that point since I needed to figure out when I was able to take off work to get this taken care of. They called me again Wednesday @ 7:38am again stating they could come out today between 9am-11:30(could be a little off on the time, but it was before noon) explained again that I work, and I need to schedule this due to me working. We scheduled for Friday and was informed again they would call the morning of with the time frame. Friday morning no one called me with the time frame, so I called them @ 9:37am asking for it. At that time, I was informed she need to check on some things and she would give me a call back shortly. Two hours go by, and I still have not received a call from anyone, so I called back @ 11:35am.I was informed that they are still waiting for confirmation from other clients so they still could not give me a time frame yet, then was told they are waiting for the technician to confirm they have my part they needed. What part I do not know since they should have been replacing the entire opener not just a part. After complaining and running my mouth explaining I wasted a PTO day to get this taken care of and how unprofessional this was I was placed on hold and transferred to the office manager. Once she returned to the phone call, I was given a time frame between 5pm-8:30pm, I once aging explained to the office manager how unprofessional this is. How do they expect their customers to wait all day just to get a time frame, and why did I have to call to ask for my time frame...TWICE!!!! Then to be given a time frame that would have their tech in my home after hours. I told her that was unacceptable since the job is a 2-3-hour job. If the tech arrived at my house at the later part of the time frame that would have him at my home until around 10-11pm. She then proceeds to tell me if the tech gets there at 5pm, he will be out by 7pm. After going back and forth with the office manager and me asking her why I had to wait on their other customers to confirm to receive my time frame when I had already confirmed days prior. Why am I waiting on them? Why do they need to confirm with their vendor that they had my replacement the day of, why wasn't that done days ago since they knew I was scheduled for 2/11/22? I asked to speak to her supervisor and was told he was not there. I asked for his name and was told she would not be giving me that information. After going back and forth with her for her supervisor's name I was given the name John but was told he was not in the office. The office manager then offered me to have the tech come out Saturday 2/12/22 between 10-1130am, they would be working Saturday to help catch up on work orders due to the ice storm. Why that was not offered to me when I was scheduling in the first place when I asked for a Saturday and look, they were able to give me a time frame... I wonder how that was since they were not able to do that before. When I told them that would not work, she gave me a time frame from 3pm-5:30pm. At that point, I was done. I canceled my work order with this company and had my warranty company assign my work order with another company. Hopefully, they are more professional than this company. This office manager was trying to make it out that it was my fault for this situation since I did not specify, I needed a morning or afternoon. I will make sure to let everyone I know who is asking about a garage door company to stay away from this company! read more

unfortunately i had to deal with them since December 2017, took them a week before they could schedule appointment to open my garage door, then the tech left shortly in a hurry saying the entire door needs replacement but no quote. i then called in since December 27, and today is 1/31/2018 and still every time i call i will reach voice mail and no one ever return my call, i had called at least 10 times. the door iteself is fine, the prolem was the 2 cables on both sides were out. never had such a bad experience with a contractor. read more
