Very disappointing experience. We paid for a Chamberlain opener installation and immediately had…read moreworkmanship concerns. After multiple service visits, the technician determined there was a manufacturing defect and offered us the option to replace it with another Chamberlain or upgrade to a LiftMaster. We agreed to the LiftMaster upgrade for the additional $226. Unfortunately, dealing with the owner was extremely frustrating. Communication was poor, responses were delayed, and after initially agreeing to the $226 upgrade, we were later told the LiftMaster would be full price. After pushing back, they ultimately honored the original $226 agreement. Then, when the technician arrived, we were unexpectedly told we needed larger brackets for another $200. This cost had never been discussed beforehand, leaving us feeling put on the spot. We later found comparable brackets online for approximately $5-$35. I do want to recognize Jessica, who was consistently helpful, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Our frustration is with the owner's handling of the situation and the lack of transparency and communication. The LiftMaster was eventually installed, but the overall experience involved far too much back-and-forth, unexpected costs, and poor communication. We would not recommend this company.

He replied the next business day and then we set a time to come look. When he showed up and investigated a full under master bath and laundry room re-plumbing and venting project, he was very cordial and confident. We talked about price and agreed. He did negotiate with me and gave me some discount. He knocked out the project the next day in about 6 hours of hard work, plus a long trip to the plumbing supply house. Long day for him but a decent pay day and he did a wonderful job. He's former military and super busy. So you can expect a respectful and capable man who seems to keep his word. So far, I think Ryan is a contractor I will use in the future on a variety of projects. Thank you Ryan!

Working with ARD Home Services and EliteHome Services (who, conveniently, keep rebranding) was one of the worst experiences I've had. Despite numerous attempts to get them to complete the door painting and installation, they constantly ignored me and came up with excuse after excuse. When they finally showed up--after holding onto my $6,800 for over a month--the work they delivered was abysmal. The quality was atrocious, and they didn't even bother to remove the stickers before painting. I've attached photos for reference. Save yourself the frustration and money--avoid them at all costs. It's been over a week since my last attempt to reach out, and I've heard nothing. The work was terrible, they were unprofessional, and based on other reviews I've read, this seems to be a recurring issue.

Serge is…read morevery responsive and gave me a detailed price quote but allowed me to customize the quote to meet my budget. He also found a cabinet manufacturer that would give me the look I wanted but within my budget. He allowed me to set up some payments based on completion milestones instead of paying everything up front and he also offers credit! The kitchen is looking amazing and I was very happy and surprised at the level of customization that took mid grade manufactured cabinets to highly custom cabinets once he finished with them. My only advice is to make sure you don't skip the sit down with your GC to discuss your lay out and sign off on it so that you don't have any misunderstandings. I was very busy and missed our scheduled meeting and ended up with a wrong cabinet ordered. Luckily, it was easily switched out for the correct one. Serge also did some extra work for me that I wasn't expecting in order to make up for the brief delay, which was a nice surprise. Serge has a great person doing his carpentry work for both rough in and finish, and he took the waviest of walls and scribed the trim and crown molding so that it looks virtually perfect. I hope to use Tex-Tile Construction again in the near future and was happy to know that he has very reasonably priced subs in several other key areas. Bottom line is that Serge tries very hard to please his customers, is accommodating and he even does some of the work himself when appropriate , which you don't see much anymore.

Brian came out, (on time by the way), did an amazing job at a very reasonable price. There wasn't the usual bait and switch to drive up prices as the jobs progressed. He made sure I was 100% satisfied and when he left, there wasn't any of the usual buyers remorse associated with the random "handy scam". I will definitely be using again and referring to anyone I know looking for work to be done. what a great experience through and through. I highly recommend! I generally am not one to leave reviews, but this was service that you just don't see anymore.

I was extremely disappointed with the inspection performed by this company…read more The report recommended replacing the entire roof, but an independent roofing consultant later reached a very different conclusion and found that the roof was in good condition and did not require full replacement. The difference between the two opinions was significant. I also felt that the report and videos highlighted certain areas in a way that made the roof appear to be in much worse condition than it actually was. As a result, the inspection had a major impact on an ongoing real estate transaction. If you're relying on this company for a roof inspection, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before making an expensive decision. Based on my experience, it's worth having another qualified professional evaluate the roof before agreeing to a full replacement. Edit after comment from owner: The owner's response contains accusations that I strongly dispute. My roof was completely replaced about one year before this inspection and is still under warranty. The paint he refers to was part of normal exterior maintenance performed several years earlier, not an attempt to conceal roof damage. I also obtained an independent roofing inspection after this report. That roofer concluded that my one-year-old Class 4 roof was in good condition and did not require full replacement. The inspector also found that the metal roof components were not damaged, which is inconsistent with the recommendation to replace the entire roof due to hail damage. My concern with this report is that it contained serious accusations about the homeowner and presented a dramatically different assessment from the independent inspection I later obtained. I encourage anyone facing an expensive roof replacement recommendation to avoid this contractor. I can't put the full PDF report but attached are a few images of my roof that supposedly needs to be fully replaced. I will let the people judge for themselves since the owner seems to take zero accountability for his lies.
