We agreed on a price for drop of new pex lines, cap off old lines, and install a new hot water heater. He told me up front they had a big job lined up and would do everything he could to fit me in. It took some back and forth and finally Friday he was able to get his guy out there and showed up himself to inspect. I don't remember the plumbers name who did the install but he did a great job and it pretty much took him all day. I don't envy him for having to drop lines in an extremely small spaces attic. He even cleaned up the connection in the garage that was honestly not the best originally. He also helped me diagnose an issue I had under my kitchen sink and based on what he told me I have not had a leak anymore. I will say the communication and delays were frustrating. Was I irritated yes. However, Josh explained it to me and stayed in constant contact via text. I feel like he made up for the issue by explain it to me and keeping in touch. The only small issue I had was the mess left behind from where they cut into the sheet rock. However I didn't hire a cleaning service I hired a plumber. For me this was like a 2 out of 10 issue but for some people that would be a 10/10 issue. Overall I would recommend him. I think he charged a fair price and did quality work. I can only speak to the quality of work I saw by the plumber who did our scope of work but it was just as well done as the commercial work I have had done at many many buildings that I have overseen.

I contracted with JR & R Concrete to replace a concrete slab in the front of my house. When…read morecompleted, there was significant overspray of the color in an area that was not supposed to be colored (see pic). In addition, there was about a one foot piece of concrete that had broken off (see pic) where they had "kind of" tried to patch it without my noticing. They were quite expedient at cashing my check after they poured the slab. And my contact at the company repeatedly reminded me of their quality and their 10-year warranty. However, when I asked them repeatedly to repair these two issues over many many weeks - they were not too efficient. They did eventually come out and repair the paint overspray. However, the broken piece was never repaired. Many weeks of promises by them to repair the damage and finish the job - but nothing, I finally had to hire another concrete company to finish the job. These are some texts from my contact at JR & R Concrete: "Been busy gonna send a guy to fix it ill let you know when tommorow" [They sent this to me weeks ago - no follow up.] "Were out of town working that's why it hasn't been repaired we are in Moore Oklahoma working been here for 2 weeks be patient nothing crucial easy fix we will be back this weekend We will fix it when we're back in town" [That was 2 weeks ago - no follow up.] My advice with JR & R, caveat emptor.
