This place is decent; it's got hole-in-the-wall vibes. I got a chicken katsu plate with katsu sauce. The cutlets were a bit thin, so it was more breading-heavy in my opinion. Otherwise, the rice was perfectly fine and the mac salad was good too. The katsu sauce was pretty light, sweet, and a bit tangy/citrusy and not overpowering. The staff member I interacted with was super friendly. I'll come back and try the teriyaki chicken next time since it seems like that's highly recommended.
This is my favorite spot for Hawaiian food! The food is always delicious, it comes out fast, and the prices are reasonable. They do have a seating area but I usually just order it to go. The server is friendly and welcoming which makes it even better.
Where there's a Wills, the food's gonna weigh a ton. Wills Hawaiian BBQ is a Hawaiian spot with two Henderson locations. This is the more popular one since it's just off the 215 highway instead of Boulder Highway, and it's less cramped per my friend. He suggested that we grab a quick dinner here, and since I've passed by a lot without trying, I decided it was finally time. Our orders were both massive and filled up standard square foam to-go boxes. My friend went for the Seafood & BBQ Combo ($15.75), and his choice of BBQ chicken was juicy and tender. The breaded fish had a more palatable breading-to-protein ratio than the oddly circle-shaped shrimp, although the mayo-forward tartar sauce worked with both. I decided to try the Kalua Pork plate ($11.75 regular size), which seems to have enough of the smoked pork and cabbage mixture to outweigh the two scoops of rice and one scoop of macaroni salad included in the order. But I wasn't a huge fan of the pork as all the liquid pooled and the bottom and the pork cut just seemed very lean. I ended up generously adding teriyaki sauce to add appealing sweetness to balance out the dish. Maybe I also should have considered a fountain drink or can of Hawaiian Sun. The plain complimentary cup of water didn't really help with the overall flavors of my entree. I'll have to check out more of the menu of Wills Hawaiian BBQ when I get in the mood. I wouldn't call it a destination since we have lots of other Hawaiian spots around the 9th Island, but these two locations are pretty convenient since I'm in Henderson and all.
I'm surprised I have yet to leave a raving review. Guess I spent more time enjoying my food than leaving my support for this local business. I've probably frequented Will's as much as I have the Mc Donald's across the street for a crispy coke or sweet tea. Let's start with a bold statement - Will's has my favorite mac salad in Southern Nevada. For those of you who grew up on O'ahu their mac salad is just like the OG L&Ls by the airport. Their mac salad tastes more like a L&L mac salad than the actual L&L locations in Nevada. Next bold statement - no other place can compete with their serving size at their price point. I go for lunch, I have some left for dinner. I go for dinner, I have a midnight snack. My go to plate lunch is half kalua pig, half chicken katsu with two scoop mac and one scoop rice. You also can't go wrong with the BBQ mix plate and a chicken katsu musubi. Their only item that I truly didn't care for was the boba in their thai tea. It's always the same workers when we visit, and kudos to the cook and thank you to the front counter worker for having more aloha spirit than some of our other local food spots here in SNV.
We were looking for Hawaiian on the way into Vegas. We arrived around 8:30 and decided to share a combo since it was late. The seafood & barbecue had plenty of food for both of us and we still had leftovers -- 3 fried shrimp, a good sized piece of fried fish, plenty of teriyaki chicken, two scoops of rice and Mac salad. It was all good. Hubby doesn't normally like chicken and said it had good flavor. They give you tartar sauce for the seafood and have teriyaki and other sauces available. They have Pepsi products, so we stuck with water to drink. It was good from the fountain. The owner (I think) was really nice and helpful. There is plants of inside seating and clean bathrooms.
The food was so good. Oh my gosh, and the portions were massive. I got a 2 meat plate with bbq chicken and Kalua pork, as well as a spam masubi for $20! This meal actually lasted me 3 days. The service was very quick and the workers were very friendly. A great lunch spot or meal prep haha!
First time trying. Really good. Moco loco is really good. Little spicy Good seasoning in hamburger patties. I highly recommend this place. Fast service and good Hawaiian food.
Food and Service were awesome. We ordered the Spam and Eggs with white rice and macaroni salad. The Kalua Pork, with white rice and macaroni salad. In addition, we ordered the mini size Salmon, with white rice, and macaroni salad. It was all delicious.
Stopped by on a weekend evening to grab some Katsu to-go, and wow, what a solid first-time experience! The portion sizes were no joke and were easily enough to feed two hungry people (and still have leftovers for later). I appreciated that the gravy came on the side, especially when you're reheating, and the mac salad was creamy, flavorful, but not overly heavy. If you're craving crispy, comforting Katsu with generous portions and thoughtful touches, this spot delivers. Already added to my favorites list!

Authentic Hawaiian food in Green Valley, with hard to find Lau Lau! The combo with Lau Lau and Kalua Pig was perfect, with macaroni salad that had great flavor, plus rice. I would probably recommend getting another scoop of mac salad, it's so good! The Lau Lau was something I always wanted to try and for those who don't know, only eat the inner moist cooked leaf. It tastes sort of like spinach? But better! The exterior dry leaf, is not suitable for eating. Ask the restaurant if you aren't sure. Donuts aka Malasada for dessert, we're just right and are fluffy on the inside with a light crisp on the outside and a sprinkle of sugar. Affordable prices, solid portions, and friendly service in a really nicely maintained shopping center. read more

Love this place! Great food for great prices! Brian at the cashier is also super friendly and nice! Very quick service and lots of items to choose from as well, I tried only the curry kastu and the burger meal but all of them were amazing, the burger meal is my to-go though. The amount of fries they give you is enough to last for two whole days at least! read more

Tried Wills Hawaiian for dinner last night and dang do you get a lot of bang for your buck here! My husband and I got a regular sized plate to share with Kalua Pork & 3 scoops rice (had to forgo the mac salad since we can't eat anything made with eggs). This portion was HUGE. The pork was decent, but there were some fatty pieces and it definitely needed some soy sauce to bring some oomph to the flavor. My husband got a Spam Musubi and I tried the BBQ Chicken Musubi; both were huge and delicious. This is a nice hidden gem in Henderson! read more

Ordered via Uber eats and I was so pleasantly surprised. Not only was this the best Uber eats order I've ever had but it was the best and cleanest hbbq I've ever had! Love that they give you 2 generous scoops of rice. The Mac salad is clean and so are the meats! Not super greasy. Great quality. read more

Stopped by last week and got a lau lau short rib mix plate to go. The lau lau was freezer burn. Called in to give them a chance to fix it spoke to Ken. He apologized and welcomed me back and told me he was going to comp a plate. Today I went in and told the cashier the conversation with Ken. I told him only half the plate wasn't good so it wasn't fair to comp the whole plate. So I would be willing to pay half. This guy tells me the best he can do is give me 2 drinks on the house. Wow I'm blown away not only with the food but the prices and service too !!!! Mike is awesome and I need to let all of henderson know lol!!! This place is a hidden gem that everyone needs to know about. prices are very affordable and the portion sizes are huge! You get your moneys worth that's for sure and these days that's what I'm looking for. We paid $12 for a large plate that feeds 2. We couldn't even finish it was filled with meat! We got the Kalua pork with rice and Mac salad! The Mac salad was by far the best I've had so far in town!!!! The ambiance was laid back and very clean. The tables were all clean and the bathrooms spotless!!! Literally my new to go to for Hawaiian food!!! I highly recommend it!!!! read more
I'm ecstatic to have a great Hawaiian BBQ option in my neighborhood. Wills Hawaiian BBQ is located right next to the Smith's I frequent so this is a win win for me. This is mom and pop sized restaurant with seating capacity maximized for the space should you choose to dine in. My orders have always been ordered to go or delivery via UberEats and all my experiences have been efficient and drama free experiences. Great work. Here's a listing of my usual orders: BBQ Mix Combo - BBQ Beef, Chicken, Short Ribs, 2 scoops of rice and a scoop of Mac salad. This is a hearty serving that has been consistently quality for me. Saimin - I usually order this with the grilled spam, to each their own. Regardless of protein, the broth has always been savory and the noodles fresh. Spam Musubi - Classic appetizer for me whenever I'm extra hungry. Great snack on the run. Loco Moco - Gravy makes this dish and I've enjoyed every time I've ordered. For Hawaiian joints, it's always the quality and prep of the proteins AND the macaroni salad that I always evaluate. Wills crushes my two categories and that's why they're my go to 808 grindage stop by my house. Cheers! read more
It's not often that I'm craving Hawaiian food and this time I wanted a place that the reviews on Yelp made it shine. Will's Hawaiian BBQ knocked it out of the box for me. The biggest takeaway was the portion size for their regular portion (vs the mini) the sheer amount of meat alone is worth the price. Period. Simple no nonsense take out or eat in restaurant with counter service. read more

As low key as it gets, but the food is fantastic! Service was nice and helpful. Loco moco was really nice and the "regular" was ginormous! The bbq chicken and garlic shrimp were excellent. We've been looking for a Mac salad as good as L&L's for a long time, and Will's beat it. Of course that's like saying my grandma's Mac salad is better than your grandma's, it's very subjective! They could perk the place up a bit, but the food is outstanding and that's what we came for. We'll be back next time we're in Vegas. read more
