Initially when…read morelooking for a place, it took 3-5 days and me calling back several times to get someone to call me back and set up an appointment to see the rental properties. We qualified under their terms and then put our money down for a place. They said we were approved on their end but then the owner came back and disapproved us. They never said on what grounds this decision was based. They did explain that ultimately, the owner decides. Then, Keith worked diligently with me to include texting and calling me back late in the evenings to accommodate seeing the other properties until we finally found one. What I don't understand is the following: Why requests to see a property like some others on Zillow do not have appointments we can schedule ourselves on availability. Why they wont let us put our deposit down on a home we have not seen if we know we want that home. Its cash money people haha. Lastly, when we finally found a place we wanted. they sent our documents via email which is great. I wanted to clarify something in the lease in writing but the docusign does not allow that. Since we are 2 signers, they would not accept a pdf with the added language. I was finally able to get something via email confirmation to the lease and use docusign. Another issue we had was that the home did not have a garbage disposal. They said the owner would not allow us to put one in and pay for any maintenance. Not sure why?? Makes no sense to me. These should be negotiable items. So far, I found the ladies in the office to be very pleasant. That's definitely a feather in their cap. Will update once we move in and state whether the carpets were cleaned well and the minor fixes were done.

We were specifically told that no earlier appointments were available, that we were the first people scheduled to view the apartment, and that we would likely have the opportunity to rent it. Based on that information, we both rearranged our work schedules, found coverage for our shifts, inconvenienced several coworkers, and lost income just to make this appointment. Then, just five hours before our scheduled showing, we were told the appointment was canceled because someone else had already rented the apartment. The cancellation itself was frustrating, but the way it was handled made the experience far worse. When I expressed why we were upset after taking time off work and losing wages based on the information we had been given, the Leasing Manager working on Monday, 6/29, told me they didn't understand why I was upset and that this was "just the process." If that's truly their process, it's a process that shows little respect for prospective tenants' time, commitments, or finances. A simple acknowledgment of the inconvenience or a sincere apology would have gone a long way. Instead, the response was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy. Our time, our income, and the effort we put into rearranging our schedules apparently meant nothing. If you're considering renting here, be aware that even a confirmed showing may not mean much, and don't assume the company values your time the way you value theirs. There are plenty of property management companies that communicate honestly and treat prospective tenants with professionalism. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this one.

The staff is kind and welcoming. They're quick on maintenance requests and always helped me out when I locked myself out of the apartment (quick response). My apartment wasn't updated but it is so much nicer than other places in the area. I never saw bugs in the apartment which I was thankful for. My neighbors where a mix of young adults like myself and older couples. Not a lot of young families with kids in my particular building or area. It was a nice quiet place and while neighbors were friendly when you caught them coming and going, you also rarely saw them. I would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat for anyone moving into the area. Close to a grocery store, a turkey hill, CVS, movie theater and it's far enough away from the city where there's not a lot of road traffic.

There are plenty of activities, clubs, exercise classes, committee's, and entertainment to keep us busy. There is free transportation to the nearby Park City Mall, super markets, Leisure Lanes Bowling, Walmart, and Central Market to name a few. The food in the Garden Cafe for breakfast & lunch and dinner in either of the formal dining rooms has been excellent !!! The variety and quality of food is second to none. We eagerly await the opening of the new Viva Centre, which will house a new swimming pool, 300 seat theater, exercise area, and more. It will be the center of activity for all of Woodcrest Villa.

Resident turnover is high. On the floor where I live we have not had a working washing machine since last year & it is now July. The elevator is temperamental, and at this present moment stuck on floor 3 (in the middle of a heat wave). We are told that we will be getting a new elevator in the sometime future, and will be without service for apprx 8 weeks when that happens. I am handicapped, as are several of my neighbors. So if you are thinking of moving here, don't do it until the new elevator is installed.

As we were moving out in the pre-move out inspection they said everything looked great and that we didn't to be present on the final inspection. upon moving out we get the final inspection and they basically charged us for everything, even though we left the apartment cleaner than when we received it. The most ridiculous charge was $250 for removing baby proofing clips from the kitchen cabinets 6-8 due to "damages" as they were placed on with double sided tape. I even replaced them a few times with no damage whatsoever. I understand we forget to remove them, but $250 ARE YOU KIDDING ME. In conclusion: 1. rent isn't cheap 2. amenities aren't the best, we even had to pay to use the party room. 3. do not trust the pictures on the website 4. read the lease agreement in detail, as they have a million fees when moving out. 5. work orders take forever, as they only have 5 maintenance for 500 apts overall it my fault for not doing my due diligence, if I had I wouldn't have pick Kensington as my place of residence.

The leasing office is UNHELPFUL and the workers are SO disrespectful & rude any time you just go in to ask a simple question for help or address a concern. No one responds to your emails but they expect you to be prompt with paying certain fees or else "eviction proceedings could occur". Also cannot find any management info on their website.

Excellent team to do business with, had a few minor issues with hot water and the freezer, but were taken care of promptly by the service team. Altogether a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.
