The food is good here. Value is good with most prices reasonable. The staff run hot and cold. A review of customer service practices could improve the experience greatly. If I could review food and service separately, I would give the food and value 5 stars. Unfortunately, the staff just 2 stars and have gone from a regular to just occassionally. Worth a try if you can brush off the irregularities of staff. read more

We went here for brunch on Friday morning, just shy of noon. This place is always busy (good sign) and only had to wait for a table to be cleaned to be seated. I had the vegetable omelette with American cheese and hubby had the 2 eggs sunny side and toast. Service is always spot on and very attentive! Where can you get a meal for 2 under $15 these days? Prices attract but service and quality have me coming back for more. It has a charming comfy atmosphere that makes you feel welcome. We'll be back soon! read more

Willow Tree has been around for years, come here a lot as a child with my family. A typical family owned style diner. New management has recently taken over and I say it's for the best. As the older generation is phasing out, it's time for a menu spruce up. Don't get me wrong, I love diner style food, but I'm also a millennial. If you know, you know. I ordered food threw a phone call and I thought everything was fine until we ate and the home fries had NOT ONE BIT of seasoning. Not only that I got a $10 dollar extra charge plus a ATM charge because they only take cash. Never will I be ordering from here again and you shouldn't either. read more

Hidden Gem Alert!!! If you are looking for a cute little comfortable spot to eat some breakfast and brunch this is your SPOT! It is a very friendly old school sort of diner atmosphere and the food is amazing for the price. As far as cost. Our entire meal (3 people) came out to $27 after taxes and boy did we eat! The food was great they know how to cook their scrambled eggs correctly and not dry like other places. Their waffle was delicious and fluffy as well. HIGHLY recommend coming here especially during the week when they aren't too busy, you will come back again and again. read more

In town visiting my parents, they wanted to take my wife and I to breakfast, so last night my mom called to see if reservations were required due to the ongoing pandemic seating limits. Reservations weren't required and my mother was told we shouldn't have an issue getting in at our desired time of 8am today. So, jump to this morning - we arrived a little before 8, which was well past the time of the restaurant's opening. The door was locked, which I guessed was for helping to prevent going over the capacity limit. And yet...the parking lot was empty aside from maybe a worker or two...so...we stood outside wearing our masks...AND WATCHED WORKERS LOOK AT US, BUT MAKE NO EFFORT TO COME TO THE DOOR TO SPEAK WITH US. We waited for over five more minutes outside at the door, during which at least one worker clearly made eye contact with us...and still nothing from them. Finally, we gave up, and went home to enjoy each other's company and coffee cake. Tomorrow, I'll take my wife and parents out to breakfast - but it sure as heck won't be here. If this place wants to recover post the pandemic...I highly suggest those working at it to not ignore others who are literally standing at their door, in an empty parking lot, trying to spend money at the establishment. I'll never go back here though. Others, who don't ignore prospective patrons are just as deserving of our support and money. read more

Came here and loooooved the old timey feel along with the big breakfast! Enjoyed my blueberry pancakes and the buns with languica sausages with more than reasonable prices! If I was ever in town again, I'll definitely stop by! A definite hidden gem. read more

Breakfast is my all time favorite meal and willow tree does not disappoint. My boyfriend and I visit almost weekly and have never had a bad meal. I tend to get the eggs Benedict every time but will switch it up with their willow tree special once in a while and have never left hungry or dissatisfied with my meal. Every one who works there is also super nice and welcoming which makes us like going back that much more. p.s. their prices cannot be beat read more

Hash browns. It all started with a simple quest for hashbrowns. I woke up super early on Sunday, and since I did not want to wake up my husband or four-year-old daughter, I decided to go out for breakfast. I thought to myself "I need a hash brown ". I headed out to McDonald's. McDonald's and Willow Tree are about the same distance from my house. I decided to turn around and go to Willow Tree instead. I am so glad that I did. I felt a little awkward dining by myself, but the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere put me at ease. The hostess seated me at a two-seat table. I was quickly presented with a cup of coffee and a menu. I was pretty hungry, so I decided to go with the Willow Tree special. This plate is colossal. It's got everything you want for breakfast. Eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, pancakes, French toast, and the most amazing hashbrowns I have ever had in my life. Even the coffee was good. I don't put much in my coffee, just a little creamer and half of an Equal. My total came to nine dollars. ONLY NINE DOLLARS! Incredible! I might just make this a regular treat for myself! read more

A solid three stars for a spot that really doesn't look like much from the outside. It was a bit awkward to start as we walked in and found no obvious employees. So we stood by the door for a few minutes before someone yelled out to sit where ever we wanted. Our waitress came out & was friendly. I wasn't expecting much in the way of coffee but was pleasantly surprised with the quality. I drink my coffee black. It was clear that it was freshly brewed and some good stuff. I enjoyed a few cups :) I went with the shaved linguica omelet which was loaded with tasty meat, sweet onions and cheese. The home fries were homemade, nicely seasoned and crispy. The teen had two perfectly cooked chocolate chip pancakes with a side of crispy bacon. Very nice. Prices were very reasonable and the portions were hearty. I would hit them up again. The breakfast was tasty and the prices are reasonable I would give 5 stars but once I called in an order and waited 35 minutes on top of the original 15 minutes I had already given that they asked for before I even drove over, but aside from that good restaurant I would go back hopefully that doesn't happen again read more

I don't usually write reviews but this time I felt I needed to for this restaurant.when I first entered the restaurant I did not know if I should seat myself or not. After standing there for a few min I was told there was a table open in the middle of the dinning room, the table was dirty, after waiting a few more min a waitress hollered from across the dinning room I will be right with you then I waited again when she came over I had to ask for her to wipe the table there was only 1 menu on the table for me and my husband to share,then the waitress gave us coffee and took are order and that would be the last time she came over till we got are food,sitting there with an empty coffee cup I was not happy. Never after recieving are food did she come over to ask how everything was or if we needed anything.after we finished are food and she hollered across the dinning room again if we would like more coffee and we said that we were all set it was a good 20min of waiting for our check I even sat with my coat on waiting while I witnessed the waitress chatting with customers going in the back to witness her drinking coffee. I finally had to ask another waitress for my check.when leaving I grab what seemed to be the owner and explained my experience and was told she was sorry and that the waitresses sometimes get a little chatty at times, but she really did not seem sorry. What ever happened to the customer is always right.I will not return to this restaurant. read more

All though the food is ok, the wait time is horrible! I dined in for breakfast and once I was seated I waited 30 min for a simple egg and toast breakfast. My second visit I called in a take out order for breakfast and was told 10-15 min and when I showed up 20 minutes later ( giving them a extra 5 min) I still had to wait another 15 minutes cause they hadn't even cooked it yet and yes they told me that. read more

Willow tree is a nice place to go with family. The food is great and the staff is friendly. I actually love this place and would recommend it to others. On the other hand After coming here a couple times recently I have had the same waitress. These visits were not satisfying at all. She is very unprofessional and very rude. Also why I was there while trying to eat the customer behind me complained about his food. My food was fine but her attitude on multiple occasions stinks and she needs to learn to be professional and not eat with her mouth open when she is preparing drinks or food! read more
