Willow Tree has been around for years, come here a lot as a child with my family. A typical family owned style diner. New management has recently taken over and I say it's for the best. As the older generation is phasing out, it's time for a menu spruce up. Don't get me wrong, I love diner style food, but I'm also a millennial. If you know, you know. But overall really great food, good service. Cheese rolls are huge!

Hidden Gem Alert!!! If you are looking for a cute little comfortable spot to eat some breakfast and brunch this is your SPOT! It is a very friendly old school sort of diner atmosphere and the food is amazing for the price. As far as cost. Our entire meal (3 people) came out to $27 after taxes and boy did we eat! The food was great they know how to cook their scrambled eggs correctly and not dry like other places. Their waffle was delicious and fluffy as well. HIGHLY recommend coming here especially during the week when they aren't too busy, you will come back again and again.

    Blueberry pancakes-- fluffy and big!

Came here and loooooved the old timey feel along with the big breakfast! Enjoyed my blueberry pancakes and the buns with languica sausages with more than reasonable prices! If I was ever in town again, I'll definitely stop by! A definite hidden gem.

Yum! The fresh ingredients with the natural spices - Menu selection is a light fare home cooked like you're at your mom's house!

Great waiter! Food tasted as if you were in you mom's kitchen. Just enough of everything! Pancakes were the best! My sister and I happened on this place by accident and it was the best treat we had that day!

Average food, very slow to get our order, had to flag down staff for basics like creamer, and non-existent service by Evan.

Classic American diner food at a great price. The service is great too, even when the place is packed.

We made a reservation and seated as soon as we got there. The host is very nice. The menu is great. I liked that they had lattes on the menu and not just regular coffee. Although, we had both. The latte was small, but very good. I ordered the breakfast tacos without me and substituted the mozzarella for cheddar cheese. I got three pretty good sized tacos. That were really good, not a ton of flavor, but they were definitely fresh. We also got an order of the PB&J stuffed French toast, which was absolutely delicious. The peanut butter was warm inside and the French toast was cooked perfectly. We got a blueberry pancake for the table because they have homemade blueberry butter. That was absolutely delicious. No syrup needed! Overall, I really enjoyed the food, and the place was very cute inside. The bathroom was a little rundown and only had one working stall, but other than that it's definitely five stars. We will be back.

We went for brunch and it was filled with about a 15 minute waiting period. Time went by fast, they took our number and texted when the table was ready. The place runs very well and you can tell they're experienced with a busy environment. The food was pretty decent, but not necessarily something I would crave or come back to again and again. The omelettes were fresh, the pancakes were very reminiscent of being cake flavored, service was quick, and prices were about as expected.

It opened at 11:30 so we arrived close to that time, with no reservation. The decor was beautiful and with a fresh nautical feel. We were greeted warmly when we walked in the door and seated right away by the window with a view of the harbor and boats. Our waitress came over right away and gave us our menus - three of them. One was a regular menu, one was lunch specials, and I think the other one was for Chef's selections. I ordered the Chicken Carbonara on the lunch menu and it was amazing! The portion was just enough and was very flavorful and fresh. My friends had chicken Caesar salad and a mixed bowl (not sure about this one). I didn't take pics of our food because we all just dove right in, but I DID take a picture of our dessert. OMG it was bread pudding with fresh whipped cream and ice cream - soooo good!! The place filled up pretty quickly by the time we left it was full. The prices were reasonable and the wine was just fine! I wish I could remember the waitresses name to give her a shout out because she was a doll! Can't wait to visit again!

Review for The Sail Loft - Padanaram, MA…read more If you find yourself in Padanaram (a.k.a. the South Dartmouth secret locals don't really want you to know about), and you skip The Sail Loft? Rookie mistake. This place is the salty soul of Buzzards Bay. Perched right by the marina, it's where boat shoes meet bar stools. You'll see folks who just stepped off a sailboat rubbing elbows with couples dressed for a night in the village. No dress code. No pretension. Just pure coastal New England charm and a vibe that's always buzzing. The inside is lively, the outdoor patio catches that perfect sea breeze, and the bar? It's the heartbeat of the joint. We didn't have a reservation (whoops), and the place was packed--but the bar area saved the day. We snagged a high top by the window just as the line started snaking out the door. The bartenders? Total pros. Fast, friendly, and somehow everywhere at once, without making you feel like an afterthought. Gold star. We kicked off with a round of Apple Martinis--sweet, strong, and not here to mess around. Then came the chowder: a bowl of creamy, clammy goodness, thick enough to stand a spoon in. Potatoes, herbs, and enough richness to warm you from the inside out--June evenings by the bay aren't always balmy. But the star of the show? That lobster roll. Two options: cold and classic, or warm and buttery. We went warm--because why wouldn't you want your lobster swimming in butter? Nestled in a toasted sourdough roll and served with coleslaw and fries. And not just one or the other--both. Apparently, the kitchen was feeling generous, and we weren't about to say no. The fries were crisp on the outside, fluffy inside. The slaw? Creamy, crunchy, and perfectly chilled. Whether you're a local or just passing through, The Sail Loft is the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer, order another drink, and pretend the boat docked outside is yours.
