However......we found out after waiting around that the face painting wasn't coming, the petting animals never showed and Snowie King wasn't open. Big bummer! My little was sad....but we did get a fun balloon! They do have a large variety of pumpkins. All sizes and colors go pick from! And lots of photo ops.

There are actually 3 shops. (1) gift shop. I was anticipating a kitschy roadside gift shop. But I was pleasantly surprised They sell artisan women supported clothes, styles are bohemian meets California style (blouses $24+). Styles are modern with classics timeless touches. They sell artisan crafted jewelry. I adored several necklace and earring sets and they were price around the $27+. They also had handcrafted wooden walking sticks $19+, local crafted wind chimes, garden wall art, wooden crafted boxes, Black Bear Decor figurines...which I think are adorable, glass blown art trinket plate/borks (crafted in the USA starting at $8, soaps/lotions, candles, T-shirt's, mugs $10+, etc The interior was nicely decorated in a tasteful cabin style. The associate was great. She was welcoming, fun to talk with, and so darn knowledgable about the merchandise. (2) Garden Area. Get this...they also have a garden area. However it was closed when I got there. But I was able to look at the small entry garden between the buildings. It was compact and small. Just enough room to display some merchandise...local crafted garden art...wall hangings, wind chimes, and spinners. Also on display were several large custom hand crafted bear sculptures. (3) Furniture Store. The other shop specialized in beautiful high quality aspen and pine furniture( Bedroom furniture and living room pieces.). Quality material and handcrafted dovetailed work with artisan touches. They have small decor pieces also. You can pay 50% at time of purchase and the rest at delivery or pickup. Pieces are from an American factory and can be custom ordered.

I had never heard of the place, so I figured I'd check it out. I found street parking easily on the morning I visited the store, though I can imagine how parking might be a little tricky on weekends or busier times. The store isn't very big, but it's crammed full of stuff. When I went in December, a large portion (maybe 80%?) of the items were Christmas/holiday related. I plan to come back and see what kind of inventory they have during the rest of the year! Very unique gift items and the prices are great. I found these cute Santa tongs that were only priced at $2.95. Usually in gift stores like Hallmark, I'm used to seeing items priced way more than that. I found myself pleasantly surprised when looking at prices. A few other customers were in there and we all talked about what cute store it is, and they expressed how much they love it there. One customer said there were a few other gift stores a couple doors down, but when I visited those, I was not impressed with their merchandise or pricing. This store, however, I really liked. The employee was also very very friendly. He took the time to wrap everything neatly with tissue paper and was just about the nicest person you'd ever meet. Definitely a fun place to check out if you're ever in Lincoln!

My previous of this from year 2021, has total of twenty two total votes! This is a Japanese/Chinese gift shop in the Old Town Auburn, California. It is next to what used to be the very oldest post office west of the Mississippi! They have variety of as I said, Japanese items and variety of Chinese items! They even if requested, do think word is Gift Wrapping! I purchased a Chinese soup spoon, six dollars and thirty seven cents with tax. They did Gift Wrap the item, put it in small black bag! They have sent me to the restaurant next to them, child cheese quesadilla came to nine dollars and twelve cents with tax!
