The owners are absolutely amazing--so warm, personable, and genuinely kind. They took the time to talk with us, answer questions, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than rushed. The inventory is constantly changing, which makes browsing even more fun because you never know what great finds you'll come across. It's clear they put a lot of thought and care into what they carry. We ended up spending way more time than planned because there was so much to look at. I went this past weekend for their half off sale and was so pleased to discover that they have changed yet again! It appears they listened to customer feedback and added back all the stuff we love to see in a typical thrift store, but they are much more organized and clean. They do a great job and I felt like the prices were fair. My only complaint is the older man at the checkout counter who has been there a long time. He is sooooo slow and not friendly. This past weekend he was downright rude to me after taking 10 minutes for him to add up my items and my son's (15 small items max). While waiting I was speaking to another customer and once the man was finally done adding everything up he interrupts me and says, "there is a line here". Uh yeah, there is a line cause you are slower than molasses!

I was really excited to come in and look at wedding bands since my fiancé had my engagement ring…read moreset here and previously had a great experience. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and honestly confusing. I came in with my newborn son and my mom, and after waiting a few minutes without being acknowledged we walked up to the front desk to ask for help. A staff member assisted us and showed a few bands. When I found one I liked, I asked if it could be made in yellow gold. She said she would check with the vendor and offered to clean my engagement ring so I could look at the bands with my clean ring. After a few minutes, she returned with my ring, and when I asked to try on another band, she told us she was now helping someone else and couldn't assist us further.This was surprising since she had been helping us the entire time up to that point. I was ready to move forward with purchasing a ring but never received an answer about pricing and was told no when I asked to see another option. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
