The "reorganization" they've done is awful, and their prices seem to have doubled in the last year. Even for damaged or obviously well worn items. Makes more sense to shop at Walmart and just get things new. Also the staff kept trying to take my cart. Moving it completely when my back was turned, or asking: "Are u done with this? Are u using this?" It has my stuff in it. I'm 5-10 feet away. I can't keep the cart exactly with me anymore because your merchandise is now everywhere in the walkways and the carts wouldn't fit! No longer affordable. No longer fun to shop here. Felt like an inconvenience to the staff.

The home decor items were on the lines of kitchen towels, cheeseboards, candles, vases, plates, mugs, box keys, pillows, seasonal decor, etc. Everything was beautifully displayed. So if you show up at the Roseville store b/c of an advertised sale email & find out you were mislead. You're not the only one. Usually, I get home & find out that only after I went did they JUST send out a specific email for the Roseville store (& only that store). Usually their El Dorado (not EDH) store's sale starts on Thursday b/c they're closed on one of the weekend days. The El Dorado Hills store's sale starts on Friday, & the Roseville store's sale stars on Saturday. But it's a good idea to call ahead to avoid wasting time & gas money.

Upon walking in I was greeted by Linda who asked me if there was anything she could help with. When I started talking about the issue with my over 20 year old propane stove I heard a voice from upstairs call down asking me to reiterate the question. A woman I now know is named Michelle informed me that she is a fireplace expert. And boy was she right. She quickly explained to me how my stove worked and showed me parts to compare to what mine had. She sent me home with some homework and her phone and email so I could send pictures of my unit. She walked me through trouble shooting the issue and helped me find a solution. She showed me how to use a wire to jump the unit and confirm that it would light. We decided I would switch to a thermostat and she suggested that I purchase the cheaper of the two options that she carries in store. She said "it's simple and easy to use and the more expensive one won't do you any better." My house will now be warm and cozy for my son and I. They've earned my business and hopefully you'll give them a chance to earn yours!
