With a name of Boot Barn, they definitely live up to that with a massive selection of boots ... western wear and work wear. Multiple aisles of boots. The men's selection is on the left and women's on the right far side are f the shop. You can't miss 'em. The front left is where they display cowboy hats (men's and women's) with brands such as Stetson and Cody James. They also men's and women's clothes and accessories (belts, buckles, trucker caps, cologne). The price points match the quality of the brands. Not saying they are excessively expensive, but aren't cheap either. The merchandise is not one time, throw away quality. They do have the occasional sales. Look for the red sales signs. He was knowledgeable and explained everything to us. Within an hour our unit was up and running again! We will definitely be using Good Guys whenever we need any heating and air repairs.

We called yesterday morning when we noticed our AC was not kicking on and they were able to get a tech out today! Butch arrived on time and was friendly as could be. He wasted no time jumping in and trying to diagnose the problem. He went through everything he could think of, figured it out, and advised us of best solutions. We never felt pressured or unsure of the decisions we were making. He also pointed out things to keep an eye on, as they appeared to be going bad or outdated, but again, never once did he push for us to buy or do anything now. He was also honest with us about replacing the unit altogether (yes, you're thinking he wants us to spend the money and they make it), but the unit is 32 years old with a life expectancy of 20, soo he's not wrong. Beyond suggesting a new unit he priced out different components that we could replace, as we wanted to, in order to squeeze as much life out as we could. We were already considering replacing, so he helped us set up a no obligation consultation later this week. And honestly, if not for the service and respect we've been shown, we'd consider shopping around more, but this family owned company has earned our business and trust for years to come! If you need service or repairs, do not hesitate to reach out and use Good Guys, because they truly are: Good Guys!

Michelle and the entire staff are so kind and helpful! I don't even know where to start. We walked into her store for the first time completely frustrated with our propane stove which we purchased from another dealer and had repaired numerous times by said dealer. Anyhow, we threw our hands up and figured we needed to purchase a new one. I can't even express how helpful Michelle was, she spend so much of her time walking us through what could be the issues with our current Enviro propane stove. Michelle, (mind blown how much knowledge she has)made calls, gave advice, printed out paperwork for us and even offered parts if necessary. We returned home, hubby did what was suggested and OMG I can't even comprehend the difference! Our stove has NEVER functioned correctly from day one, this is the first time it ever has. We are beyond grateful for the amazing, patient, friendly, knowledgeable service we have received by Michelle (and staff) and are new forever customers. She lost a sale on a new stove and walked us through repairing ours THE RIGHT WAY.... FINALLY! Our stove works right for the first time since 2015!! We can't recommend Country Elegance, Michelle (owner), or her staff more, they are simply amazing! Michelle really came through for me when I was in a bind. I had paid a Sacramento company an exorbitant amount to clean my chimney because smoke was blowing into the house. After their "cleaning," the fireplace actually worked worse. I assumed it was a mechanical issue with the damper, so I went back to the store where I had purchased my insert to ask for advice. Michelle immediately understood the issue: the chimney sweep had pushed all the creosote down onto the fireplace insert, blocking the airflow. She didn't just explain the problem--she took action. She sent one of her employees (Yay Ray!) to follow me home and remove the top of the insert. It was so packed with debris that Ray had to wrestle with it for quite a while. Michelle's assessment was spot-on, and she helped me with genuine care--on the same day, right before Thanksgiving. I'm incredibly grateful for her knowledge, integrity, and sense of community. I won't make the mistake again of calling a scammy same-day service from Sacramento. For anything related to Pacific Energy inserts, go to Michelle. She's the real deal. read more

I had nothing but an inefficient wood stove source of heat in my newly purchased home and was freezing! I did extensive research online first for a whole home heating gas stove that included IPI technology, enough BTU's, high AFUE, and efficiency. After first looking at other manufacturers and their suppliers in the area, I turned to Country Elegance who not only fulfilled all my requirements but also offered a much better price. I couldn't have received better customer service by both Michelle and her installer, who went above and beyond to ensure my happiness and satisfaction. Came into Country Elegance because a friend referred me. We have two propane stoves but didn't know how to use them. I came to Country elegance to get info on buying a pellet stove or wood stove because as it turns out "Kamps propane" told us our stoves were ineffcient. Michele took the time to educate me on the different stoves and to research the ones we have. She found out the stoves we have are very effcient and use way less propane then our furnace. We didn't need to purchase anything different just needed more info on what we have. For the past two days I have been living in warm luxury thanks to Country elegance. Great customer service! This is way over due. In October of 2011, after looking at several other fireplace stores in the area, I purchased a Napoleon NZ26 wood burning fireplace from Michelle. She recommended that Wilde West Design Builders install it. The whole experience was excellent. In December of 2013 the fan quit working. I contacted Michelle and she knew what I was talking about. She said if I can install it, she will leave a variable speed kit on the counter for me. That didn't fix it. She then said the Thermodisc must be bad. She left one on the counter for me again. Originally came in for a stove and really appreciated the low pressure environment created by Michelle. She didn't try to sell us anything but made sure we had all the info to find exactly what we need. What keeps me coming back though is the clothing and the service provided by the younger employees. One young lady (dark hair, no name tag) in particular went above and beyond to help to pick out a cardigan for my sister, even trying it on to help find the right size. We bought a pellet stove from Michelle 10 years ago. Michelle knows the True North pellet stove she sold us inside and out! This past Fall, it wasn't working well, so I sent her a video of the pellet stove running so she could see and hear what was going on. She immediately called me and recommended someone to come out and inspect and fix it. This past winter was the BEST this stove has ever worked!!! It kept our home warm all winter, even when we lost power and had to use the generator. We never ran it above a 3/medium level all winter!! She literally stands behind the products that she sells. Country Elegance was giving knowledge & logic to the needs of the situation, presented to them. Take it or leave it. Meissner Sewing in Folsom, CA…read more There aren't a lot of shops like these left. Sewing shops that sell sewing machines, notions, and fabric; and provide lessons.. I was in need of a new measuring tape, bobby pins, and scissors. So instead of ordering off the internet from the rain forest I drove to Meissner. A real brick n mortar shop staffed with real people (not a Bot) within the community. It was my first time at this location. The shop was clean and organized. It had a ton of sewing machines ranging from $200 beginner models to several thousand dollar versions that self embroidery, run automatically by preprogramming. Fancy! They also had a wall of notions and a section selling fabric. The staff working were awesome. Helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. Farah even told me about their classes that they offer onsite. They have classes on how to use certain models of sewing machines besides their sewing, quilting. and embroidery classes. So many classes offered; ranging not only on topic but skill levels. They even have a class that will introduce you to the basics on using your sewing machine. No judgements. The sewing machine doesn't have to be bought from them, if it is then the class is free. They aren't open on Sundays. And I recall the shop doesn't stay open particularly late.

After paying $250. and getting a small sample of what the machine could now do, I was informed it was my error. Bad thread, bad foundation, hooping error, etc. I have been doing machine embroidery for over 10 years and I know what I'm doing. I have purchased well over $10K on my long arm, not to mention the $$ I spent purchasing 2 embroidery machines from them. Oh, but I was offered the opportunity to purchase a previously owned embroidery machine to solve my problem. Sales is their priority, not customer satisfaction after the sale. It's a 50 minute drive from my home to their location each way. Plus, the wait time is two weeks. My 3 month window of guarantee gets ate up by this wait time.

But what I did find in the process was the Not Too Shabby shop. Right when I stepped into the shop, I knew right away I might be in trouble. Not only was I greeted and welcomed, I eyed lots of gift-able items that I wanted. They sold new home decor items, seasonal decorations, and a pretty intense chalk paint selection.
