The shop'soverall customer service is pretty good. The majority of the staff are awesome. A few weeks ago, I dropped in to check out the swim gear. But took a detour looking at the shoes. The associate (with reddish hair and eyeglasses) working that department helped me look for a couple of running shoes from the backroom inventory. No luck, none my size. Then as I was walking away, he took it upon himself to peruse the clearance rack, for my size and shoe type. At this time I only ventured a few aisles away, he found me to show me a pair he found on clearance. Visually, they were in great condition. A brand and style, and color palette I was looking for. It was the right size. I tried them on, they fit perfectly. Comfy. Better yet it was an additional 20% off. So all together the price was 47% off from the original retail price. Score. But gotta say, sure would appreciate a public restroom. Especially considering this Big 5 is in a stand alone building not close to any other retail businesses or within a shopping plaza.

So, if you don't know what brand of shoes you want. Rack Room Shoes are your best choice. The store is pretty much a self-service store. You find the shoes you want. Find the size and try it on. Pay for it at the cashier counter if you want it. Of course, they'll give you the answer if you have a question.

False Advertising!…read more Grabbed two pairs of shoes under their buy one get one 50% off sale but was told only one of them counts and the second one would not be half off. Then I went to pay for the one pair of shoes and although it was advertised on sale, the cashier would not accept the advertised price. Said that that promotion has ended and someone forgot to take the tag off. I've worked in retail before and you are supposed to honor the advertise price especially when it's right in front of the box of shoes. Based on principle alone I will not shop there. I don't support stores that falsely advertise. I may have not given a negative review if it was just one issue but since it was both I felt like I needed to let others know to pay attention to the prices and to ask questions.

Not every visit turns up insane bargains, but more often than not. The majority of staff are pretty helpful and the cashiers are a hoot. The merch is organized. If the shelves are in a disarray, chalk that up to the over zealous shoppers. The staff do their best to keep items neat n tidy as we all should. I see staff literally go down the aisles and tidy up and I've seen customers go tear it all up.

They just moved to a different location in the Palladio shopping center. They moved to #350 Palladio Parkway, just a few shop fronts over from the old spot #320. The styles vary from traditional, classic preppy to vibrant year round resort wear. They carry petite sizes as well as regular. The women's clothes are on the pricier side but the quality is excellent. Plus they do have occasional sales, the last one recently was 30% off everything in the shop. The inventory is beautifully laid out and displayed. The staff are a great bunch.

He stayed calm, explained exactly how the membership would save me money on the repair, and he was completely right. What struck me was that he kept trying to help me even though I was being uncool because I assumed it was just some scam to get me to sign up for something I didn't need. He also charged me only for the work my bike actually needed instead of a full tune-up, which saved me even more. I hadn't ridden the bike in five years, none of the gears worked, and when I got it back it was flawless. He's a great mechanic and a genuinely cool guy. I even stood around talking with him for about 10 minutes after dropping the bike off. Highly recommended. I'm glad I now know who to call if my bike ever has a heart attack..
