It was really convenient for my busy schedule that she came to visit me at my work location. She also made everything very simple and easy: she brought fabrics for me to see and feel, she measured me and made recommendations based on my build and body type, and helped me select popular style options for the suit. I was very happy about how hassle-free the purchasing process was. Once the suit was ready a few weeks later, she even came back to my work location and made sure everything looked good and fit nicely. She was ready to make any alterations if needed. Great customer service. Overall I am a very satisfied customer. At the moment, I own two suits by J.Hilburn, plus a custom dress shirt to boot. They do casual wear as well, but anyone looking to dress well, who is too busy to go shopping themselves, loves customer service, and wants a hassle-free shopping experience, I highly recommend J.Hilburn!!
