I've shopped at Boot Barn before, but this location takes the cake. The interior design is modern, the merch is staged beautifully, easy to maneuver spacious floor plan (cause nobody likes to be jammed up), the inventory is plentiful, and the staff is welcoming and helpful (so much so I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance, totally cool with that versus being ignored especially in such a big store). With a name of Boot Barn, they definitely live up to that with a massive selection of boots ... western wear and work wear. Multiple aisles of boots. The men's selection is on the left and women's on the right far side are f the shop. You can't miss 'em. The front left is where they display cowboy hats (men's and women's) with brands such as Stetson and Cody James. They also men's and women's clothes and accessories (belts, buckles, trucker caps, cologne). The price points match the quality of the brands. Not saying they are excessively expensive, but aren't cheap either. The merchandise is not one time, throw away quality. They do have the occasional sales. Look for the red sales signs. I wasn't in the market for boots but barely walked out without purchasing a pair. There were so many that caught my eye and I tried on. So comfy and pretty.

My…read moremom is a fragile, diabetic and geriatric, and I noticed that she had really worn through the shoes so while shopping in Folsom, I spotted a fleet feet on my map And told her I was buying her a new pair of the shoes they fit her for earlier this year, the neuropathy and her feet is pretty bad. I told my mom I'd have them look up her measurements and we would get the same shoes we got before. This was the first fleet feet. I've been in that had more employees than customers, but after my experience, I completely understand. I went in and I ask a gentleman in a navy sweatshirt. I believe his name was Justin, but I was so upset when I left. I'm not quite sure if his name was Justin. He was a young kid under 25 with a navy shirt on. I ask him if he would look up my mother's account by her phone number. He said they only do email but he would try the name we went back-and-forth a lot. We tried my name, etc. I finally said let me go out to the car and get my mom's email address as she was waiting in the car for the shoes before I could do so the gentleman says to me that the computers between the fleet fees are not linked so it wouldn't matter unless I bought the shoes there which I found odd because I've gone to other fleet feet and they've been able to find my account so I could get the exact model of shoe that I had purchased before At this point, Mr. Navy man was finding this pretty freaking amusing and I was not. I said look I just like to buy my mother a pair of shoes and I'm sure there's something that can be done to figure out which shoes she had before they were either unwilling or unprepared to help with this situation which could've been as simple as calling up the elk Grove fleet fee to find this information so that the owner of this fleet feet could make a sale because I was ready to purchase a pair of shoes. Not only was the boy and his friends also working in the store finding this incredibly amusing I am not. I am sorry for the owner of the store because not only will I tell others about the store. I will never go into the store again and I have already contacted fleet feed corporate to let them know about my experience This store seem to be stocked with a lot of young people with no oversight and again I found it very odd that there were so many readily available employees as usually a fleet fee on the weekend is not for the faint of heart. They sell Taos shoes too. Lots and lots of jewelry. I ended up buying like six pairs of their tiny earrings because they were so cute and unique. They have purses and scarves. I think it's the perfect place to find that one of a kind outfit or jewelry piece. They have a line of lotions and body products and I bought some of those too. He stayed calm, explained exactly how the membership would save me money on the repair, and he was completely right. What struck me was that he kept trying to help me even though I was being uncool because I assumed it was just some scam to get me to sign up for something I didn't need. He also charged me only for the work my bike actually needed instead of a full tune-up, which saved me even more. I hadn't ridden the bike in five years, none of the gears worked, and when I got it back it was flawless. He's a great mechanic and a genuinely cool guy. I even stood around talking with him for about 10 minutes after dropping the bike off. Highly recommended. I'm glad I now know who to call if my bike ever has a heart attack..
