I've been bringing in my cowboy boots--owned since 2004--and every time he brings them back looking almost brand new. At this point, I'm convinced he has a time machine hidden in the back. One day I had a bit of a crisis: I was on my way to a meeting when I noticed one of my shoe soles needed urgent repair. I stopped in, explained the situation, and he handled it quickly and did an excellent job getting me back on my feet--literally. His pricing is fair, and he takes the time to explain exactly how he's going to approach each repair issue, which I really appreciate. No mystery, no surprises--just solid craftsmanship. Bottom line: if you need boots or shoes repaired, this is the place. I highly recommend it. Just don't be surprised if your footwear comes back looking better than it did when you bought it.

I had some damage to my Bradington Young couches (non-pet, 10 yrs. old) and contacted him to touch it up. My leather couches are a mix of several colors, but he did a swath of one color in a 12 x 14 area that didn't look good at all. Foolishly, I thought it would look better after it cured. It didn't. So, 2 months later I called the Rocklin franchise and he did do several colors to make it match and blend better. Important safety tip I learned after Folsom visit--tarp everything and turn off the ceiling fan. Air sprayers can leave a lot of colored dust.
